The Best in town! They have the most unique arrangements. They have a display of all the arrangements with prices on them in their show room and on line. I also love their fake flowers. I went in with my vases and my vision and they were able to create something that looked like it came out of a design magazine. I have 4 things that were created by them in my house. I get a ton of compliments and no one can believe that they are not real. They are expensive but you pay for quality. Would recommend it 100% to anyone who wants the best. read more

Just received the absolute most beautiful arrangement of flowers ever!! The "vase" was a glass cube filled with sand art! The flowers were arranged across the top of the cube in a very artistic, unique sculpted way. Roses, orchids, flowers I had never seen! (Not a carnation or "wild" flower in the bunch!). Norman It was 40 degrees the day the flowers were to be delivered, not freezing or below. Also, your staff claimed to have called me two times, which they didn't I left a cell, then told me they didn't call because the number listed as the delivery number was the same as the order. The flowers were for my wife at my house. Your response to this note perfectly summarizes the attitude of you and your staff: your way or the highway. I contrast this with a recent experience with Restoration Hardware when they were a day late with delivery: they notified me and waived the delivery fee. read more

Very poor experience here today. Was helped by the manager, tried ordering a small bouquet as a surprise. The transaction went well, she was very helpful. I had one simple request- I asked for them not to call her when the flowers delivered (an absurd store policy, who wants to receive a phone call about that?) and to leave the flowers and call me to let me know they had delivered. After some resistance and confusion from the manager Christina- I said forget the phone call if that's a problem, just leave the flowers. Naturally, this was botched and they called her anyway. The flowers were great, quick delivery. But I've never had such poor customer service, after getting attitude from the manager when I called and asked what happened, I was told to keep trying back the following morning until the owner was available. There's other places to get flowers folks- these people can't comprehend even the most basic directions. Really wish I could take this 1 star back too. read more

I have been a customer since day one, never disappointed, love the creative unique touches that only Blossoms can create. Parking was great in Berkley, it was sometimes challenging when they were located off Maple ( well worth driving around the block a few times if necessary) When I was in a hurry, I could just pull into the alley and pick up my fresh flowers, now located off Adams, parking is great again. Believe me, I know never to miss the sidewalk sales and after Christmas Sale, I stock up every year, and are pleasantly surprised the following season when I unwrap my goodies from the attic. A few months ago, I was able to come across a Grand Frosty the Snow Man and donated it to the Children's wing at William Beaumont Royal Oak, Norm sold it to me below cost, he agreed it was for a good cause. The Children absolutely loved it. Blossom's to my knowledge is the best in Oakland County and possibly the State of Michigan. read more
