She advised that I check out their website for some ideas and to my surprise -- there were beautiful arrangements displayed for just about every occasion. So much to choose from -- and all were so creative, elegant, and yet depicted specific personalities catered for various people and celebrations. I picked a specific one and prior to ordering, I confirmed which flowers were in season (or not). The nice florist shared that she would put together what I wanted and get as close to it as possible given what she had in the shop. I told her I wanted the arrangement exaggerated and loud. I absolutely loved the final product. And more importantly, the recipient loved it more! Ordering was easy via their online form. She was uncertain that they had any left, but I mentioned online they are in stock. We went back inside. She went to a cash register and found that they had five in stock, but she had no idea where they were so she called a different employee. He met me outside and walked me directly to what I was looking for. Well, I appreciate her help. There has to be a better way to find a product more quickly. I appreciate that they were well stopped with what I was looking for in addition to many other plants. I would return if I saw that they had something in stock that I was looking for, but I think I will go directly to a cashier and have them verify exactly where it could be found in the store in order to save time.

One star removed for their obnoxious request for my phone number in order to be able to return something or God's knows what for. Also, their stupid slip of paper for a discount is a waste of their time and mine as there are too many restrictions to save the sliver of paper. At that point, it was clear they either gave our order to the wrong person or never had it ready, and instead of admitting the mistake, they chose to lie and push it onto the customer. This is completely unacceptable. Mistakes happen, but dishonesty and refusal to fix the situation is what makes this experience so bad. I would not trust them with any important order. They could've just simply said that they messed up and gave our order to the wrong person and I would've gladly came back once it was ready.
