Hit or miss. Sometimes it takes forever because there's only one clueless person working, and other times it moves quickly. Customer service also depends on who you get. The older woman there is always cranky, unfriendly, and seems as if she hates her job, She only bothers to help if the line is really long, and then she seems resentful. But I've found the younger workers are friendly and competent. I only go to this location if I'm already in the area though. If not, I drive to the Marlborough location so I don't have to chance getting slow and cranky workers. read more

I try to avoid this store because of the poor customer service. I had to send a small appliance for repair. The manufacturer had a contract with UPS to package the item and to ship it to them, so I had no choice. The item arrived with so much damage that it couldn't be repaired. Happily, the manufacturer has agreed to replace the item at no cost to me. But had they not, I would be out $$ (the appliance had cost about $1,000). I would certainly not have them pack anything for shipment again. read more

Went to the store at noon on saturday one person line to the door. Left and did grocery shopping went back still a long line. Have been before sign on door family emergency closed for the afternoon. Yesterday sign open at 9am daily short staffed. Not sure this is a great way to run a business these days. read more

The store is in a convenient location for me to do Amazon returns but I always leave in a bad mood. Staff is generally unhelpful and at times blatantly rude. Last time I had returns, I was told that I was in the wrong place despite choosing UPS store in the Amazon app. Today, I walked in and the woman working the desk was on the phone and did not acknowledge me or reply to me when I said "hello, how are you?". I went there on a weekday at noon to pick up a package. I had to wait over 10 minutes, because there was only 1 person working there. It seems like every time I go there, I have to wait, even if it's not busy. I have never seen more than 2 people working in that store. I took a photograph for my passport services and surprisingly they didn't share the digital copy over the email , also, they provided only USB option and for that they are charging 6$. I am not sure if that is the process across all the stores. read more

Rude!! do NOT go here travel a little further for a better location. Today I witnessed a woman ask for a paper towel to wipe a spill and she was rudely told no. This woman apologized several times for spilling a drink and the woman behind the counter said, no I can't give you anything to wipe it up. I jumped in and said, she's trying to help clean it so no other customers get their packages wet, my heart went out to this customer for the way she was treated. I will NOT go back and NOR will I send any of my business packages though this location, despicable. A little kindness shouldn't be so hard. read more

Visited this store in the morning on 4/2/24, male employee behind counter was extremely rude and dismissive of me from the moment I arrived. The (manager?) Nita couldn't be bothered to help the rude guy when he started having trouble with my order, as she was too busy on a personal phone call. I had to stand there and wait for the rude guy as he didn't explain to me what was going on, and kept running away to catch paper from falling on the floor out of the printer. After making me wait an unreasonable amount of time, they said their system was down and that they couldn't accept my package. Such an awful experience and complete waste of time, I'll drive further to go to a UPS Store with nicer employees from now on. read more

The UPS Store in Westborough was well run by the prior owners. The new owners are so rude and unfriendly. Poor at best customer service and English language skills, clueless inept, human droid types are the root cause. Always a bad feeling going there. United Parcel Service needs to improve every aspect of the Westborough location. read more

Never go here--I've tried twice. The first time they told me a package was odd sized, the post office would never take it but they could ship for $75. I went to post office and they took it, no problem...with the pre-paid postage. Tried again today. Guy wouldn't put a strip of tape on my package (which was lying put on counter right next to him)...but said I could buy tape. Total rip-off....I've been to many UPS stores and this one THE WORST! So I just went down the road to another UPS location and told them I needed to buy tape to secure package...he said "no you don't I can tape it for you". So....just go to the one down the street. I came in today to overnight a letter to my financial advisor. I had the UPS shipping number of my financial planner and wanted to use it to overnight my letter. I was told I could not use it because sometimes this UPS store does not get reimbursed. I complained and told them I am a long term customer and am disapoointed I had to pay $52.00 to overnight the letter. I was told it was there policy and nothing could be done. I have been on line reading UPS policies and it clearly states the billing account of a place can be used to send an item. I am so upset at the lack of courtesy and respect that I will never give them my business in the future. I was communicating with the owner's wife. If I could give 0 stars, I would. They are by far the worst when it comes to customer service. He told me my box isn't properly packaged. I said it came to me that way but if he insisted, it needs a piece of tape across the center to firm it up but he wasn't willing to do that. Tape! This is now several instances where they have been difficult. The Framingham location is so more professional and helpful. Staples UPS drop off is so much more professional and helpful. I need to remind myself to avoid the Westborough location. So frustrating. read more

They advertise notary services but I went there on Saturday and the guy said that he "forgot his notary stuff". Very disappointing since I was planning on taking care of some business on the weekend and was relying on them. I guess you should call them before going there for notary services to make sure the guy "brings his notary stuff". read more

I have been using this UPS Store as my shipping drop-off site and for my two businesses' printing jobs since I moved to the area, and I couldn't be happier. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and Joe's design and printing skills are all that I could ask for.
