Menu items need updated as run out. The menu still shows a product they don't have! Medicinal at other locations jump the line and are taken first. While bloom has lines. It dosent work like that. 30 other people in room but medical goes first on choice and service. Bloom is no way near that. Changed alot since adult program doesn't put medicinal first. read more

Will be taking my medical services elsewhere. Was great when it was just Medical but the Rec. people get all the priority now. Also their products have been very inconsistent since rec started and horribly over priced. Multiple packs of Flowers I purchased were Not cured or dried properly. So moist like moss. I had mold grow on two. Also they refuse to order the medication I use for seizures since "not many people" use RSO Indica they only have very limited supply that they won't put aside for MEDICAL patients. And won't order it! ‼Also concerned about safety concerns as well since Rec has started... They have torn down ALL security measures and no longer employ security. As a victim of gun violence and chronic illness. No thanks I'm out. read more

Let's visit Bloom right before 4:20 on a Saturday! It'll be fun, they said! Aside from the dispensary being slammed, it WAS fun. They have a large selection that you can choose from. It's all touch screen. You can order online or in person. The staff was friendly and helpful. it was a pleasant, quick, and efficient experience. I'll be checking back during non-peak hours. read more

Before yesterday, I had never had a problem here. My experience yesterday has made me rethink this place. I had placed an online order and had received a confirmation that they had gotten my order. I put that I wanted to get it before 5. U was there by 4 to pick it up. The employee behind the desk told me they didn't have my order. When I told him that I had gotten a confirmation, he got defensive. I had to go to the walk in line. When I got to this next employee, I should her my order with the confirmation. She went back to get it. She came out and told me that my order had been cancelled due to the item being out of stock and that I should have gotten a cancellation email. I told her I didn't get that email. She got on the defensive and then tried to sell me something else. At this point, I really didn't want her help so I told her I'd figure it myself and left. I'm still waiting for that cancellation email and heading to Amplify to see if I can get what I want without the attitudes. Maybe Blooms employees should use the product read more

If you are looking for 2 gram carts, do not go here, they RARELY have them in stock. I think im gonna bite the bullet and start going to Amplify. read more

They advertise 'sales' that look correct in 'the cart'. However, the sale discount amounts magically disappear between the online order process and pickup. I was told "we will honor the sale price if you notice the difference and ask us". And it is obvious their employees are Not happy. These are both signs of a horribly run business. Thankfully the competition is 'leaving bloom in the dust' and I am among many that would rather drive to California than to do business with them ever again. read more

No longer stacks discounts. No clue when that changed. Very worker dependent on what you pay.

This location has discriminated against my son. The manager and employees said his card was invalid. My son went to another dispensary the next day and was able to purchase his medical marijuana. read more

Employee told me over the phone that I was able to get a puffco pivot at a discounted rate and even clarified with the manager when I take the time to drive to purchase that device, I am told that the discount does not apply to the puffco brand I try and figure out a compromise and they will not allow extremely disappointing would not ever recommend shopping there again. Complete waste of time. read more

I've been ONLY going to bloom for a year now, NOT ANYMORE!!!!! I'll be taking my weekly 200 order elsewhere. The online orders are no quicker. horrible long waits, over priced in comparison to others even with a discount. now cops are starting to wait around the corner from the place. avoid unless you have an hour of your life to waste or feel like being pulled over n hassled. From outside looking in , it's horribly managed. read more

came in because of the advertised sale, and was pleasantly surprised when I walked in to this establishment. The employees were informative and helpful with the questions I had about there front/back first time intake form. When I was taken back, the Bud tender Jess told me what's in stock & wasn't too pushy about recommendations- thanks for that. read more

Bloom Painesville Twp Dispensary - Informational tv - Cannabis Dispensaries Near Me - Painesville, Ohio

Great place, very clean, the people are fantastic and services perfect. All the employees are very acknowledgable and quite Pleasant.

What happened? The website has been changed and is no longer usable for stock checking and or purchasing. Please fix this. Disappointing to say the least. Bloom Painesville, do you know that patients come from far off places to get their meds? How are they to know what is available? I will be shopping elsewhere until this is fixed. read more

Frequently dispensed the wrong medication in the wrong forms. I have been given the wrong carts, the wrong extracts, and the wrong weed. The staff hardly know their products. They know what they like, but if you ask them about products outside of their comfort zone, they have no clue. If you like carts, and they only smoke weed, you're out of luck. When given the wrong products, they simply tell you "that sucks, not our problem" when it's THEIR fault they put the wrong items in the bag. I went there frequently for the friendly staff, but the friendliness of the staff has slowly gone from "I'm glad to be here" to "I can't clock out soon enough", and it shows. It's not the employees fault either, this is an upper management issue, which is why I'm choosing Italian Herbs for my MMJ needs. I spent a lot of money at Bloom, sorry, not anymore! EDIT: The staff at the location I went to figured out I posted this review and were nothing but rude, disrespectful, and horrible. Even the management acted this way. Maybe instead of being rude, you can ask what to improve to better your customers experience. Pathetic! read more

Very knowledgeable, willing to help an decide what's best for you as an individual . A personal shopping experience with professional touch

The staff was nice and the place looks nice. However, they shorten me on the medical medication I wanted. They advertised, 20 per pack of capsules, only received 11. I open the package, counted them, and put one close to my mouth and they accepted a return for it. as I only had an option of returning or keeping it. they did apologize for the Error. I also got cheated out of all my money back, I paid sell taxes on my item, but only got the actual cost of the product back,... didn't feel like teaching the staff, mathematics and just wanted to leave, it was a long day.... read more
