I called to order some flowers yesterday afternoon for my childhood friend's grandma that passed away a few days ago and sent a card since I am out of town and unable to attend the visitation and funeral. I decided to go with this florist, they aren't far away and had some nice bouquets to pick from on their Yelp as well as their web page. Ordering the flowers was easy online. I bought the white bubble bowl flower bouquet for $70. After an additional cos $15 in delivery cost and $5+ in taxes, it's a total of $90. Pricey for delivery and all. Ordered flowers for Valentines Day. Ordered a and paid large bouquet of flowers. What I received was not a large bouquet of flowers. Also they not show up until 8:30 at night. I understand it's Valentines Day but I live two blocks from the shop. I tried contacting the shop multiple times. Kept getting told someone would contact me. No one has .Very disappointing. Plus after just a few days the flowers were already dying. I can get better longer lasting flowers from Kroger. Also for what I paid I could have gotten triple the amount of flowers from Kroger. Reasonably priced. Ordered a peace lily for a funeral. They were very healthy and presented well.

I was attending a breats cancer event and thought to get some pink roses for a survivor in the event. Had a gift card for fo some time from mancuso's and finally had a good reason to use it. The event was on a Saturday evening and they were able to provide me with the roses and they look beautiful. They young lady that worked the front desk was delightful. The evening went well and she was very happy for the themed flowers. Unfortunately the next day the flowers started hanging and wilting. Within 2 days, they look horrible. I felt bad and even was kinda mad that the flowers I can grab at Meijer or even side of road lasted longer then these roses. I called and left a voicemail with their answering service to provide feedback. No call back. I even emailed them.. not a response... so now I am on here after providing ample time to get back to me.. Communication is key with you clients and also product. Good luck mancusos. Mother's Day just came and went, and with two young kids, sometimes it's hard to keep up with calling or reaching out to everyone the day of. So, this morning, I realized I hadn't reached out to my grandmother in law. I knew I needed to show my love. I looked for a floral delivery service on my phone, and Manuco's came up with very good reviews. Out on a limb, I called the shop just to inquire about their services and their prices. I ended up arranging a medium size, purple dominant floral arrangement to be delivered to my grandmother in Clinton Township (purple is her favorite color). With the delivery being same day. I was very impressed with the service that the florist was able to provide. She answered all of my questions, verified all of the necessary information, was very transparent about their pricing, and left a majorly positive impression on my grandma. She called me later in the afternoon to tell me how beautiful the flower arrangement was, and how happy she was to receive it. That's really all you can ask for. A very easy and lovely experience. I wish I had a picture of the bouquet, but unfortunately (fortunately really) it was created and sent off right to my grandmother. I was very happy with this florist. I tend to always need a florist and this conveniently came in handy at this particular location. They have a variety of fresh flowers and help you customize and personalize your very own when you come in. I needed to get some sympathy flowers or flowers to cheer my aunts up, and I seen this beautiful poinsettia there that she can set out not just for the holidays but they were able to add some beautiful berries some silver glitter and spray to it to make it look extra glamorous and customize just what I had in mind. Including delivery send these flowers my total was under $37 which in my opinion is not bad at all because delivery is usually where it starts to get pricey. I think going in there and helping customized it made it even more special. So if you're going to order flowers don't just always call or go online help make it actually possible for a loved one and actually stop in the flower shop to see what they have on display :-) read more

Some of the best customer service ever! I gave Mancuso's a call about re-potting a house plant for me (I have a brown thumb and tried myself but failed horribly). I don't think this is something that florist normally do, but the gentleman on the phone said no problem, bring it on in. I got there and the nicest employee took a look at the plant and got it switched out within 20 mins. She gave me a few pointers and made sure all of my questions were answered. Normally I would've thrown the plant away but it was from my uncle's funeral and so it is important to me. I could've told them this and maybe hoped to have great service but I didn't even have to. They treated it as if it were important to them because it was important to their customer, no matter the reason. Can't find a lot of businesses like this anymore! Mancuso's storefront window has always been one of the high points of driving down Harper Avenue--especially at Christmas time. I love the fact that they are a family owned business and have been around for years (note the framed black and white photos of Frank Mancuso's father/grandfather on the wall behind the cash wrap) I have walked in on a gloomy day just to check out their new seasonal décor--always a treat. Nobody referred me to Mancuso's--I simply walked in one day and felt right at home. I have purchased hand bouquets to present to a dinner hostess and I have sent get well and birthday flowers--have never been disappointed. If you are in the area, stop in and peek around--Tuesday would be a good day because they always run a special on Tuesday. read more

Ordered online and requested 1:00 delivery for viewing. Received confirmation of my order and delivery date/time. Went to funeral home at 6:00 and did not see my ordered arrangement. Spoke to funeral home, they checked back room and said it had not arrived. Called Mancusos at 7:00 from funeral home parking lot. Received a call the next day that it had been delivered. I explained again that it was not there. Received a very rude message from owner stating it was there. Family told me it arrived at 7:30 that night. Lot of good that did when the viewing was over at 8:00. Also, order was incorrect....plant arrangement that was supposed to have red flowers....it had PINK flowers....for a man's funeral.
