The inside has this cute dinner feel to it with an actual soda fountain counter as soon as you walk in. We got in line and looked over the menu which had some great sandwich options. There were two young workers making food and there was another couple waiting for a completed catering order. I figured out what I wanted...turkey sandwich always but realized after ten minutes that we were still waiting. No worries we weren't in a huge hurry or anything but... It took almost 25 minutes for them to take our order and another ten minutes for them to finish the order and for us to get out the door. Now...the food. We got home and tore into our sandwiches while they had all of the requested items in the sandwiches the bread was old and dried out, the turkey was mediocre, and the service was horrible. I've never been in any sandwich shop for almost 40 minutes without there being a major line of people. The two people working were absentminded and didn't seem to give a rats pahtoot about paying attention to details. It's not a place I would go back to knowing that this is the service that would greet me.
