So, I will second what others said and say that this is a no frills massage. But, if you don't mind that, then you must know this was the BEST massage I've ever received. Also, place seemed pretty clean and sanitary. For context, I like a really deep tissue massage. The average person might find what I enjoy to be uncomfortable. Like a jackhammer in my back would be good lol. I had John as my massage therapist, and he was absolutely amazing! Didn't take any shortcuts and really got into the muscle tissue. Elbows and all of that! Felt awesome. I was so relaxed. I will definitely be coming back to him. I didn't completely undress, although I'm sure you could. I really only do that at high end spas. I was in shorts and a cami and It was comfortable. He asked about the pressure. I told him hard and he obliged. Kept consistent pressure the whole massage. Heads up: they do request a $20 tip ahead of the massage. While I recognize this is untraditional, I totally get It, given how COVID must have affected business. This place has horrible customer service. First I called to make an appointment, but was asked to text instead. Not a problem. After not hearing back, I got a time set. The problem came with the second reply, a requirement that I pay a $20 tip BEFORE the massage. I've never heard of this anywhere. I let the owner know that I was not comfortable with that and his solution was to cancel my Groupon with them. The fact that you require a tip beforehand makes me think your services are not up to par. I have no problem tipping, but telling me I must before service AND the amount is horrible. You guys... please pay attention to the negative reviews. Especially because every negative review has been consistent across the board. I'm one of those individuals who believe in giving people the benefit of the doubt, but after experiencing at least 90% of what the negative reviews say JUST by trying to schedule an appointment, I cut all ties and made arrangements somewhere else. I got a group on for this establishment for a couple's massage and upon calling for an appointment, the guy (owner I'm guessing) stated that he does not accept group ons, especially on the weekends because he had bills to pay and proceeded to push me into paying out of pocket. STRIKE ONE. Then, I was not having any luck anywhere else that offers all the things he stated that he will provide for the price of $119 so I contacted him through text to set up the appointment. This was days later, so I wanted to have him verify what exactly I will be getting again, because I want no issues when my appointment came and all he kept saying "Yes" and "confirmed" everytime I said something (See screenshots). STRIKE TWO. THEN, after going down the rabbit hole of horrible reviews this place has on both Yelp and Google, I said F that, and started looking for other places to go to. After finding the most perfect place that is not to far from this one and only $20 more expensive, I contacted him to let him know to cancel my appointment. THAT'S when it started becoming harassing. He started texting me repeatedly and then BLOWING UP MY DAMN PHONE. I finally answered is call and told him about himself and about all the bad reviews and he just stood there and defended it. For one of the reviews I bought up, he stated Stating that "people need to tip us more because we have bills" and "we make people tip more because it's good to tip" yes sir, it's good to tip but you cannot FORCE people to tip what you desire. Grabbed a couples massage on Groupon. Decent price, friendly and inviting staff, we did not deal with any gentleman only the women were present. The massage was great and I will definitely be back. I know individual experiences vary but the staff was extremely nice and helpful to us. The only reason I did not give 4/5 stars is that it was a bit loud and bright, at one point a kid was yelling in the background. However I feel like that had more to do with the kids being unexpectedly out of school for the day with the water-main break. I found this place on Groupon so it was $109 for couple massage and 20% extra off if we buy something more than $50. When I called he said bring cash and we will talk about that. Owner asked me to bring cash for tip, did not specify amount. I had a Groupon for two massages. First one was fine, didn't see the sign on the front desk that SUGGESTS Groupon users tip $15, but you better have $15 bc if you try to tip anything less they will point to the sign until you give them $15. Second massage was awful. As soon as I walked in the woman says "$20 tip". I tell her I'm sorry, I brought $15, since that is what the sign says. She reluctantly lets me in the room to prepare. Massage was awful and a waste of my time, couldn't wait for it to end after she spent 20 mins digging her fingernails into my feet. Not sure how thats a "massage". Sometimes, I notice that some of the businesses never do perfect job on Groupon paying costumers than paying full priced costumers. I have a Groupon for this spa. when I called to make an appointment, the owner complained & questioned why I would do that. He said he loses money & prefers customers not to purchase on Groupon. He didn't give me an appointment but instead said to text him when I wanted to come in. I texted that I wanted to in the next morning. I received a text back around 9:30pm. Not professional and a bother to anyone who believes in the 9-5 work day. The text stated that a $20 tip prior to service was expected. I was shocked! I'm used to tipping after the service so I can judge the service provided. This is a breach of contract and I will no longer be a customer. To others thinking of going to this spa, don't bother. Called Sunday afternoon at 1PM for a 2PM couple's massage appointment. Was pushed back to 2:30 PM but they gave us a free upgrade to accommodate for the inconvenience. Very nice and hard working masseuses. The whole hour was used to massage back, legs, feet, head, arms & hands. I've been to MANY massages and my lady did a great job. Gave enough pressure and adjusted in spots that were more sensitive for me. The place had relaxing music, was very clean and the ambiance was what you expected from a massage parlor. These massages were truly deep tissue. They press the stress out of your body and relieve tension from any are you identify as a "problem area." The location is not exactly ideal but it's not too far from the city and is easily accessible. The interior could use some renovation because each massage room is just a makeshift construction, lacking sound privacy. No ceiling to wall connection makes it possible to hear everything outside of your massage area. read more

