It's a quant place, pretty busy but a lot of employees and quick service. The food was ok, not too much flavor and my turkey BLT only had one slice of turkey so couldn't even taste it. I was disappointed for such a large sandwich with yummy fluffy bread to only have 1 slice of turkey. My husband ordered the chicken BLT salad, again he said he was ok, nothing special, not much flavor. I also tried a chocolate chip cookie and it was yummy! So if you are looking for simple, fresh tasting food, and are ok with it tasting kind of bland, I'd recommend. I'm def more of a Jersey mikes lover when it comes to a good hearty sandwich!

I figured out what I wanted...turkey sandwich always but realized after ten minutes that we were still waiting. No worries we weren't in a huge hurry or anything but... It took almost 25 minutes for them to take our order and another ten minutes for them to finish the order and for us to get out the door. Now...the food. We got home and tore into our sandwiches while they had all of the requested items in the sandwiches the bread was old and dried out, the turkey was mediocre, and the service was horrible. I've never been in any sandwich shop for almost 40 minutes without there being a major line of people. The two people working were absentminded and didn't seem to give a rats pahtoot about paying attention to details. It's not a place I would go back to knowing that this is the service that would greet me.

The cheese curds were even better than when I remembered. But the brisket stacker felt wrong. The brisket was cut differently and honestly was a bit tough, and you used to be able to put on any bbq sauce since all the sauces were on the table, but this was prepared with another barbecue sauce. Did I have fun? Yes, was it hard for the memories not to match in my head? Totally. Will I be back to Rexburg? Probably not.

Huge portions, cheap prices. Maybe the portions seemed huge because we didn't finish them. The meat doesn't have much flavor, and is soaking wet. It will destroy your bun in about 2 minutes. I couldn't find any hint of a smoke ring or smoke flavor. The sauce is vinegar with red pepper flakes. I guess that's Carolina style? It didn't do much for me. I was excited for the waffle fries, but by the time we got our food they were cold and soggy. The bbq fry sauce was a nice change. The tri tip was actually very good, but also too wet. The ribs were tender, but swimming in so much sauce that it ruined any flavor the meat might've had. The beans could've been good, but had slices of old hot dogs and chunks of old meat in them, which was gross. I can eat leftovers at home. The coleslaw was soaking in sauce but didn't taste like anything except old cabbage. If you like all of your food to taste like watered down vinegar you'll like it here. If you like bbq, eat elsewhere. read more

I overheard a lady when I ate here the other day complaining about her Tri-Tip meat being raw. I was eating the Tri-Tip that day as well and it was delicious. Why did she think it was raw? Because of the beautiful smoke ring around the edge of the meat that is a sign of beautifully smoked meat. Lady had no clue what she was talking about. I see more of those ignorant comments like that here in some of the negative reviews. Don't listen to the nay-sayers. Go get some vinegar pork or Tri-Tip and see for yourself. read more

This is fantastic BBQ. I grew up in Tennessee and still cannot believe I found BBQ like this in Rexburg. I love the brisket, tri tip, and I have heard the cheese steak is great (I need to get over there and try it). However, my absolute favorite is the pulled pork sandwich with coleslaw (the coleslaw is great). I can't even think of the words to describe how good that sandwich is. read more

Disappointed in the new staff working the restaurant. Poor service. Walked in to eat after 8pm and they said they have "winter hours" so they now close at 8pm Monday through Thursday. Tried to ask why they are closing earlier and there was no good reason. Seemed strange that "winter hours" exist and it's almost May. read more

The sauce is amazing and although I have heard some complain the buns were dry, I personally have never had in issue, the waflle fries are great! and the Baked beans are auseom! different flavor than the usual plain old bbq beans! read more

First off, I love their Tri-tip and chicken. They have great flavor. I also recommend the fried green beans. I usually hate green beans and refuse to eat them. As it turns out, if you soak them in batter and deep fry them, the taste of green beans are vastly improved. The service is also fast and friendly. read more

Blisters BBQ is amazing! To be honest it is not for everyone. Southern BBQ is a required taste but the menu is full of other items that rock! You need to try everything on menu to really find your favorite. My favorites are the Cuban, Cheese steak, burgers, and the chicken bacon ranch. read more

The one employee behind the counter came running out when we entered. The menu only has about six items, which initially sounded promising. We ordered the buffalo chicken mac and the BBQ pork mac. As you can see in the pictures, the "meat" looked like straight-up cat food. The cheese was completely liquid and didn't stick to the pasta at all. The biggest red flag was that they were supposedly out of ranch -- and I guarantee you they had maybe five customers total that entire day. My regular-size dish cost $11, and honestly, I feel like they owe me that money back. My girlfriend nearly gagged after a few bites, and we ended up going home to make chips and dip just to get the awful taste out of our mouths. Do not waste your time or money here.
