Kid at the…read moredesk with the goofy hair said he wasnt in yet and should be back at 5:30 or "maybe 10 minutes after". I went back in at my time and am told by some other kid that he's in the hospital and wont be coming in. Like, why didnt you say that earlier instead of making me wait 30 minutes? When I asked for the manager he pointed to his buddy and said he was the manager. Then why is the kid you're saying the manager commenting about how he doesn't think the notary is coming back in today while you're making a claim that he's in the hospital? Either way, both employees had zero care for wasting my time and went so far as to say. "Man, there's nothing we could do about it. It's the system that made your appointment." Well, you have control of the system and are confident your buddy isn't coming back, so you pick up the damn phone and call people with appointments. That's what you could have done about it.

Two technicians have come so far, one yesterday and another one day before yesterday. They said "yes battery is bad. It's under warranty.
