They advertise 'sales' that look correct in 'the cart'. However, the sale discount amounts magically disappear between the online order process and pickup. I was told "we will honor the sale price if you notice the difference and ask us". And it is obvious their employees are Not happy. These are both signs of a horribly run business. Thankfully the competition is 'leaving bloom in the dust' and I am among many that would rather drive to California than to do business with them ever again. read more

This location has discriminated against my son. The manager and employees said his card was invalid. My son went to another dispensary the next day and was able to purchase his medical marijuana. read more

Menu items need updated as run out. The menu still shows a product they don't have! Medicinal at other locations jump the line and are taken first. While bloom has lines. It dosent work like that. 30 other people in room but medical goes first on choice and service. Bloom is no way near that. Changed alot since adult program doesn't put medicinal first. read more

Employee told me over the phone that I was able to get a puffco pivot at a discounted rate and even clarified with the manager when I take the time to drive to purchase that device, I am told that the discount does not apply to the puffco brand I try and figure out a compromise and they will not allow extremely disappointing would not ever recommend shopping there again. I've been ONLY going to bloom for a year now, NOT ANYMORE!!!!! I'll be taking my weekly 200 order elsewhere. The online orders are no quicker. horrible long waits, over priced in comparison to others even with a discount. now cops are starting to wait around the corner from the place. avoid unless you have an hour of your life to waste or feel like being pulled over n hassled. Frequently dispensed the wrong medication in the wrong forms. I have been given the wrong carts, the wrong extracts, and the wrong weed. The staff hardly know their products. They know what they like, but if you ask them about products outside of their comfort zone, they have no clue. If you like carts, and they only smoke weed, you're out of luck. When given the wrong products, they simply tell you "that sucks, not our problem" when it's THEIR fault they put the wrong items in the bag. I went there frequently for the friendly staff, but the friendliness of the staff has slowly gone from "I'm glad to be here" to "I can't clock out soon enough", and it shows. It's not the employees fault either, this is an upper management issue, which is why I'm choosing Italian Herbs for my MMJ needs. I spent a lot of money at Bloom, sorry, not anymore! EDIT: The staff at the location I went to figured out I posted this review and were nothing but rude, disrespectful, and horrible. Even the management acted this way. The staff was nice and the place looks nice. However, they shorten me on the medical medication I wanted. They advertised, 20 per pack of capsules, only received 11. I open the package, counted them, and put one close to my mouth and they accepted a return for it. as I only had an option of returning or keeping it. they did apologize for the Error. I also got cheated out of all my money back, I paid sell taxes on my item, but only got the actual cost of the product back,... didn't feel like teaching the staff, mathematics and just wanted to leave, it was a long day.... read more
