The old woman…read moreworking behind the counter on March 23, 2023 at 4:15pm who looks like she smokes 40 packs a day has the nastiest attitude I have ever seen in my life. She was so angry and upset that she had to do her job. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TO A SMOKE SHOP WITH WORSE VIBES THAN THIS ONE. AVOID WHATEVER YOU DO.

On my 1st visit there they didn't stock the brand of tubes I normally buy. The woman behind the counter who's name is Tina was so helpful. She promised me that she would order my tubes & they'd be there on Friday. Well, I came too early on Friday & the truck hadn't been there yet. I thought ok, ill just buy 1 box of another brand & come back the next day. Tina gave me that box of tubes for free. I went back this morning & sure enough, my tubes were there. There was another young man working there & he was also very helpful. It's clear to me that this store understands the importance of its customers. That treating them well will bring them back over & over again. The personal touch is refreshing. I support local small businesses & im proud to be a patron of Trippy's Smoke Shop

I seriously have never met a cranky employee here! I stopped in after an incredibly stressful week at work and I can definitely admit to being spazzy. I had misread the deals for the week and ordered something thinking it was on sale that day but it was really the next day. They were quick to inform me if I could afford to wait a day it would be a wayyyy better deal, like a store actually informing you of a sale?? That's amazing. When I explained I was swamped at work and wouldn't be able to stop by back in for a couple weeks, they were compassionate, offering an empathic ear and reassuring me that it'll work out and reminding me that I can only internalize so much. It was like the hug I needed after a rough week. I want to hug those amazing women for being so supportive! I know some people consider it expensive, but I'd rather spend my money with people who care about well-being, they make sure you what you truly need! I love this place for their staff, I cannot say enough good things!
