The older woman there is always cranky, unfriendly, and seems as if she hates her job, She only bothers to help if the line is really long, and then she seems resentful. But I've found the younger workers are friendly and competent. I only go to this location if I'm already in the area though. If not, I drive to the Marlborough location so I don't have to chance getting slow and cranky workers.

Wow - I tried to return an Amazon package to this store the first time, and I was told they…read morecouldn't take it in its original box because I didn't wrap it, this was 3 days ago. Today I put in a 5" cubed box and sealed it up, there is NO shipping label on it, just the info from what the box originally contained, which was an oil filter grip and I was told it needs to be wrapped in its original packaging (which was a poly bubble wrap Amazon sleeve) and I was still told that UPS won't take it, and again I was told to buy an envelope to put it in - I think this store is making folks unnecessarily put return packages into a large brown mailer, just to sell mailers. So I called to complain to Amazon and they said just take it to Staples instead.. when I got there the guy said no problem and took it and I got the confirmation email in 2 seconds. Same package, no changes - he even said there should be no problem returning this package at that UPS store given how it's packaged but I think the clerk who took my order is a dud. Same clerk, an older lady, who could offer no other solution but to sell me a mailer to put my wrapped and sealed package into, so she could accept it. Unless there is a size limit for how small a box can be, and a 5 inch cube isn't that small, she just enjoys turning folks away OR selling mailing sleeves. Basically I've read the reviews of this store and I had sometimes good service and sometimes I've had to wait a long time for service but today, this store EARNED it's poor review. NOT RECOMMENDED.
