This extra month does get credited to your account, but in my situation I find this very unreasonable. I tried to cancel my appointment on the 30th. There's no way to cancel online. I called on the 30th 3 times and couldn't get an answer on the phone. I also tried calling another location that I've been using 4 times with no answer. On the 31st I called again and was able to reach someone the first try. It takes 1-3 business days to process any request that changes your membership whether you freeze or cancel. They suggested I just freeze my account and that they would try their best to get it in before I'm charged on the 3rd. I checked my email continuously the next few days to no avail. Of course, I ended up being charged on the 3rd. Disappointing as I am cancelling due to financial constraints, but I was warned it could happen so whatever. Well today on the 7th I called again to just go ahead and cancel because after consideration I really just don't want the membership anymore due to this. On the phone today I was told that "I called on the 31st, they sent out the email to freeze on the 2nd, and I was billed on the 3rd." However, I received the email to freeze on the 3rd after I was already billed. They then tell me that yes, I will have to pay for an additional month where I will be billed on the 7th of May. So basically, I'd spent a couple hours on the 30th, and most of the day the 31st, 1st, and 2nd stressing over this to only be charged for a service on the 3rd I tried to cancel, then at least freeze believing it would be easier...and now next month I'm going to have to pay an additional $79.99 for a service I don't even want. Overall the services I've received the past few months at the secondary location I'd been using primarily due to it being closer to me were nice, and I loved the staff there. The staff at this location were friendly as far as I've experienced but I've only been there twice and talked to them now twice on the phone. I do feel like it's a little overpriced for what you get, but it is still something nice to do for yourself. My low rating is purely due to the lack of leeway in their membership despite me trying to cancel since the 30th, and no one informing me of their cancellation policy until today. This should be something informed to you when you sign up.

HORRIBLE Terrible experience! The receptionist who checked me in was incredibly rude. I inquired…read moreabout the Serenity package my husband paid for as a surprise, and she insisted it only included a facial, despite the online information and package menu clearly stating a 50-minute massage followed by a 50-minute facial. When I tried to explain, she cut me off and bluntly said, "No, it's just a facial." To make matters worse, she denied any possibility of using the gift card for other services and falsely led me to believe a refund might be possible and stated that only the manager could speak with the number on file (my husbands). The manager later called my husband, claiming she was told that I didn't want some of the services and that we'd be charged for one due to the esthetician's waiting time. However, it seems as if the whole story wasn't informed to the manager... that I was told I was only getting a facial ( I wasn't opposed to the facial but I was under the impression I would be getting a relaxation massage with a facial but yet told "No its just a facial".) This whole ordeal was marked by miscommunication, and it's clear no one was concerned about the dismissive behavior of the receptionist. She not only interrupted me but also avoided making eye contact, focusing on her computer instead. This place is misleading, and I strongly advise against it. I'll be informing my colleagues and friends to steer clear of this location. Awful experience!

I am always so tense, my muscles are almost always in knots, and I've recently started a fairly strenuous workout regime, so I've been coming here for deep tissue massages. They have done wonders for me. I leave feeling like a new person! Also, the spa is gorgeous and the employees are super friendly. There are lots of amenities for you to use while you wait for your time slot, or after you are done. I've genuinely enjoyed my experiences here. So why 4/5? Well, as others have mentioned it is damn near impossible to make a reservation unless you are there in person; calling in a reservation takes forever. Also, you can only get a reservation Monday-Thursday if you are not staying at the hotel. Again, as others mentioned, the online booking tool is ridiculously inefficient. You have to click on each day to find an opening. Who has time for that? That said, they do open up to non-guests the day of IF the hotel guests don't fill all the slots. But how do you even plan ahead for that? If they upgrade the booking tool and perhaps open up a few slots for non - hotel guests on weekends (before the weekend of), this would easily be 5 stars.

My hair and hands needed the most love and boy did they get it! The chair is incredibly comfortable and the neck, shoulder, and arm, massage left me feeling like I melted. I highly recommend this service as a luxurious way to treat yourself or a loved one. This would be a fabulous treat for an anniversary, teacher appreciation, birthday, or other special recognition.

Edit: I am including this part in response to the owner. The only mobility issue I have is I can't stand long. My laying on the chair/bed with a knee bolt has no way, shape, or form, any impact on the quality or performance of the service. Because laying for your service is a standard. But on a serious note, please inform me. Apart from having a knee cushion under me, what parts of the service was "adapted" for me? So I know what the baseline and changes were. You were made aware of my limited mobility, as I said over the phone that I cannot stand long and you responded that you have a mechanical chair that moved into a flat bed, and that there is a knee bolt and option for lumbar support. So there would be no standing involved. It still doesn't answer the question of what parts of the service was "adapted" for me, and it doesn't explain why the back half of my head was neglected. I digress. Actual review: I got a 60 minute service and was genuinely underwhelmed and disappointed in myself for spending over 200 dollars (including tip) on this. I work in customer service so I try to tip well, but this just felt like a waste. Technician never checked in with me about the pressure, the bottom half of my head felt super neglected. The only times she "lifted" my head up was to place/remove towel and a zippered-bonnet. And by lift, I would feel pressure on the crown of my head, nudging me to lift my head. When she nudged me to turn my neck to get the sides, the back of my head and hair was barely touched and it was mostly neck strokes. Like literal stroking down my neck. It could've been nice, but she focused on my right side more and breezed through my left side so it was uneven but whatever. When product was directly applied to my scalp, she stopped at the top of my head. So imagine if I'm wearing headphones, and that was like a hard boundary. That's where she stopped. In the end, my scalp feels like there's residue from the products, my back half of the head doesn't feel clean and just feels like soapy water runoff was just chillen there. If I scratch my scalp, there's literal gunk under my nail from the products used. I also asked for a receipt be sent to my phone, which I am still waiting on. So yeah. I envy those who genuinely had really good experiences here. But for someone who just had surgery and can't stand long, I was really looking forward to a good clean. Super disappointed and underwhelmed, and the 30 minute drive made it feel more like a waste of money.
