A friend sent me flowers from Rangers a few years ago and it was the most beautiful arrangement I had ever recvd and incredibly - the flowers lasted for well over a week Instead of the typical 3 days for the ones from other florists. Since then, I only use Rangers when I send my friends birthday and holiday arrangements and without exception, my friends are always as impressed as I was. I know that because I always receive photos of the arrangements after they receive them. Every single one was well worth the money. Last week, my beloved mom passed away and I had the difficult task of ordering flowers for my mother's casket. I called Rangers and explained I needed two arrangements - one spray for the top of her casket from my dad and one nosegay which was pictured on the their website which would be from my sister & I. I described the pastel colors I was hoping for and the kind owner checked to make sure she had enough flowers in those colors available. I also explained that we were on a budget so I asked if we could perhaps downsize the arrangements to keep the cost down. She said she would absolutely do her best with the color scheme and offered to substitute a few carnations for roses which would also help reduce the costs. When I got to the funeral home I could not believe how absolutely beautiful the flowers were. They exceeded what I had hoped for. What a lovely remembrance for my beautiful 93 year old mom. I will ALWAYS remember the beautiful pastel flowers next to my mom. I will also remember the kindness and compassion that was provided to me during that difficult phone call. Called this company the week before Mother's Day and needed some yellow roses for my mother and the lady told they were expecting them the next week. I placed a order with this company and had them deliver them on 5/8 to my mom. Well my mother said the yellow roses we're absolutely beautiful and smelled so fresh. The delivery was right on time and the display was beautiful and well covered. We had cold weather in Michigan today. I highly recommend this florist and I will definitely use them again. read more

I made an online order from out of state. They called me regarding the order and told me they had to wait for the flowers to come in and was unable to make a next day delivery. This was not a problem and they were very good at informing me and very, very nice to talk to. They really went out of their way and worked with me on setting up a delivery the day after that. I needed a same day delivery to the local hospital...Beaumont - Royal Oak. I called the florist's local phone number and asked them to create a gift basket of chocolates and other goodies. They verified that they had the goodies on hand, double-checked that my friend would be able to receive the gift at the hospital, and even got my friend's room number. Talk about customer service!
