Choose another one! Her merchandise is nice and certain pieces unique, but most of it can be found at other stores where both owner and staff treat their customers with respect. Anushka is amazing! The store, Bloom, is full off beautiful this and thats, perfect for hostess gifts. They have an incredible selection of hand poured soy candles that all smell so fabulous that I had a hard time narrowing it down to 4. They also carry Tocca fragrances and accessories, which is a great line to check out if you are not familiar with them. Ok, so onto their flowers. This is not a typical flower shop where you can walk in and pick out an arrangement from a cooler filled with pre-made items. I happened to walk in when she was creating a centerpiece for another client and ended up buying it (she made another one for the client). Although not cheap, she is reasonably priced for what you are getting and the end product is incredibly beautiful. I cannot take my eyes off of these flowers and received multiple compliments on them during my daughter's birthday party. Definitely check this place out if you are ever in Cherry Creek. I WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS. I have actually never been treated with such disgust. I just came from the gym (pura vida), but I guess my aEstHeTiC did not look like I had "money" so no one even acknowledged me upon entrance. Fine, whatever I continue to browse before I was going to order a large floral order. I see a selenite rod priced at a 100$ so I casually comment to my friend that that is extremely overpriced as me and all my co workers have extensive knowledge of gemstones and some of us have gemology and geology degrees. The lady with brown hair here's me say this (her blond co worker just glares at me extremely rudely) she said I was disrespectful. I discreetly said this to my friend I was in NO way rude or disrespectful. I simply told her I have extensive knowledge about the subject and it was a comment I made to my friend. Also, not a single other customer was in the store. I can only imagine why would never recommend this place. Went in with intentions of spending hundreds on gifts but both women made it the worst experience I've ever had and I will continue to talk horribly of this place. This is not a business this is a store front for someone that's bored and can't have a real job but has money. read more

This boutique florist is first class. The flowers and arrangements are stunning. But the number one reason we will continue to buy flowers from here is their outstanding customer service. I had an issue with some of the flowers not lasting as long as I felt they should. Within 24hrs of my complaint they replaced the whole arrangement. Both very gracious and professional. My wife received a bouquet from our daughter for her round birthday from bloom by Anuschka. Even-though, flowers appeared to be nicely arranged they looked horrible after 24-48 hours. Definitely old bouquet likely pulled out of he refrigerator waiting for unfortunate victim to pay a lot of money for such a poor product. Our phone call to the shop was even more disappointing. Sales lady clearly just amused by our complaint; in good mood; not even apologetic. She didn't even seem surprised by our complain about the poor quality of her flowers that she is selling. This is the store that I would avoid in the future and would encourage you to bypass from distance. There are surely honest florists in Denver who will sell you much nicer and fresh flowers that will last. They should clearly return money for rotten flowers, the same way as grocery store would if they sold you rotten food by mistake. read more

BLOOM did all of the flowers for my wedding. I went into the shop not knowing what I wanted other than the color scheme. Anuschka had so many amazing ideas. The bouquets, boutonnieres, and centerpieces were so much better than I expected. I got so many compliments all night long about the flowers. I was able to give away the centerpieces to guests and they were so happy, everyone loved the flowers and said they lasted a long time in their homes. My only complaint was that I went over what I had budgeted but it was worth it! read more

Cherry creek location. I was early when I came in to pick up my arrangements. I was with my 3 year old son, so we looked around at the beautiful things. Then, we were offered water. Then, the kindest man came and asked my son if he liked rocks, then went in the back and brought him a choice of beautiful rocks. My son was so excited- he gave him 2. Our arrangements were complete- beautiful, fresh, and exactly what I envisioned. When we got in the car, my son said 'I love that man!' It's refreshing in the Cherry Creek area when kindness, especially for young children in grown up stores, accompanies great customer service. I'm recommending Bloom to everyone I know. read more

Amazingly well curated at the Union Station location. I am a La Mer lip balm FANATIC and at $55 a container it is one of my guilty pleasures...I on a whim tried the BLOOM lip balm $8 for a huge tube a few months ago...IT IS BETTER THAN LA MER!!! Now I go and buy it 5 tubes at a time and gift it to all my friends. Everything in both the store and flower stand are beautifully curated and gorgeously merchandised..get there asap and stock up!! read more

Avoid!!! We ordered furniture through them and had a terrible experience. Part of the problem is the vendor they work with, Cisco home. There were repeated delays such that we didn't get the furniture until months later. Both pieces arrived with damage. We returned the piece with the worst damage, but then found out that they do not offer refunds for any reason. They were willing to replace the item, but we didn't want to wait more months for furniture. Finally, with the intervention of our interior designer we reached a compromise. They offered us a discount to accept the damaged piece of furniture. A few other thoughts: 1) The furniture is very expensive and should arrive in pristine condition. 2) Both Bloom and Cisco should stand behind their products. 3) Cisco furniture is not worth the money. We ordered based on photos and the recommendation of our designer, which, in hindsight, was a bad idea. 4) Communication was terrible throughout the process. We had to write and call multiple times and enlist the help of our designer in order to get a response. read more

BLOOM does have beautiful flowers. Unfortunately, the owner, Anuschka, is terribly rude and mean. The last time I visited the store to purchase my sixth arrangement in under two months, she openly mocked me for wanting to stay on a budget and for suggesting different flowers that I wanted included. The arrangement I wanted to purchase was for a funeral and Anuschka was beyond inappropriate and made the entire experience awful. I have not been back to BLOOM since. I don't recommend going here and dealing with the snotty and ungrateful attitude. They should learn some manners and be thankful they have any business at all. "Customer Service" is apparently NOT customary there. Whole Foods in Cherry Creek provides a very nice alternative. Their flowers are affordable and the staff are so incredibly friendly, accommodating, and willing to help! What a shock! read more

When I first came to this shop looking for flowers for my wedding, I met with Anuschka's assistant. He was a very pleasant young man, listened to my idea's of what I wanted my wedding to look like and tried to show examples of the products they had in the store. I didn't have an expensive budget and he definitely worked with that, which made me feel like I was in great hands. As we were getting closer to the wedding date I set up another appointment to finalize the flower decorations. When my fiance and I arrived there we were told we were meeting with Anuschka, whom we had never met before. I started telling her my ideas for the table settings and what flowers I was wanting and if it was possible to see a little set up of what it might look like. After EVERYTIME I was done talking she would just stare at me with a slight smirk on her face like "You are an idiot but I will try to be nice to you." Once she found out our budget she made it seem like we were not worthy of her time to even show samples of the flowers she would arrange. All she did was talk about this wedding she did where the people had $150,000 to spend on flowers. The only input I had was telling her one type of flower that I did not want to see. If you don't have much money to spend on flowers for your wedding I would recommend not using her at all. She definitely has a snotty attitude and makes you feel like you are way beneath here. read more
