The service was pleasant. The selection was very good. There were a lot of cigars to choose from and I was able to find a few I was interested in purchasing while traveling from out of state. The value seemed fair I did not balk at the pricing it seemed pretty consistent with other shops. I enjoyed it when Linda and Chuck were there, and occasionally the owner's daughter, whose name I can't recall right now (Kelly?). If you're looking for a great place to learn about fine cigars in a nice friendly and warm atmosphere go somewhere else.... This place is not that! The manager of this store is just lost, always feel like your bothering her when you ask her for any information. Do you have a DuPont lighter that needs repair.... Don't ask them, even though they are a licensed DuPont dealer they have zero information for that. Want to buy a box of cigars.... Too bad they don't have them in stock, you have to wait for them to come in. If you buy a humidor from them and there is a quality issue.... Too bad, you have to call the supplier directly to get it repaired or replaced....Only to get negative comments and reprimanded by the manager because they made her replace it. read more

This past weekend my friend wanted to celebrate her birthday at a cigar lounge- you know be on our grown and sexy. So we used yelp to find this place and was excited that is was down the street from her house and my job. This was everyone's first time visiting a cigar lounge so we looked very beginnerish walking in lol. The decor of the place is what I would truly expect for a cigar lounge. Comfortable sitting areas, cases full of cigars, and boxes. The word work was simply amazing. Not only was the staff very friendly and helpful- she told us the difference of cigars and what we should try since it was our first time there. The customers were helpful and nice as well. They let our group sit together and even wished my friend a happy birthday. If you are looking for a laid back place and truly enjoy smoking cigars- I highly suggest you checking this place out. The only two things that I was sad about was there wasn't any adult beverages and they close pretty early. But other than that I had an amazing time pretending I knew what I was doing with the cigars I bought. read more

Best place ever. The staff is extremely accommodating as well knowledgeable about cigars. ALL CIGARS! They have a cigar for what ever your taste is. The customer service is awesome. I bought a nice lighter and after it started acting up they replaced and sent the one I purchased back to the manufacturer. Ample seating and a large flat screen. I've been a regular here for about 2 years. Fantastic selection and a staff that really know their cigars if you want to get out of the box and try something new.
