This place is amazing and the personnel are so nice. I went for treatments for skin tag removal and it worked. Then while I was there I got things done to my extra unwanted hair that have been bothering me for a while. Next I am going to get the lymphatic drainage so that it would drain them and make the blood flow better in my feet. When i came in for a consultation - the owner promised to return me the money if the procedure wouldnt give a result after 2 months. After a serie of sessions I waited 4 months instead of the 2 promissed ones to see the result. Didnt see anything. Reached out to the owner for a refund. He refused to honor the agreement for the refund offering me more procedures instead. I replied that i dont wish to start treatement again and would like my money back per our agreemnt. I found this place online and I don't regret a bit visiting them in my last trip to Miami. I love my aesthetician she was awesome knowledgeable and very patience. I already love my results just after 1 carbon laser therapy. I've been here about 3 times now and I like it a lot. It is a smaller skin care spa than the ones I have visited before. Always the same technician and front desk person. They are both very kind and friendly and make me feel very comfortable. My only complaint so far is that if you book a weekend appointment like I do.. the building door is closed on weekends so you have to call and the front desk person personally comes downstairs to let you in which makes me feel a little guilty at times but the option for weekend appointments makes it worth it. read more

This is a startup that comes with the usual issues of a startup. Found this place on Groupon like most of its customers, went through my sessions for laser hair removal on my chin. I was already aware that I may need additional sessions so I was prepared to purchase an additional six EXCEPT... my last session the aesthetician asked the last time I was there (indicating no change in the area as the frequency is monthly) I explained that I was there a month prior and she increased the setting on the machine. She advised that it was not something she was supposed to do. Upon departure I paid for 6 additional sessions but within 10mins of leaving their office my chin was searing with 1st degree burns. I spent the next week recovering from that mishap. Called the owner to get a refund for the 199$ paid, he said he would take care of it and rushed me off the phone. That was Dec 17th, I contacted them several times over and he answered one call and said it takes 5-7 business days for the refund to process and that he couldn't provide a receipt it is difficult to due to the Square App and to give him a few days to send one. This was laughable, I'm a business owner myself and square keeps an active ledger of all transactions. Every. Single. One. So it's clear to me after this conversation that this man is A SCAMMER. Not unusual for south Florida. I gave him the allotted three days and nothing. Called him several times on January 3rd no answer, called again on January 5th and no answer. I've disputed the transaction with my card company but it seems like such a tall order when you can return money that is owed to your customers. SCAMMER AND THIEF!!! BEWARE !!!! read more

The owner is so rude and aggressive. He is a hustler from god knows where. The first time i called to schedule my groupon visits i bought for EMsculpt, he was pressuring me to buy a package on the phone and I thought the place was a scam. I did not buy a package I wanted to see if the place was real. When I got there I bought a package 8 sessions of emsculpt for 1299., and he told me the machine cost $150,000 and I was getting an amazing deal. Yea right. Wow I found out at my second session after taking pix of the machine that the machine is a FAKE. All of their machines are FAKE from china. The emsculpt machine they have cost $1800 which i pretty much paid for. Now i can't even get a refund because they made me sign a disclaimer that said no refunds. This place is a fraud and false advertising. They said I owe them money because I got a promotion worth $4999. so I owe the difference. I will be disputing and taking this to court. How many people they have ripped off who knows...lots of fake reviews from people here and/or people who have no idea they were getting something fake. I notified groupon of the fake advertising who knows if they did anything. Those chinese machines dont work they may have results for a few days or weeks but the brand name machines are where true results are at. read more

First of, I do my research before getting into something. I've gone thru disappoints before. I'm not here to bash a company, but I have to put my word out there for this one. I went on groupon to purchase a Velashape procedure. I ran into this company, but I was saved on time with the reviews I saw from Samantha and Joel. So I call them to make an appointment and the receptionist tries to school me on the procedures and that the Velashape for 4 session was only for the abdomen which wasn't specified in the groupon. I wanted to split my sessions in 2 different areas. He said it wasn't allowed and that I had to pay extra if I wanted another area? I was like what??? Smh! The alarm went off when I got a lovely message after a few minutes of making an appointment with them stating that if I didn't confirm there was going to be a $50.00 cancellation fee charge if I didn't confirm in 48 hours? Luckily, I went ahead of them and cancelled my groupon with them. You guys are something else. Don't try to respond with an automated message because it won't make you look great. Just saying. So first of all they obviously lack the professionalism to be honest when they didn't give me a great deal....Groupon did BUT they then convinced me to tell Groupon I wasn't eligible for the service in exchange for same price so that they wouldn't have to pay Groupon their fee for bringing them a new customer (sneaky sneaky BUT I informed Groupon of their deceit as well when I encountered the issue.) Also the forms they make you sign are super long and make you sign them all right before taking you in to get treatment so of course you don't have time to read them nor do they inform you about their return policy. Also it was their staff that told me they would refund me leftover treatment soooo how does that work? Like I said though I saved all the emails between me and the office SO of course I got my money back only because I disputed it with my CC company and I won AFTER I first lost dispute saying this ridiculous excuse for an establishment told them they had a no refund policy THEN sent emails from them to my CC and they immediately got me my money back with my proof. Sneaky sneaky once again and shame on them for their LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM AND DECEIT. Oh also funny how during the dispute process they kept trying to convince me to cancel the disputes promising me check was in mail and that it got returned....all excuses.
