On the appointed day, I got a call from the dasher in their shop. They were no longer taking dd orders. I spoke with the shop keeper and she blamed doordash. I had to figure out a way to tip the dasher whose tip was also refunded. This is no way to do business. I don't care how pretty their flowers are.

Jeri is a pleasure to work with; she is pleasant, courteous, professional, helpful, and communicates in a clear and timely manner. Her work is beautiful, as you can see from the attached photos. As well, I find her to be quite fair in her pricing. In general, I would say that she under-promises and over-delivers. I called in from California and a sweet lady took my call to answer all the questions I had about specific arrangements. She advised that I check out their website for some ideas and to my surprise -- there were beautiful arrangements displayed for just about every occasion. So much to choose from -- and all were so creative, elegant, and yet depicted specific personalities catered for various people and celebrations. I picked a specific one and prior to ordering, I confirmed which flowers were in season (or not). The nice florist shared that she would put together what I wanted and get as close to it as possible given what she had in the shop. I told her I wanted the arrangement exaggerated and loud. I absolutely loved the final product. And more importantly, the recipient loved it more! Ordering was easy via their online form. I specified my message, paid with a credit card, and the flowers were delivered on the same day. Check out the photos attached. Bravo, Bowl and Bloom! I will absolutely recommend this floral shop to all near and far.

The arrangement that arrived was full of lilies which are deadly for pets, despite the sensitive situation. When I called, I was transferred multiple times (even to a driver) and told sunflowers were "out of season," so they substituted the arrangement without informing me. They promised a replacement and a refund review, but by Monday nothing had been done. The staff I spoke with were dismissive and unhelpful, saying they "don't work weekends" and could only "avoid" lilies but not guarantee anything. They said there was no way corporate would provide any concession or discount. In the end, I had to repay delivery fees, and the replacement arrangement was small and poor quality. Overall, the lack of communication, rude service, and unsafe substitution make me unable to recommend this florist--especially for sensitive occasions.
