The quesadilla that I had was very crisp and had so much flavor, even for myself who hates cilantro enjoyed combination of flavors within. My wife got the enchiladas and she really enjoyed these as well! The meat inside of them was very savory. The people running the food truck are the most respectful as well care very much about their customers. As we were sitting out side the truck eating one of the workers came out and gave us complimentary water bottles, which is awesome because of how hot it was while we were eating... it just left me saying their 5 star review just went higher. Lastly the true test of a places greatness is the customers, there was a constant flow of people coming to try it out. And talking to them everyone was just extremely impressed with how great it was... go check it out!

They have a salsa/hot sauce bar, each with different heat levels. They have a soda fountain in addition to Horchata! The entire location feels clean! The restaurant is owned and operated by a wonderful family. The owners speak both Spanish and English. I did have a medical emergency at the restaurant and I haven't been back since, but they all treated me so well. I'm very grateful. My observations; 1. Service is efficient and quick! They are a South Carolina inspired bbq and they did not disappoint!! I tried the bbq chicken, tri tip, and brisket and everything was awesome!! My favorite was the chicken, they smoke it for 5 hours and use both dry and wet rub. It was flavorful with nice texture and mouth feel. Not dry or over seasoned. The tritip hit more like a traditional brisket and the brisket more like pulled pork, but high notes all round. Of the sides I tried, between the potato salad, coleslaw, and fries, the fries were the star of the show!! I shared the platter with 3 other adults and a toddler and we were all impressed!! The service was lightening fast, and even the herbivore toddler loved the meat! This was truly a pleasant surprise and well worth a gander!!
