Ordered some simple shit, the pay by bank wouldn't allow me to buy my items, but I have the funds. I get to the place, they don't accept tap payments. Had to retry multiple times to the point it locked my account and had to walk out empty handed. This is a review intended for the owners. RSO oil is well over-priced at $40. Each RSO syringe of 1g should be at most $15 to $20. I traveled to Michigan to see their prices. Average prices with sales at different dispensaries priced it at $14 lowest. I paid $58 to begin with, a year ago. Then posted a review on the price and it lowered. I think it should be lowered again to avoid price gouging. Same for the Purple Nurple drinks. Paying $20 per 12 oz can is extremely high. $5 - $8 a can at most. The customer service is amazing. I went in today and had a curb-side pickup but all the spaces in the parking lot were full so I came inside to get my order. When the guy behind the counter asked me if I had an online order and I told him exactly that, not complaining just explaining, but he then asked some other guy working there walking by how many people were in the parking lot and when he said "one or two" the guy essentially pointed at me and laughed and said "this guy says the parking lot is full, Hardy har har" I was also in line for at least ten minutes at this point. When I got my order and walked outside again, the parking lot was again/still full. Yeah I don't think I'm going to shop at a place with workers willing to gaslight and mock you on the way in, no matter what they're selling. read more

I love The Botanist. I will go here even though other stores have 30% off because their customer service is wayyyyy better. Parking is easy, they get you in and out fast, and they even kno your name!!! It's just like cheers... but for weed. Everyone was younger there, and treated me like I was invisible. They were not very friendly at all,and didn't even ask if I had any questions about the stuff I bought. In the front The guy asked how everyone's day went,skipped right over me. Finally got called in the back, a good ten people came and went. I finally go up and ask how much longer it'll be. I've always had good, prompt service. Easy to park and seems to be well run. I'm not a power user, but for me they have always been good.

My first time picking up any products for my elderly father! The staff were so nice and helpful and made me feel very comfortable, from helping me fill out the paperwork, showing me what was expected when arriving and leaving. Axaviar Burrows helped me pick some items that would be best suited to my Dads needs, he could not have been anymore helpful and supportive. He didn't even laugh at me when I pulled out my credit card to pay, just an FYI you have to pay cash. Not their rules the States. The gummies he suggested worked very well for my Dad! the Akron store is way slower and less efficient than canton store. the only reason I go the Akron store is because they usually have more products on site. they get 2 stars out of 5 stars read more
