I remember it being a charming location with a lot of items besides flowers, including handknit dolls, scarves, candles, and other unique gifts. As of July 2022, the Grosse Pointe Park location is closed due to building repairs, but the Roseville location is open for walk-in and delivery orders. The website states that they are delivering to Grosse Pointe and surrounding areas daily. I placed my order online at https://flowersbygabrielle.com. The main page of the website will show you what is available and what is currently sold out. Although the items available are limited, I find Gabrielle's floral arrangements to be more sophisticated and elegant than a lot of other larger floral shops in the area. I chose the "Children's Valentine Arrangement" for delivery to a colleague in Detroit who recently had a baby. You can choose from a unicorn or giraffe planter that comes with "a beautiful whimsical arrangement filled with fresh colorful blooms" as described on Gabrielle's website. The arrangement was delivered on time and my colleague loved it. I will use Flowers by Gabrielle again for flower deliveries.

Jeri is a pleasure to work with; she is pleasant, courteous, professional, helpful, and communicates in a clear and timely manner. She listens to your input, and, when possible, incorporates it into the arrangement. She always sends a photo, which I really appreciate. Her work is beautiful, as you can see from the attached photos. As well, I find her to be quite fair in her pricing. In general, I would say that she under-promises and over-delivers. I highly recommend Jeri / Bowl & Bloom!

I called in from California and a sweet lady took my call to answer all the questions I had about specific arrangements. She advised that I check out their website for some ideas and to my surprise -- there were beautiful arrangements displayed for just about every occasion. So much to choose from -- and all were so creative, elegant, and yet depicted specific personalities catered for various people and celebrations. I picked a specific one and prior to ordering, I confirmed which flowers were in season (or not). The nice florist shared that she would put together what I wanted and get as close to it as possible given what she had in the shop. I told her I wanted the arrangement exaggerated and loud. I absolutely loved the final product. And more importantly, the recipient loved it more! Ordering was easy via their online form. I specified my message, paid with a credit card, and the flowers were delivered on the same day. Check out the photos attached. Bravo, Bowl and Bloom! I will absolutely recommend this floral shop to all near and far.

I was completely unaware of this fact until someone told me...at 4:30...on the day of said dance. Trigger a flurry of frantic phone calls to multiple florists...and a dreaded sinking feeling that I was somehow going to be ruining my daughter's first daddy/daughter dance because every place was about to close, closing, their designer had already left for the day, no they don't carry any in stock and I'm hosed... ...until I got to this place. Probably my 9th call, and I was about to give up. Owner answers, I explain the situation...yeah, they're about to close as well...but where am I, how far away am I, he'll wait for me to get there because he's a dad as well and gets it... Hell yes. By the time I got there, he made it, and I walked out, he was a good half hour past his closing time, but didn't care at all, wished me well, have a great time, etc., etc., etc. That, my friends, is customer service...and that is why a subsequent flower order has gone to him instead of any place else, and future orders will as well.