Then, without washing her hands, she started massaging my face!!! At the register, when my friend was paying for the same kind of shitty service, the girl took out paper with estimated tips. She said we MUST pay it regardless our experience there. I was surprised with this rudeness and shamelessness. I asked her why massage was just 50 minutes instead of one hour, she answered that our time started when we entered building. Outrageous, but I still passed her 10$. After that, on my way home, I received a call from the manager: he was concerned about the tip I left to a girl saying that it was not enough. Save your money and go someplace actually relaxing. From the get go, scheduling was a nightmare and completely unprofessional. The guy (owner I'm assuming) is on the line with multiple people at once and also trying to check out customers and yell at the staff while on the phone, ended up hanging up on me and asking me to call back like 5x. Day of my appointment: I wake up to two separate texts and five missed calls- "come on time please" and "don't be late" ...who are you, my boss?! Courtesy appointment reminders are great. Unprofessional texts that say "don't be late" are not okay. The actual massage was fine but the atmosphere was horrendous. Shouting back and forth through the fake walls, customers calling and complaining about billing problems, awful crinkling of plastic bags like he was taking out the trash, the couple next door giggling - yes I could hear all of this during my massage. The masseuse also kept trying to ask me questions about my personal life. Hello, I'm half naked and trying to relax. Please don't talk to me. To top it all off, on my way out I hand over a cash tip and he has the NERVE to go, "whoa whoa whoa whoa that's not enough" and then demand that I pay more via credit card "because the girls work so hard". I won't get on my soapbox here about tipping but I absolutely cannot tolerate this kind of entitlement. If they work so hard then pay them fair wages, don't coerce your customers to tip more than they deserve. I could so I said fine; however, all of these scheduling issues really had me wondering about the place. I showed up Sat morning about 10 mins before I was scheduled. There was only one person there, and she didn't seem to speak much English. I indicated that I had a groupon and took it out to give it to her. She looked at it and said the owner would take it later. I asked if my masseuse was there and she said "yes." She led me to a room for the massage and indicated that I should undress and lay on the table. I undressed and lay on the table. Then another lady knocked on the door. Thinking it was my masseuse, I told her to come in. She asked me for my groupon. I was literally laying on the massage table, naked, and she wanted me to get up to give her the groupon! I told her as much, and she left. A few minutes later, she knocked again. She had the owner on the telephone and wanted me to talk to him - all while I'm laying on the table naked!! So I spoke with him and told him what I thought of his practices, obviously this place has no interest in helping people relax! Although looks small in a strip mall, very good place for a therapeutic massage! If you want a moderate, but comfortable massage, Lucy is very good. She will work on the areas that need it the most. Lucy worked on me with right amount of pressure and it was her medium strength so she could have went way deeper if I asked her to do so. This is a no frills massage spa. Made the mistake of buying a a groupon "reflexology" massage which is a foot massage (opps, buyer beware). The owner called me back and said that they could provide a Swedish massage for $20 more which was fine by me. You walk in and there is reception desk and a couch. A person greeted me and asked that I sit and shortly walked me to the room. The rooms have no ceilings so you do hear everything that is in the reception area as well as other massage tables. They start you off face down and the masseuse asked if I wanted medium or hard pressure. They put a towel on you and for first 15 minutes she applies pressure with the towel covering you. She then applies massage oil and it was more of sports massage where she stretched your arms and legs and back applying decent pressure. After 30 minutes she did a hot stone massage where she massaged me with hot stones. She used a hot towel to wipe off the oil and then had me flip over. She did a facial massage which I am not particularly keen on but I should of said something but didn't so c'est la vie. She massaged and stretched my arms and legs which was pretty relaxing. Once again if you are expecting a high end spa this is not it and you shouldn't expect that when ur getting a groupon deal. Overall I thought it was a relaxing and a solid massage. read more

Lucy and Vicky worked on us. Full-body massage, hitting every muscle group, working the meridian lines, perfect blend of soft and firm, expert digging into the big muscles of the back and legs. They were very responsive to precisely what we wanted and adjusted as needed. My wife was herself a massage therapist and has had dozens of massages- said it was the best massage she had ever had. Very cheerful staff, highly professional. They scheduled me the day before and then both wrote and called to confirm the morning of. What the other people say on these reviews is true: this is not a Zen quiet place. The rooms are separate but walls do not go to the ceiling; everyone is right that you can hear everything. My answer: so what? We went to make our bodies feel better....it is likely true that the Ritz would be a Zen experience....and quadruple the price. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We will be back. read more

If I could post negative stars, this place would have minus 10 stars. I am the type of person who will always give good recommendations when merited, but this place is atrocious. Called in last min Monday afternoon to book a couples massage due to being super sore & injury from outdoor climbing. They were able to accommodate. Location & parking was easy. Place was clean, simple, & comfortable.
