Instead of the soft milky pink look I requested, the nails ended up looking purple and gradient-like, which was not what I asked for at all. To make matters worse, after only 3 days (with no excessive or rough activity), my thumb and ring finger chipped. I went back for a repair, but then after the repair, the middle finger and pinky chipped, and shortly after that, the rest of the nails chipped as well. I paid $98 for nails alone, which is very expensive for this kind of outcome and durability.

Never had steam on my legs before during a pedicure and it felt like a unique extra touch that was enjoyable. Place is extremely clean and sanitary and I noticed people were trickling in and out while I was there. Most of the employees seem to speak enough English to communicate effectively (and of course some Spanish-speaking employees as well). My pedicure was done by Mia and I was so happy at the end, I tipped her $20 ontop of the price. They are extremely friendly, don't rush at all, and even a free shoulder rub while my toes were drying. They offer a stamp card for frequent visits so be sure to ask for one! Will definitely be back to check out their manicures.

I was devastated and left with a wet big toe that almost got smudged. Crazy thing is I am not mad about the smudge, but just the way I was treated in front of everyone in the salon should not have happened. This is endemic of a problem of success. As the salon gets busy, and turnover needs to be quick, you do not have time for the clients but this is not how you treat long term clients. I know my no longer coming here will not phase them l. They are busy and I am happy for their success, but being treated like that after coming there for years was so disrespectful and not like the service I normally received that I felt compelled to write a review.

Love this nail salon pricing is reasonable especially for the gel manicures. The only downside would be that the ventilation isn't the greatest I sometimes feel bad for the manicurists sitting there inhaling all the fumes!
