Tried to accuse me of overcharging the device because he said you should charge it no more than 15 minutes at a time and I "Burned up the battery". Not the kind of business you want in your neighborhood. He even tried to discredit me in the Google review by saying it had been longer than it had been. Small business don't survive with bad customer service.
