Most of the staff are friendly and usually provide a great shopping experience. However, after nearly a year of visiting, I don't feel confident relying on staff recommendations for products. My two most recent visits were especially awkward and uncomfortable. On one occasion, I was called over by a staff member even though I was second in line. When I approached, she questioned whether the customer ahead of me should go first--something she could clearly see on both her kiosk screen and computer system. After the confusion, she reluctantly helped me anyway, which made the interaction uncomfortable. read more

Maybe I'm just spoiled because my home state of CA just has better selection and quality in general. I'm visiting family here for the holidays and they wanted to show me what their local dispo was offering. Needless to say the prices were pretty average for the herb, ($30-$40) We got a few 8ths, and an edible. The 8ths crackled as soon as we lit up a joint. That is not a good sign at all, two puffs and my cousin and I put out the joint. It tasted like garbage. I got a slight headache in about 15 minutes. The service there was ok until it was time to pay and leave: it felt like eternity as the cashier was asking us a million extra questions and then the audacity to request a 5 star review so he could get an Xmas bonus. I wanted to just pay and go, but he kept talking and talking and talking. So leaving my review, this is a kind hint to not ask a customer to secure YOUR Christmas bonus for peddling mids. If you did great service, this review would be slightly better, instead, you took up my time even more. The selfishness from the customer service rep to not be succinct with our transaction, only to serve their own interest is just plain idiotic. People want to go enjoy their bud (which we didn't) not hear how you want a Xmas bonus. I want some good trees, so maybe the management will see this review and invest more in their product line than holding carrots on a string for their budtenders hopes of making some more money. read more

This is a review intended for the owners. RSO oil is well over-priced at $40. Each RSO syringe of 1g should be at most $15 to $20. I traveled to Michigan to see their prices. Average prices with sales at different dispensaries priced it at $14 lowest. I paid $58 to begin with, a year ago. Then posted a review on the price and it lowered. I think it should be lowered again to avoid price gouging. Same for the Purple Nurple drinks. Paying $20 per 12 oz can is extremely high. $5 - $8 a can at most. read more

went there during their 1st week of selling recreational weed. was mildly surprised by the budtender's lack of knowledge or inability to provide information about strains they had available-like the "lean" of any of their hybrids (percentages as to indica/sativa). This was not too unusual but not having the information available WAS a concern. Then I was baffled by their hocus-pocus measurement system. An eighth is 3.5 grams NOT 2.8 grams. Doing the math, you are paying in the neighborhood of $600 an ounce for merely "decent" weed. I assumed this was just because it was early-on in their selling recreational. But i went back a few weeks later and experienced the same flaky bs. It's a nice ride over to Toledo and just 11 miles up into Michigan you can buy higher quality bud for about $100 an ounce. I don't know if these issue and prices will change but until they do, I will continue to enjoy my ride to Michigan. read more

Bloom has an excellent sale daily on various products. Out of the other dispensaries they are the most organized and have the best prices. No matter what dispensary you visit there will always be a wait time. This is because some orders placed some of the items ran out, people are adding things to their order or are asking general questions. Traffic is busier on the weekends so expect a wait! O am a rder ahead and get there to hop in line. I was there yesterday in line and I was number #22. I was in and out in 30 minutes!! Patience people!! read more

The best place. The staff remember you, they make you feel like they care and they refer to you by name instead of referring to you as "user" like some of the other dispensaries I have been too (and will never go to again) Bloom is the only place I'll ever go. Sure, there is a wait and a line longer than I want majority of the time but they are my life line and doing the best they can, with what they have, in the middle of horrible times. So I will never be mad or upset with them (the staff) because they are there to help me. And they DO and continue to help me. I'm so grateful for them. I do wish they could deliver. Only because I suffer from a major depressive disorder and getting out in public and having to be around humans when people are so mean and entitled nowadays is hard but they will ALWAYS be the greatest and only place I go. 3 mistakes in one experience/NOW FOUR mistakes! Miscommunication still persists! :( I had an issue where I experienced three mistakes with one visit at Akron Bloom. Callie (spelling?) a manager from Bloom called me after seeing my online reviews and personally apologized on April 10th, 1:16 p.m. Callie invited me back to the store and wanted me to give Bloom another chance. Callie informed me that Bloom was going to have the biggest sale on 4/13 for 25% off and that it would be a stackable discount (Bloom has stackable discounts, as I had 45% off on this visit where my bad experiences occurred). I was immediately excited for this offer! 4/13 arrives and on a whim I decide to check the menu FIRST and triple check before driving out to Bloom to meet Callie. The menu updates and it reads Bloom has a 25% discount and it is not STACKABLE. I call Bloom and the employee that answered she told me that no there is no stackable discount. I asked if she was positive as I told her Callie just called me on the 10th and told me it would be. The employee thought for a minute and then told me that there was going to be a stackable discount but then the company changed its mind and decided not to. I also spoke with Callie and she told me Bloom didn't want people to have 50% off on their products. They changed the sale, which I know they can do but I was told by Callie and I had my heart set on that shopping experience as a redemption visit. And that was it. Another disappointing experience with Bloom after Callie convinced me to give them another chance I am on the receiving end of another awful communication between the staff at Bloom. I don't see how I can recommend Bloom at this time to other patients because of how you handled my bad experiences. I'm disappointed in the repeated breakdown of team communication which has lead me to have another bad experience (4th) with Bloom. Everyone was friendly, the site was clean but I hate having to write this out but I feel I should let people know that there are some major performance errors when it comes down to communication within the Bloom team. I feel that everyone was friendly and helpful but when it came down to execution of customer service Bloom did a bad job with my experience. I hope this message is printed out and it is used as an example during the next team meeting of how to improve communications between staff and prevent issues as this one. I hope Bloom can do better in the future as I'm disappointed as I liked everything else about my visit to Bloom but this downward spiral with poor team communication that lead to my disastrous experience Bloom has a big hurdle to overcome. read more

This place is ran by KIDS who are absolutely clueless as to how to run a business, how to treat customers who are actually patients, or employee productivity my favorite! kids sitting around on the clock doing nothing! it's truly an art form to do nothing while being paid. In addition to being complete morons lead by oblivious never present "corporate bosses who are OUT OF STATE" they've taken the entire back parking lot away from PATIENTS and have allocated them to the lazy dream team of incompetence customer care they call their staff. It takes them on average 23 minutes to process someone and complete their order. That's for ONLINE orders as well. So for all you mathematicians out there trying to be productive, get there early cause if you're the 9th person in line, you guessed it, 207 minutes sitting in your God damn car @ $4 a gallon. Bloom is severely understaffed, leading to long wait times for severely ill patients. There is a lot of money in this industry, so it is unacceptable for their employee wages to be apparently so low that they struggle with staffing. I arrived today less than 15 minutes after opening and there was already a line forming down the sidewalk to even get in the building. I was there almost 45 minutes for a small order. It was a terrible experience. My caregiver has repeatedly had wait times of over an hour. Even parking is extremely difficult due to there being less than ten spaces for customers. I will actively be seeking out a new dispensary. read more
