What I do recognize that mistakes can happen , but when they do any ethical company apologies and makes compensation or corrects the problem ! If you bought an appliance and it doesn't work they refund the money !!! In this case THEY DIDN'T CARE AT ALL AS THEY HAD MY MONEY !!! The vase has a silver heart pendant and ribbon. I added a box of delicious Russell Stover candy for $5.00. I was VERY HAPPY when the gift was delivered only a few hours later! I was even happier to see how cute the vase and floral arrangement looked. It came inside a nice white box which was in a nice protective bag. I didn't spend a lot of money but Thrifty Florist packaged and presented it like it was expensive! I will order again now that I know it won't cost an arm and a leg to buy flowers.
