However, I was able to reach the shop on Sunday, and they confirmed my order was being prepared. The arrangement--a white cross with greens and red roses--was absolutely beautiful, even more so than pictured, and was delivered on time before the service. It meant so much to the family that they chose it as the only arrangement to bring to the church for the funeral the following day. Thank you for your care in creating something truly beautiful and meaningful for a difficult occasion.

Trying to buy a plant for next day delivery is crazy difficult online through the major sites. So, thank you Yelpers for having posted great reviews for French's. I called to order something nice for our Aunt Jeanne and met the owner's daughter over the phone. She was very comforting and really wanted to get a great plant selected for her as well! We selected a beautiful Victorian palm for her which came in a beautiful basket. Photo to come later as we live in SC. Our Aunt was so touched and concerned that we spent too much money. She said it was just the thing for her home and was looking forward to having it for years. Kudos to French's! Save yourself some time and money and buy directly; customer service and value is excellent with this retailer. Cheers!

The options are limited, but I found what I needed. Delivery outside of Dearborn is pricey, but worth it. They should update their site with delivery range fees though. I used Merri-Craft for my wedding and could not have been more pleased. I walked in with a few…read morepictures but generally no idea what I wanted for my own flowers, my girls' flowers or centerpieces, and the lady that worked with me was wonderful. She sat down with me and took the time to go through some of their portfolios, noting what I liked and didn't like. My wedding was in February, and I wanted to use reds and whites in the flowers without it looking like Christmas. She recommended the most beautiful flowers and worked with me on my centerpieces based on the pictures I brought. She was very careful to inform me if something I wanted was in-season or not because she didn't want me to spend a fortune if I didn't have to. Over the course of my engagement, I went in there a few times to see sample arrangements, drop off supplies for my centerpieces (which I was advised to purchase on my own so I could get them cheaper) and bring a treasured Waterford rosary that had been my Grandma's before she passed away to be included in my bouquet. Each time I was in there, the women working there were extremely friendly and took the time to chat with me and make me feel like a valued customer. I was extremely nervous about leaving the rosary in the care of strangers, but they took wonderful care of it. My flowers turned out beautifully and I got many compliments on them from my guests. I could not have been more satisfied with the end product, as well as the cost. The woman I worked with was very conscientious of cost and was more than willing to work within my budget. You can really tell that this is a smaller family-owned business who cares about their customers and knows that customer satisfaction is what keeps their business going. I have already recommended them to all of my girlfriends for their weddings and will continue to do so!
