Great experience as always. My friend and I had appointments for pedis as well as my friend getting a manicure. We arrived at our appointed time and signed in. They were ready for us. My friend was able to get her wheelchair close to the pedi seat so we could transfer her there. We were both happy with our pedis. So relaxing. My favorite parts are the paraffin and the hot stone. After our pedis, we transferred and moved to the spot for her manicure. We chit chatted the entire time. Always a great experience! read more

Also, I called the business to ask for the manager so I could discuss a redo. (SAME DAY) The workers got nasty and said the manager was not there & hung up. I wasn't mad, I just wanted to reschedule a redo. But my my... also they charge a fee for using your credit card. I'll just stop by tomorrow & hopefully, they will be nice & just do them better. If you can go literally anywhere else. Go there. Even your five year old niece could do a better job. I gave them 20$ out of pity for a less than even low quality job. I asked for a short square French tip probably the most basic thing next to a basic mani. I left with whatever this is considered. And even this took about an hour and a half. I spent 2.5 hours in the salon, 45 minutes of it was waiting whilst an appointment. My nail tech was going over my nail beds. She was going so fast, she nicked some of my cuticle skin and it was discomforting. I got my lashes done here as well, and a lot of the lashes came off a few days later and were very uncomfortable to wear all the time. Also at the end of the first week of having the gel acrylics, the entire nail would come off my natural nail bed. Unfortunate beautiful nails couldn't last more than 1 week read more

All of the staff were friendly...they were great with my 4 year old. I liked that it did not feel like assembly line. The prices were higher than I'd hoped. I paid $20 for a mini mani/pedi for my 4yr old. Other places usually charge me $10, and I leave $5 tip. And they had a really cool pink teddy bear pedicure chair. My gel manicure was $35!!! My standard pedicure was $20 very reasonable...and the technician did a great job. My gel manicure looks great, also. I'm used to paying $45 for a gel mani/standard pedi; then I tip $10. Mani $35 + Pedi $20 + Tip $10=$65 for me Mini Mani/Pedi $20 + $5 tip = $25 $90 seems like a lot...even though it's only $20 more than I usually pay. read more

This place was DISGUSTING. I tried a new place out of convenience since this is near my home. I walked in an one of the employees was chomping on sunflower seeds, no mask, fingers in her mouth -- all of it. She put gloves on (didn't wash her hands) and asked me to sit down at her spot. About 1/4 of the way through of her trying to chip my gel polish off (not soaking!!!) she switched with another girl. This employee has FILTHY hands - dirt under her fingernails, stuff all over her hands. Not to mention both of their "uniforms" were dirty and covered in stuff. About 1/2 way through (this whole process took almost 2 hours?!) I considered leaving. I should have. My gel manicure turned out streaky, bubbly, and uneven. I will never, ever go back to this place. read more

First of all, that map on the right is incorrect, it's at about 88th & Sheridan. I came here with my friend who has been coming here for the past 5 years to get pedicures. It was $20 for a basic, plus $5 for french and plus $5 if you want a little flower. At first I was appalled by how strong the nail polish smell was but after being in there for a few minutes it went away. There are a lot of pedi stations and if you want a mani and pedi, you can get both for $30, which is a very good deal but apparently the mani's aren't worth it... I was very happy with my pedi. Everything is nice and even and the flowers look unique. My friend usually has the same pro but she wasn't there today and was disappointed with hers because her toe nails got cut too short and the flowers she got didn't show up very well. But of all the places I've been (not that many) I like this place the best. read more

I just moved to the area and decided to try this place out based on the reviews. They did a good job, the young woman who did my basic pedicure was nice and friendly. I made an appointment and they took me right away. They had a nice selection of color choices and the chairs were comfortable. I'll probably try the deluxe pedicure next time. I just wanted to correct the previous comments regarding directions. This salon is NOT by Sheridan, it is off of Wadsworth in the Sears Outlet plaza. (Maybe they moved?) It makes me happy to come here. I have been to several nail salons around the area and for the longest time didn't notice this one - that's a shame for me. The others in the area disappointed me either with a painful massage (why do they always rub the shin bone?), or a simple pedicure with overpriced charges. I was happy to receive a decent massage with well-priced services. I used to only treat myself to 2 per year, now I'm coming back every 2 months. They hand-draw the designs as well including perhaps a little jewel to top it off. I've only had pedicures so far. Will have to see how a manicure goes. I've been here twice and each time it's been amazing. The staff are so nice and greet you immediately after you walk in. The techs know what they are doing and have done exactly what I asked both times. The first time I went in for a mani-pedi and got the gel polish. The second time I just went for the gel mani. It's obvious the staff enjoys being there and enjoys doing nails. They can do most designs as well just make sure you have a picture. read more

My daughter got acrylics here last week and within 3 days the paint on the tips (French tips with color) starting chipping off. We called to ask about a correction and they were great about having us come in. We made an appointment but when we arrived no one greeted us for a few minutes while we just awkwardly stood there and then they only had one nail tech who could fix it but she was with a customer. We had to wait 30 minutes for our turn. Only 3 other customers in the store getting pedicures but we still had to wait. They were nice but not great customer service so we aren't planning to come back. I'm disappointed. I used to be a regular years ago. read more

I've been going here on and off since 8th grade (12 years). I really wanted to continue to be a customer, but my recent visits have dissuaded me. I probably gave them too many chances. For my most recent visit, I paid $80, not including tip, for a shellac mani/pedi. It has been four days, and my nails look like they do after two weeks from another salon. They're chipped and peeling at the sides. I don't think the technicians have had any proper training. Services are extremely rushed, and I had to wait with my hands in water for ten minutes while the girl waxed someone's eyebrows. They care more about how many people they can get through, not overall customer experience. I'm sick to my stomach about how much I paid and what I got in return. read more

10/10 would not recommend this place, my nails look horrible. I wanted a short natural nail and they came out looking like I have a bubble slapped on my nails. I was very excited to go here as it came highly recommended. I went in for a manicure (I had the acrylic powder out on) and I was extremely disappointed when the lady who did my nails said I was done. Done? She hadn't trimmed or shaped my nails or cuticles. She didn't clean them and I didn't get a hand massage. Ive never had a place literally rush through and not do an actual manicure when I pay for one. I am a cheap pedi connoisseur. The staff here are always friendly, the place is always clean and they have a huge selection of colors. It is super cheap too, I think it is $20 for the basic. I do the $30 pedi, which includes a paraffin treatment. Worth it. Don't get the dude though. He watches tv the whole time and will stop working if a game is on. Just returned from a pedicure at Bloomies. Though the 1/2 process took over 1 1/2 hours, the y don't go appointments, & take all of the walk-ins, & then they rush you through. At todays appointment, I was cut, & my polish smudged twice , because they rushed. I have had my last visit to Bloomies ;-( read more
