I found this place online and I don't regret a bit visiting them in my last trip to Miami. I love my aesthetician she was awesome knowledgeable and very patience. I already love my results just after 1 carbon laser therapy. In my skin case no down time, almost no painful and I love that she care to add a little more to my original treatment to boost the results! Thank you!! read more

This place is amazing and the personnel are so nice. I went for treatments for skin tag removal and it worked. Then while I was there I got things done to my extra unwanted hair that have been bothering me for a while. Next I am going to get the lymphatic drainage so that it would drain them and make the blood flow better in my feet. As for the prices they were pretty convenient for me and they even offered me to finance but thank god I could afford because not miami prices. Pictures will come soon!!! read more

Scam. And lies. Dont go here unless you just want to waste your money. When i came in for a consultation - the owner promised to return me the money if the procedure wouldnt give a result after 2 months. After a serie of sessions I waited 4 months instead of the 2 promissed ones to see the result. Didnt see anything. Reached out to the owner for a refund. He refused to honor the agreement for the refund offering me more procedures instead. I replied that i dont wish to start treatement again and would like my money back per our agreemnt. Now he is ignoring me. Unprofessional and clearly a scam. Thumbs down. Dont recommend. read more

I've been going to Lime for tattoo removal and laser hair removal. The office is clean, prices are competitive, both treatments have worked extremely well for me, Liana is very kind and scheduling could not be easier. Would recommend to anyone! read more

Can barely understand the guy that answers the phone and in addition seems miserable. That should have given me a clue. Front desk representative extremely rude. Decided not to find out how the rest of the staff would treat me after I found out they use nothing to numb the area. Thank you, but I want to spend my hard earned money with nice people who actually care my comfort! Bye Bye Lime. Although this happened 3 weeks ago, I'm still upset by the attitude, so I decided to write and be done with my thoughts. read more

I've been here about 3 times now and I like it a lot. It is a smaller skin care spa than the ones I have visited before. Always the same technician and front desk person. They are both very kind and friendly and make me feel very comfortable. My only complaint so far is that if you book a weekend appointment like I do.. the building door is closed on weekends so you have to call and the front desk person personally comes downstairs to let you in which makes me feel a little guilty at times but the option for weekend appointments makes it worth it. read more

I found them through Groupon and appreciated their honesty about how the service I bought (Velashape) wouldn't help my skin condition and offered me another alternative (Pressotherapy). Their prices seem fair and easy to make appointments, not done with treatment yet but hope it helps with skin toning that I need. read more

Lime Skin Care is the place to go to for Laser Hair Removal if you're seeking a good price and effective results! Liana makes sure that you're comfortable the entire time and she explains everything throughout the process. I've recommended Lime to friends and family and they love it, too! I'm always on board for supporting a small local business, even better that it is a female-owned business. Liana has definitely helped me with my hair struggles, and laser has truly helped me gain confidence within myself. Don't hesitate to try this place out, trust me it's worth every penny! read more

My mother and I both got different facials done here, and we are extremely satisfied. The owner and the esthetician are so kind and attentive. I definitely plan on continuing to get all my facials done here moving forward. read more

This is a startup that comes with the usual issues of a startup. Found this place on Groupon like most of its customers, went through my sessions for laser hair removal on my chin. I was already aware that I may need additional sessions so I was prepared to purchase an additional six EXCEPT... my last session the aesthetician asked the last time I was there (indicating no change in the area as the frequency is monthly) I explained that I was there a month prior and she increased the setting on the machine. She advised that it was not something she was supposed to do. Upon departure I paid for 6 additional sessions but within 10mins of leaving their office my chin was searing with 1st degree burns. I spent the next week recovering from that mishap. Called the owner to get a refund for the 199$ paid, he said he would take care of it and rushed me off the phone. That was Dec 17th, I contacted them several times over and he answered one call and said it takes 5-7 business days for the refund to process and that he couldn't provide a receipt it is difficult to due to the Square App and to give him a few days to send one. This was laughable, I'm a business owner myself and square keeps an active ledger of all transactions. Every. Single. One. So it's clear to me after this conversation that this man is A SCAMMER. Not unusual for south Florida. I gave him the allotted three days and nothing. Called him several times on January 3rd no answer, called again on January 5th and no answer. I've disputed the transaction with my card company but it seems like such a tall order when you can return money that is owed to your customers. SCAMMER AND THIEF!!! BEWARE !!!! read more

