Our daughter's wedding was August 10, 2024 at Addison Oaks Buhl Estate. We worked with Ralph, and I can honestly say it was one of the most fun, successful, exciting and fruitful parts of the entire planning process. Ralph worked tirelessly to ensure that it all matched my daughter's ideas and expectations, and that she was overwhelmed with happiness when she saw the flowers on her big day. It was fabulous! The flowers were absolutely gorgeous, and our guests were amazed at their beauty. Ralph took the time to really listen, and we all felt that what he and his team created really reflected our daughter and her husband's love of nature and the outdoors. Bellisario, I love you! They are innovators, who really know their trade, but they are also customer-conscious and go above and beyond your expectations. My big sister-in-law used them in 2005 -- beautiful. I used them in 2009 -- gorgeous. My best friend/sister-in-law used them in 2014 and we were blown away. Some of us said "here's my budget, do what you want" and others of us specified every detail, but both methods yielded stellar results. Bellisario uses flowers, not cheap green filler, to comprise the bulk of their arrangements. They are happy to use unique blooms too. I really wanted some amaryllis in my bouquet (for my August wedding) and Ralph was willing to spend months force-growing some, just for me! I did end up going with silk amaryllis instead, which have graced our Christmas tree each year, but among the three-dozen real flowers, no one could tell the difference. The bridesmaid bouquets were no afterthought either -- those things were gorgeous, full, and weighed a ton, lol. The most stand-out thing in my mind was how they did the hall. We rented overlays, silver high-boys, and crystal votives for the tables and asked that they decorate the head, cake, buffet, place-card, and gift tables. Bellisario did all of this and more, using up all the extras on me, instead of selling them in the shop. It was so amazing to walk in the room and see everything lit up and adorned with floral beauty. Worth every penny. I would recommend them for any event. read more

Ralph and the staff were very professional to work with, so helpful and responsive to questions, thorough in every detail and almost read my mind. What was provided was so much better than I could have dreamed of. I had given an overall idea of what my mom and I envisioned, Ralph's creative approach was amazing!!! He was hands on during our meetings, knew how to make our event so personal and special, I can't begin to gush. We used Bellisario for our linens, chargers, napkin holders, flowers for the entire event and they are the most reasonably priced, best people to work with. Where do I begin? Our wedding was 11/11/16 and I still talk about the wonderful business that is Bellisario. My husband and I, along with out wedding planner, met with Bellisario to go over our vision for our wedding, along with a budget. They were so easy to work with and stayed within our budget, yet somehow exceeded our expectations. When my bouquet arrived to my home, along with my bridesmaids, I knew the reception was going to be magical. Our flowers were as if they had been freshly picked and perfectly coordinated into the bundle that each of us had. The corsages and boutonnieres were beautiful and never drooped or fell apart. The reception was incredible with 3 different tiered centerpieces - each one more beautiful than the next. Words cannot explain from a bride's point-of-view how pleased and excited I was. Even my husband to this day talks about how perfect the arrangements were. The hall smelled amazing and as did our homes after as we brought home flowers, which again, lasted for quite some time. Bellisario is a very professional, creative, friendly company who are able to bring a bride's vision together on a budget. I can't say enough about my experience contracting with Bellisario for my upcoming wedding! (I will update my review with pics after). Jenny and Ralph were so warm, patient, and friendly, and Jenny had so many great ideas to fine tune my vision. I also met the owner who's been running this family owned business for 60 years, and she was just an absolute darling. Their show room has much to offer, and I was thrilled to take care of my linens there too. I'm so happy and excited. I'm glad I took the time to read through reviews on many sites, so I felt confident going in for my appointment. Jenny also gave me great recommendations for my other wedding needs! BEWARE--this is NOT a florist you want to rely on for an important event! They're only interested in taking your money, and once they have it they lack serious integrity for quality and customer service. Would give them 0 stars if I could. We hired Bellisario to do a big wedding (separate floral arrangements for the church, a second set for a ceremony in the hotel, and another set for the evening reception) but in a bizarre twist, they came and REMOVED ALL of the flowers from the hotel after we had them for only 2 hours--and REFUSED to bring them back without a charge! Imagine how big of a mess this would be on your wedding day! How could a professional business make such a stupid mistake?! What's worse, their delivery guy showed up AGAIN after the end of the night to try to pick up the other centerpieces and arrangements we had ordered for the reception, but luckily someone was there that time to catch him before he could take off with more of the flowers we had paid for. The worst part of the whole experience was what came next --when we called them after the wedding to tell them what happened, all we got was a curt "sorry, this is how we always do it." They tried to tell us that since we signed a contract, they're not liable for ANY such mistakes, and they were unwilling to do anything to make the situation right. The nasty sales lady there, Jennie, even screamed and HUNG UP the phone on me when I asked for a partial refund. This business made it painfully clear that they absolutely do not care about their customers. Bottom line--this is a poorly run business with no real sense of integrity nor customer service to stand by their crappy products/services. Once they have your money, they don't care about doing things right. You can not rely on Bellisario. For important events, you're much better off going to another florist. read more

Absolutley stunning work! I was quite pleased with how our wedding flowers and linens turned out. There were a few things that were not right, but at the end of the day I was the only one who noticed. I would reccomend being VERY specifc with them, because we found that their ideas came out more than your own. I ended up paying for a few things I didn't get, but they also gave me a lot that we didn't ask for so in the end it was great! read more
