I was waiting for her to get off her call so that I could ask some questions about other merchandise I was interested in. She hands me a receipt to sign and I told her I had questions. She hung up the phone grudgingly and clearly was annoyed with me. I asked for a larger brown bag and she refused me. My purchase was 73.00 so it seems like the bag was a no brainer. it seems like she was a manager or owner. What a rude and unpleasant person. I can assure bishoffs that I'll shop online for my baby gifts in the future and there is no chance I'll buy the pawn concho belt I was so interested in.

I actually think I was here the last time I was in Scottsdale several years ago but I didn't Yelp it so who can say? Regardless, Mom found some things that she could not leave Arizona without and I picked up some candy for the office and prickly pear honey for my employees. While there Mom tried on some cowboy hats and honestly should have just bought one, but she's never been a hat person. Staff were very friendly and welcoming, from the moment we walked in the door to the checkout process, which is always nice to see--so many souvenir shops have staff that are as likely to stab you as they are to help you.
