Instead of help, the guy at the front laughed and said they didn't have time or staff. Being laughed at as a customer is crazy work. Called another salon with the same closing time and was immediately welcomed, treated kindly, had my nail fixed not even a new nail placed on just an overlay to secure it back and even booked my refill appointment -- all before 7 PM. It was very relaxing as usual and they were joking around with me when is it my turn to get married. Little did I know at the time that my bridesmaid nails were also going to be my engagement nails!! The shellac stayed on my nails beautifully for my vacation & engagement the following week. It didn't chip at all the whole time I kept it on my nails, I lasted about 3.5 weeks before taking it off because my nails were getting too long. I would have said something about it yesterday but I was rushing to get home and to work. the lady who did my nails was very sweet but I'm extremely unhappy with my nails. she cut part of my toe nail off which led me to bleed in salon, out of salon and live in continuous agony seeing how I use my feet every day.
