I was first introduced to this company through a Beauty Boost event where they offered 4 free sessions on a small area. I tried it out and was very impressed! The place is clean, plenty of free parking in the parking lot, staff is all very friendly, and the appointments were always running on time. I was sold and decided to purchase a package. I've been coming for a few months now and I'm seeing results! I also can't say enough about my technician, Briana. She is so sweet and just makes you feel at ease throughout the whole process! Definitely recommend!! read more

Nothing but great experiences here so far. I am on my third visit and the customer care and quality of work is consistent. Location is a bit hidden so I would head out early just to make sure you don't get lost or you can find the office. It's upstairs by the way. All the employees are friendly and of course they do try and get you to purchase more sessions but what laser office or spa doesn't? They're always nicely decorated for the holidays and offer multiple giveaways as well. read more

This is the worst location ever. The staff is rude and does not value their customers whatsoever. They deceive you into purchasing a expensive package with their old machines you are better off going to a regular med spa. Total rip off and terrible customer service. read more

I'm on my 3rd laser session & I love it and this place so far. The space is always clean and always been on time for my appointments. I'm doing my chin area, underarms and Bikini. It honestly does not hurt as much as I heard laser hurts. My first session was with Victoria and she was so knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole time. I had her for my 3rd session and pre-booked my 4th session with her as well. Progress- So far I've seen the best change in my under arms. I don't have to shave in between appointments and it's every six weeks. My hair grows back so slow and very very fine! I can still wear tank tops even though I have a little bit of hair because you could barely see them. The hairs on my chin have also reduce a lottt and it's only been 3 sessions! They don't start to grow in until about 4 weeks after the session. I only done my Bikini ones before my recent second session. My hair grew back completely normal on 2 parts of my Bikini area, but I think that's normal since it was only my first session. read more

Really great lasers and I saw an improvement after the first appointment! The front desk is friendly and busy answering all the phone calls. My underarms have been life- changing not having to shave anymore everyday! I since then have had other areas treated. They treat all different skin tones even dark skin can be treated . All of the unwanted hair forever gone! There are special discounts that happen every now and then to purchase other body parts. read more

3/17/2021- If I can advice to any woman out there is "Get Laser Hair Removal". I came here to get a retouch on my underarms. I've had laser there since 2009 and it was the one of the best decision I've ever made. Not having to shave my underarms saves me so much time and aggravation from rashes, not to mention the money you save from buying razors. I walked in and greeted right away by the front desk staff. They were all wearing masks and there was hand sanitizer available to use. I filled out a few papers but most of the paperwork is e-signed which is convenient and saves the planet. The office and bathrooms are very clean. I was walked right in and the young lady who was doing my treatment explained everything to me. She spoke about the Candela laser they use to the pre and post treatment care. She kept asking me about my pain tolerance, how I was feeling from 1-5. I was 1-2 through 3. Not too bad. She also wore gloves. Highly recommend! They have a 10% off check in offer through Yelp. Ask about their March specials as well. They have many locations in South Florida and are opening more. I found out they have one in Boca Raton as well. So, they are expanding north. read more

Worst location ever! high turnover with unprofessional staff. Wish I did my research and went with a medspa with actual healthcare professionals as opposed to unlicensed techs, then I'd avoid getting burned. read more

I've been coming here for about a year and a half and I can't believe I waited so long to do a review BUT here we are :) I started here with getting my armpits and brazillian lasers which was always a seamless process. They make you feel super comfortable and super honest with expectations. You're never waiting too long to be seen either which is great and i'm usually IN AND OUT! I finished all of my sessions for my brazillian and armpits and now am doing my legs YAY. They also offer unlimited touch ups for life which is a huge read more

I love this place, I've tried laser hair removal many times and this place works for me. Anna is the girl that I recommend you to ask for.

Unfortunately, I am not completely satisfied with the quality of services. Yes, the girls in the salon are very polite and pleasant, but the quality of services is terrible. after 12 sessions, I got a result that is not even half of the result that the branch manager promised me. Although I specifically clarified whether there would be an effect with my hair type. I gave a lot of money to nowhere. read more

I go everywhere to do my maintenance laser hair removal, from California to Nevada to Miami. Before leaving back home to Nevada, I decided to come in to Semper Laser to do my Brasilian bikini maintenance touch up. Out of all the body parts, this is the one that I dread the most. But Keirys was so gentle with her technique. It was virtually painless. I will definitely be coming back again when I come back to visit for the winter season. Definitely recommend this place! read more

I have been coming to Semper Laser in Hallendale for almost a year. I have had other laser technicians work on me that were "fine" but not great; great enough for me to write a review. But today I had to write a review about My amazing experience with Tery. She listened to my needs and concerns with the hair I wanted to remove. She was gentle and quick and always asked if I was experiencing any discomfort. I highly recommend asking for Tery as your laser technician for your next visit to Semper. I believe she works Mondays, Tuesdays and every other Saturday. She is absolutely the best!!!! read more

Tery was absolutely awesome! She explained everything and made me feel at ease! It's my first session and I will continue to complete more sessions for hopefully good results! Thank you Tery very much read more

I have been coming to Semper for over a year now in Hallandale and I have had the best experience! I got recommended by one of my friends and chose to do the full Brazilian and underarms. Each session was a great experience and if I saw more growth in a certain area they were sure to get the spot. I have had friends go to other places for cheaper and quicker to get done and have not seen even close to the results I have seen. My ONLY compliant if I had one at all is they do fill up pretty quick so you do need to ensure you book your appointment pretty far in advance. They will always try and fit you in and always accommodating!! Highhhhhly recommend! read more

After debating if I wanted to try out laser hair removal as a result of my darker skin tone, I decided to try Semper since they have top of the line equipment. I was pleasantly surprised at how relatively painless the treatments were. Each time that I go it takes no more than 20 mins from the start of check-in until I leave. Obviously time fluctuates depending on how large of an area you are having done but they are thorough and get you in an out. I have done 5 sessions to date and looking forward to the remaining. As a result of new locations opening up and each being closer and closer to my home, I have gone to the Miami, Hallandale and Pembroke Pines locations and all have been the same quality service. read more