They canceled my appointment & my bff's appointment 2x without any explanation & when contacting them regarding the reasons a gentleman(which i've spoken with) was Very unprofessional, rude, disrespectful, & more, as well as lied about appointments & hung up the phone while I was still speaking. As trying to be a potential new customer for the business, I will NEVER advise anyone to do any business with LIME SKINCARE. Listed prices & promo deals are not as advertise, especially if you are using Groupon or any discountEd. They will treat you like nothing. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY, or ENERGY. NO STAR RATING, if possible read more

This place is the absolute worst (I understand their name is Lime but the green was overkill)! I bought a Groupon for a procedure, called to make an apt, took the morning off work....all for nothing. This is classic scam just to get you in the door so they can up sell you on procedures. I was never told the Groupon was only eligible for certain parts of the body when I called to make the appointment. If you do decide to visit this establishment please ask very specific questions about what is covered and what is or is not included before you waste your time! read more

The owner is a very dishonest man! If you purchase something on Groupon he will try to persuade you to buy a more expensive treatment outside of Groupon and tell you the treatment that you want to purchase does not work. Smoke and mirrors and lot of deception. I drove 45 minutes for my appointment and he refused to honor the product that I wanted for the price we agreed upon. Safe yourself the aggravation!!!! read more

They advertise a monthly unlimited laser hair removal membership on their website but when you call to try to sign up they try to bait and switch you into applying for a credit line (?) to pay installments for hair removal!!! I asked the man how that even compares slightly to what they were advertising on the website and he said he did not know. Why would ANYONE ever APPLY for CREDIT for hair removal?! Theyre trying to get you to go into DEBT for hair removal? This is a SCAM! Save urself and go to VIP hair removal where they really have a membership program for laser hair removal! I'm so sick of businesses in miami false advertising! read more

This place is great! Morlie took great care of my skin. She is amazing at what she does and very knowledgable. I'm a total wuss when it comes to lasers and any type of skin resurfacing procedures. She explained everything thoroughly and put me at ease. I already scheduled another appointment to see her. I highly recommend this place for all your skincare needs and concerns. read more

My friends have all noticed the difference & I've recommended the clinic to everyone! Thank you, Liana! read more

First of, I do my research before getting into something. I've gone thru disappoints before. I'm not here to bash a company, but I have to put my word out there for this one. I went on groupon to purchase a Velashape procedure. I ran into this company, but I was saved on time with the reviews I saw from Samantha and Joel. So I call them to make an appointment and the receptionist tries to school me on the procedures and that the Velashape for 4 session was only for the abdomen which wasn't specified in the groupon. I wanted to split my sessions in 2 different areas. He said it wasn't allowed and that I had to pay extra if I wanted another area? I was like what??? Smh! The alarm went off when I got a lovely message after a few minutes of making an appointment with them stating that if I didn't confirm there was going to be a $50.00 cancellation fee charge if I didn't confirm in 48 hours? Luckily, I went ahead of them and cancelled my groupon with them. You guys are something else. Don't try to respond with an automated message because it won't make you look great. Just saying. Save yourselves because I did right in time. Thanks to Samantha and Joel and my lovely intuition. read more

So first of all they obviously lack the professionalism to be honest when they didn't give me a great deal....Groupon did BUT they then convinced me to tell Groupon I wasn't eligible for the service in exchange for same price so that they wouldn't have to pay Groupon their fee for bringing them a new customer (sneaky sneaky BUT I informed Groupon of their deceit as well when I encountered the issue.) Also the forms they make you sign are super long and make you sign them all right before taking you in to get treatment so of course you don't have time to read them nor do they inform you about their return policy. Also it was their staff that told me they would refund me leftover treatment soooo how does that work? Like I said though I saved all the emails between me and the office SO of course I got my money back only because I disputed it with my CC company and I won AFTER I first lost dispute saying this ridiculous excuse for an establishment told them they had a no refund policy THEN sent emails from them to my CC and they immediately got me my money back with my proof. Sneaky sneaky once again and shame on them for their LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM AND DECEIT. Oh also funny how during the dispute process they kept trying to convince me to cancel the disputes promising me check was in mail and that it got returned....all excuses. All I can say is STAY AWAY from places that are this shady! read more

Absolutely love coming here. They have all kinds of great skin care procedures. I have seen a stark difference in my skin thanks to the recommendations of their astheticians.
