As I was walking out she said "oh so you don't want it" I said no thank you and the other lady said good luck trying to find a corsage today. So I googled a local well-known florist and I'm picking it up today exactly what I want. Got one from another florist no problem and cheaper. I should've read the reviews before I ordered from this place. Very rude.

Her work is beautiful, as you can see from the attached photos. As well, I find her to be quite fair in her pricing. In general, I would say that she under-promises and over-delivers. I highly recommend Jeri / Bowl & Bloom!

I called in from California and a sweet lady took my call to answer all the questions I had about specific arrangements. She advised that I check out their website for some ideas and to my surprise -- there were beautiful arrangements displayed for just about every occasion. So much to choose from -- and all were so creative, elegant, and yet depicted specific personalities catered for various people and celebrations. I picked a specific one and prior to ordering, I confirmed which flowers were in season (or not). The nice florist shared that she would put together what I wanted and get as close to it as possible given what she had in the shop. I told her I wanted the arrangement exaggerated and loud. I absolutely loved the final product. And more importantly, the recipient loved it more! Ordering was easy via their online form. I specified my message, paid with a credit card, and the flowers were delivered on the same day. Check out the photos attached. Bravo, Bowl and Bloom! I will absolutely recommend this floral shop to all near and far.

The cashier directed me to the outdoor space, but I could not find what I was looking for and there was no one around working the outdoor nursery. I went back inside and had to search for an employee. She just finished helping another customer, but she walked with me outside. We were unable to find the elderberry shrub. She was uncertain that they had any left, but I mentioned online they are in stock. We went back inside. She went to a cash register and found that they had five in stock, but she had no idea where they were so she called a different employee. He met me outside and walked me directly to what I was looking for. Well, I appreciate her help. There has to be a better way to find a product more quickly. I appreciate that they were well stopped with what I was looking for in addition to many other plants. I would return if I saw that they had something in stock that I was looking for, but I think I will go directly to a cashier and have them verify exactly where it could be found in the store in order to save time.

I fought this intrusion on my privacy years ago when they started doing this, now I surrender and give the number but I sure do hate it! Also, their stupid slip of paper for a discount is a waste of their time and mine as there are too many restrictions to save the sliver of paper. Come back several weeks later, make sure the item isn't on sale already, blah, blah, blah - I used to bother to save these coupons but now I just toss them aside. The prices are high and these 2 things really bother me but the location and selection are very nice.
