I tried to tell the management office office lead what happened and they did not want to hear my story. I was basicslly told too bad and that's what happens when you leave your suitcase in view in the car. Of course, I know the risk is mine, but the fact thry had zero sympathy and don't even want to hear about crime in their area is sad. The other car said they had stuff stolen. From the trunk. So sad. I did some calling around and Chandler police confirmed that crime stats are high at this shopping center... so be VERY aware or give elsewhere.

Decent selection of stores, but not too many good restaurants, mainly overpriced chains. There's also an underlying snotty vibe at this mall. It's got Scottsdale vibes but none of the actual glam of Scottsdale. I prefer Chandler mall but will go here when needed. It can be pretty at night time, but it's usually decently hard to find parking.

Blue Planet has apparently been in downtown Chandler for many years, and I'm honestly shocked I've never noticed it before because I'm in the area all the time. The shop is full of unique items, many of them made by local artists and members of the community. They have T-shirts, coffee, popcorn, keychains, clothing, Arizona-themed gifts, and so many fun, one-of-a-kind treasures. If you're looking for easy gift ideas, this is the place. It's perfect for Christmas stocking stuffers, thoughtful gifts, or for taking out-of-state visitors who want to bring home a special Arizona souvenir. I especially loved the beautifully carved Arizona shaped cutting boards they make wonderful gifts. They do have nice bathrooms, including the family bathroom however it was locked so you do have to call security to have them come unlock it for you, but someone was there in a matter of minutes. It wasn't dirty, but it could have been cleaner. I also have heard it can get a little bit rough here at night time, but I did not experience that while here around 10 AM to noon on a Saturday.
