    I would give zero stars if I could. They transferred meds for my daughter because my daughter is on…read moreseveral medications and I wanted everything at one pharmacy rather then several pharmacies . After transferring them they informed me they couldn't order one of her meds and that it was not available to order. So with that new info i requested them to be transferred again to a pharmacy that could fill all of her meds at one place. Then they refused to transfer bc the pharmacist up there said " we worked hard to fill them" and that there was one ready that needed to be picked up because they cant return it to stock. ( also a lie, I am a certifed pharmacy tech and I know that it can put back and transferred). They they proceeded to break HIPPA by calling a family member and disclosing PHI on their voicemail in regards to my daughter and her medications. DO NOT use this pharmacy unless you want to be lied to and have your personal information released to people without consent. Which I will be reporting.

    Tried to get supplies from them. Dealt with someone on the phone who was not informed and could…read morenot answer any basic questions. Was then put through to the owner, Anita, who basically said it would be too much trouble to help us in our situation and she wouldn't take an order form us. Guess I will take my $20,000 per month order to a place that actually cares and wants to help people. Whatever you do, AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ANY CHANCE YOU CAN!!! It was apparent that she could care less for my business and told me that she couldn't help me because my insurance company was closed for lunch at that time. (Untrue) do yourself a favor and do not waste your time here! Also she never even stood up to greet me from behind her desk that was behind service counter! She was not wearing a mask during this pandemic! But they did have a sign posted for mask wearing! I will use every opportunity to deter people from this awful place! I also asked to speak with the owner and she would not allow me that, stating that she was unavailable and wouldn't even take any of my information so that she could get back to me! Update: The owner called me personally to apologize on behalf of her company and ensured me that she would speak to Susan so that an incident like mine doesn't happen again for future business. She was very apologetic and sincere. I am giving them another chance and I will not interact with Susan upon future visits if she is working at the time. Susan needs to be fired or at minimum re-trained to be suitable for working with customers.
