Today is my mom's birthday and before I knew I'd be in town to celebrate, I took on the responsibility of sending flowers her way from all of her children and grandchildren... I decided to give Tiffany Florist a try and they delivered (literally)! We were super pleased with our "Everyone's Favorite - Deluxe" size arrangement. It was vibrant and colorful and just what we wanted for my mom... and it was just over $100 with delivery / tip included. The email system is great so that I had confirmation of my order and they even called to follow up to make sure they could sign the card from everyone intended... It's worth noting that they don't deliver on Sundays, so we just sent the flowers to my mom a day early. She was pleased, and so were we. Thanks Tiffany Florist! Very disappointed in Tiffany florist. We received what is clearly the "standard" option of this bouquet of flowers while paying for the premium. It's easy to see the discrepancy between the two; the roses are so tiny and there are not nearly as many roses as pictured on the site. My husband called to say we received the standard option and they assured us immediately that it was premium. Not sure how they would know that without even a photo. Anyway, if this IS premium I'd hate to see what the cheaper option is like. Just a lazy job; wouldn't recommend spending your money here. You won't get very much for it. read more

There is a parking lot behind the store which is convenient. My flowers were securely packaged in a box, with the arrangement covered in wrapping so they wouldn't get destroyed while transporting them. I called them back a few days later, but the person answering the phone was pretty ambivalent about taking my order over the phone. Sensing her indolence, I asked her if I should order over the phone, or place another order online - her disinterested response was to tell me that she could take my order over the phone, but would need to get to a computer first. The flatness in her voice seemed to indicate she didn't care whether or not she got my business again. She literally croaked out a stuttering t-t-thank you when I told her I'd like to order again, but she never did make it over to the computer to take my order. I just told her I'd place my order over the internet. Discourteous florists really kind of suck - totally not worth a second look - there are a ton of florists available in BH. read more

"We don't do that. Roses and carnations." What?! Have they heard of Pinterest?! Do they keep up with flower trends?! What is this, 1982?! In sum, if you want basic, they are good (better than many competitors) BUT don't go looking for modern or fresh. Ended up making my own and saving $$$$. (It's beyond easy btw!)
