Totally disappointed in the quality of the products sold here (ooze quad vape pen). I haven't even had it 3 weeks and it's broken. Not only does the business up charge you on the products because of the location, they won't guarantee what they sell you will last or care of customer service. So I recommend that you go to a vape shop that guarantees the quality of their products like Daystar boutique in lakewood or just vape - shops that don't mind replacing the defected product. Save your money. read more

I picked up a Mr. fog Max from them, and the flavor inside did not match the one that was on the box. this was obviously not their fault, but the manufacturer's. I went back in and they gave me a new one which I am very thankful for. Thank you, I will return again. read more

The creeepiest owner I have ever met, was just all around rude but after the weirdest part about him was that he was super fucking weird to the girls in our group like creepy weird, even weirder he brought up his daughter at times saying how sexy she was and I just personally felt very weird hearing that, he was oversexualizing everything for no reason, saying weird shit to us and asking for our number, got to the point of him trying to give us hugs and we just felt extremely uncomfortable inside the shop, I believe he introduced himself as Alex..not at all a good thing to be seeing from a manager. This place is so overpriced I'd be surprised if they have returning customers. Made a few purchases there in one transaction and just so happen to be scrolling online a couple days later. Saw the same items but priced 2x higher at this store and Prime eligible for free ship. Basically he got his money back twice plus some off of me. Went to another smoke shop to compare prices on accessories and that sealed it for me. I won't ever be back to this place again. read more

My husband and I moved to Cleveland from Northern Virginia fairly recently. We got on line a few months ago to find a smoke shop and Twisted Minds popped right up because it's in our neighborhood. Our first visit was so cool. Burt was absolutely amazing. He was smart and extremely knowledgeable. He knew every product very well. His customer service skills were akin to many young professionals I know in DC. He was laid back, super smooth with the presentation. He is an excellent salesman. So now, Dave and I are in there a few times a month for our vape and smoke needs. He was so stressed out from the move from down South, finding Burt and Alex at Twisted Minds eased his spirit. The whole place is comforting. It looks good, smells good, feels good. As a cancer and trauma survivor, this means the world to me. It's just all around very aesthetically pleasing. Horrible customer service. I bought a cartridge from there at that sales associate recommended, from the same associate that actually was there when i went in tonight. Brought it back the next day because I was not satisfied for an EXCHANGE. & he tried to make me pay for another one, they have a sign that says no "NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS" .. I was trying to EXCHANGE. The sign says nothing not exchanging. & I've exchanged there before .. As a returning customer, I will take my business to another smoke shop. Not satisfied with their customer service. What an asshole. I don't know his name but he's tall, chubby with thick glasses. read more

It didn't go so well for Mighty Mouse, the loudmouth proprietor, because after I threw his taunts back in his face, he got flustered, squeezed out a forced chuckle, and turned his attention elsewhere. The are better, hassle-free, cigars than MSS in the Cleveland area, including the far more welcoming Havana Choice, to name just one.

Pretty good. But you gotta do the work and hit the code and go thru the process. The WSM right now is under construction. So the produce side is smaller and off to the side not the main hall. Then you go out and walk around the sidewalk off Lorain to get to the meat side. Produce side is to the left. Smaller space but they have it organized better. Everyone is selling the same stuff and prices are fairly similar for each stall. But it is brighter and well laid out. I guess you can go by who looks the most trustworthy to who you buy from. Just keep an eye out to what you buy and make sure it's what you get. That was the old market. Hopefully it's better now. TBH I did not buy any veggies or fruit. Meat side is abundant with meat, fish, pastry, sauces, cheese and other vendors. You can find a deal. We got 3 pounds of ground meat for $18. Sunday is an off day some vendors are off so not all the stalls are filled. But more than enough. We also went to Christopher the bread guy for our favorite bread. So good! We got the rustic Italian small loaf and they sliced it. Good sandwiches this week for lunch. But they have a million other options too. This is a nice little treasure and it's worth the time and effort to go here. Grab lunch and hang out on W25th it's fun and worth the visit.

Furniture and custom leather belts and hats. They have a place you can purchase dips for fruit and veggies and they make up beautiful trays daily. Homemade stuffed pretzels with everuthing from breakfast items inside them to just cheese. Fresh cup up fruit and veggies. Every kind of prepped salad you CAN think of. Veggies who veggies sliced. Fruit whole fruit sliced. The best place to find goodies for the weekend. Fresh meats to buy and take home and cook. Ready to eat prepped foods to eat there or take home. A shop for spices and wonderful things to use in the kitchen. This place also has a section where you can buy homemade fresh baked cookies cakes pies, breads. So much here to look at. Candy too. I liked that the store sells plant pots and bottle sprays. The store is small but there are plenty of plants to choose from of varying sizes. It will be celebrating one year in business this June and I am wishing it many more years of success! First of all, it smells fantastic in the shop. All the plants are well taken care of and there's a big diversity of offerings here - no matter your lifestyle, you can find a plant for you in this shop. And of course, there's also plant-themed merch here as well, like plant momma/daddy hats, stickers, keychains, etc. The prices are very reasonable as well. I picked up a lovely, pre-potted plant for my mom for less than $20 with a 20% discount I had! I am a plant murderer, but my sweet mother is not. I will definitely be popping into Peace Lily for more of my future plant gifts to friends and family in the future!

A vast and always updated selection of CBD, hookha's, pipes, smoking devices, vaping devices, rad clothes, water bongs, cigarettes, a ray of rolling papers, local art!!!!!! Kratom iteams, sweet sunglass for cheap but great quality. The workers there the Burt and Brandon are very knowledgeable and friendly, they help me out plenty of times on finding the right product for a great deal as well. In a word...overpriced. $20 for a generic dugout. $20 for a Silicone molded "Bee" pipe. $10 for 1/2 oz. shot of "concentrated Kratom extract". Unfortunately, they were the only shop open near midnight. They got me for $50, but lost me as a return customer. read more
