They sold me 100$ pen, it immediately broke and they did nothing for me, the manager essentially shoo-d me out of the store. Wouldn't even look at the product. So the products they have there are poorly curated, the manager told me that basically that company sucks, puffco,they don't stand by they're product if it's "used once", they refuse to accept the return, and also even though I bought the thing 5 days ago, we also refuse to return or swap out. The employees there are always helpful, and very patient when we have extra questions. I used to shop at any smoke/vape store that was convenient. Now it's only Puff' N Stuff for me. My daughter also loves the store for the fantastic selection of 'cool vintage' clothes with classic rock bands on them, (good parenting, thank you) funny magnets, incense and other fun gift stuff. She's recently of legal age, but whenever she was there with me before that she always liked that even though she was too young to go to the counter, employees came to the other side to help her, and as she used to describe it, "Not treat her like a little kid". They've got pretty much everything you want, plus a lot of novelty items and clothing for fellow travelers. The staff is great. They're always eager to offer help and advice, and will shoot straight with you about the products they're selling. They're kind to browsers as well, if you're just taking your time. Great place. I loved the minimum amount of people allowed in the store and people didn't seem to mind waiting in their cars. They even had decorative masks for sale during the pandemic, which was a nice touch. The year prior, I came with a mission in place and the staff took their time with me and never rushed me. BEWARE! If I could give it worst than 0 I would. Very unprofessional store customer service is terrible with employees getting an attitude with the customers. Door said closed at 8:30 and was closed before business hours with no explanation from employees. completely unprofessional. sad because I liked this store. Selling expired/non working merchandise and very poor customer service! Not coming back

Coworkers didn't follow state rules with social distancing because of covid. (Not my main concern, just saying!) I asked for help and was talked to very rudely. So I went to check out and I was not asked for my ID, until the girl checking me out realized there was no signature on my card, this is the first time I was questioned about no signature on my credit card. I found it very unprofessional the fact I was asked for my ID only because there was no signature on the card. I noticed a female who checked out in front of me buying tobacco products as well was not asked for a ID, although this female looked very young, possibly under the legal age of tobacco use. Definitely will make twisted heads on mayfield road my go-to spot now. :) puff n stuff employees, do better y'all! read more

They sold us a display model for an expensive pen that was out of stock, but the mouthpiece they included was for another model and did not fit, making the device useless. There was no discount or disclaimer about quality, rather the associate turned it on and told us it worked fine. I brought it back within an hour, but was told they do not give refunds. Tough luck for us. I called again the next day to speak to the manager and the person who answered said he was a manager, but hung up the phone when I asked his name. These people are fair-weather friends... friendly as long as you are giving them your money and don't care about the quality of the products they sold you. read more

Not going to lie, i love this place lol. They have the best incenses you can find so even if you are not a smoker they have stuff for you in this place. Tons of memorabilia and bachelor & bachelorette party stuff as well. Oh and posters lots and lots of posters. And of course the obvious stuff bongs, water pipes and smoking products. read more

Growing up I used to go to this place to buy my glass pieces... for smoking... tobacco.. Anyways it was always a good place and the owner was a nice old school hippy dude that was cool. The employees inside of there were always real nice as well. Their prices seem nice and it's the only head shop in the east Cleveland suburbs that has everything. read more

The OG of head shops. Fair pricing & not at all a rip off like most of the other places near by. I wouldn't buy a single piece of glass or a stick of incense at any other store. The staff is awesome. i love this place i bought a vapormate and the sales associate not only walked me threw how to use it, but she also let me test the different flavors it came with, not only does the vapor mate come in handy for non smoking places, it curves my appetite. friendly staff, great selection!!! read more
