I got a 80 min deep tissue massage No pressure whatsoever…read more Before we stated I told him my shoulders were the worst. But also my arms He only worked on my shoulders for about 15 minutes. I assumed I wasn't relaxed yet and he would finish later. Then he went to my right arm. For less than 10 minutes a asked for more pressure because it was more like a back rub. It was only harder for a few minutes. Then my left arm. Again. Like a back rub. Not a deep tissue. So light I fell asleep. You should not be able to fall asleep during a deep tissue massage. There also shouldn't be a problem with me falling asleep. But. When I complained he kept saying I fell asleep like that was a problem. The table is also extremely narrow. Barely enough room for my arms at my side. Laying on your back trying to hold your arms up is not comfortable When he took the the eye Mask off and told me he was finished. I Burst into tears. I didn't feel much better than when I went in. He tried to justify it by tell me that the rest of my body felt better. Right. Then tried to blame it on me falling asleep. Even though it was after he finished my shoulders. Waste of $240 for a 80 minute Back rub.

Rimza was fantastic and the process of setting up the appointment, discussing the pricing-she made it all simple and was very direct. The PA who did the peel was named Zafiria and she took her time explaining, took before pics, and answered all my questions. I highly recommend the perfect derma peel. It helped with my sunspots, skin tone, and texture. I did it on my face, neck, chest and hands. I would totally do it again. I had to hide out for about ten days and the first few days I was itchy, but no pain or true discomfort. I took Benadryl for a week and that helped with everything!!! I would recommend this place and that peel to anyone over 40 who is looking to rejuvenate and doesn't have to be out and about for at least ten days!!!

I like that they have wax packages and other services. Wax experience was ok- tolerable. I been waxing for over 15 years and usually can tell when someone needs more experience. But also there wax is not like regular bead wax and thick. It's on the thinner side and they use wax strips so that to me can be more painful. Over all was fine with my service. I'm definitely going back there. Staff were nice and helpful. That is what sold me.

I am writing to share my experience with Facial Mania, which has been extremely disappointing…read moreoverall. I made multiple requests for my records and before-and-after photos on several occasions, but I never received any response or resolution. The lack of follow-up and communication has been unacceptable. During my visits, I also had concerns about the treatments and products used, as I did not feel confident in their quality or effectiveness based on my experience. In addition, the front desk service was very unprofessional. When I asked for information about management, the staff member was unable to provide basic details, including the names of the managers or proper contact information. Overall, I felt the clinic lacked organization, transparency, and proper customer service. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this place.

I just joined with the Diamond Membership. When deciding what membership I wanted I was explained…read morethat the Diamond membership included a facial and a massage. Today was my first appointment at the Doral location. I went in for my facial included in my membership and I had previously scheduled the massage for the 21st. The facial was great, at first! I told Danny - the girl doing my facial - that I was in heaven! That was before the extractions - then I was in hell. I'm not sure I want to go through that amount of pain and discomfort on a monthly basis - had I known! Before starting my facial, however, there seemed to be a confusion as to what facial I was "entitled to", so Danny went to the front desk and verified! She then proceeded with the facial. When I went to check out, Danny had lined up three products on the counter that she recommended. It felt very much like a sales pitch and not at all "natural". I had already stated in my check-in form that I already had a facial routine in place at home which included an anti-aging Serum - so why would I want another one? Also, why the FPF cream? I've got FPF at home, I just don't use it. Then to my shock, the facial that I had just received had been a Hydro-something which was an "upgrade" to the one included in my Membership. This used up my entire monthly payment of $99, which led me to have to cancel my massage programmed for 21st. The girl at the front desk defended her position by saying she was not aware that I had a massage scheduled for later in the month. Things went from bad to worse rapidly when trying to schedule my September appointment. I said I wanted to do both facial and massage on same day (pretty much to avoid today's confusion). That was when the girl at the front desk told me these people only have the one masseuse for ALL of their locations! First of all, I like trying out different masseuses to then settle for the one that I like, and second of all, I prefer a female masseuse! So not only do I have to schedule my appointment around this guy's availability but the day that I see him, when our schedules collide, I'll have a massage from an over worked masseuse, the one who's been doing massages all day, the one who's been bounced around from location to location! Today was my first appointment as mentioned and probably my last! I signed a document which obliges me to be with them for three months! But I don't want to go back. They only have one masseuse. A male. I prefer female. Plus I don't want to have to plan my appointments based on when he'll be in the Doral location! Why should I? We will have a very big problem if I can't cancel my membership. 08.09.2025 - 4pm

I began having issues with the implants shortly after. The tissue was stretched too tightly and I had massive wide scars because of that. I have finally had them removed after years of issues. Now I see Dr. Hochstein lied about everything. He did not place gummy bear implants, they are 375cc and not 200-250cc as agreed! The lower cost type of implant placed was releasing silicone into my breast pocket. Had he used the gummy bear implants he was supposed to use, I would not have had all the medical complications. I do not understand why he chose to lie or not do what I asked for. Having the 375cc implant has caused me massive issues and even more complications upon removing them, which is why I did not want that large of an implant to begin with. Big mistake coming to Dr. Hochstein for implants. Biggest nightmare of my life!
