Not bleaching today just adding color to cover the gray hair)... I felt like they really cared about the results of my hair for the long-term not just for the one week. Most times anybody does anything with my hair involving color it comes out awful. The cut was absolutely perfect as well. Had to chop off 4 to 5 inches due to Very thin ends from my anemia... My health is improving and my hair is getting thicker and fuller. Can't wait to bring my four-year-old daughter for her haircut and follow up with many more haircuts in the future here! You do have to place a credit card on file when you make your appointment. They also contacted me a few hours prior to let me know the hairstylist was available if I'd like to come in sooner which I greatly appreciated. Upon walking in, I was greeted immediately and after completing the new client forms, I was offered a refreshment. I went with red wine and was so surprised at this kindness. My hairstylist was Lindsay and she was AWESOME. She asked me questions and double checked with me on everything she was doing.
