I stopped in recently to catch up with a friend over coffee and expected a relaxing atmosphere…read more Instead, multiple employees spent the afternoon playing videos out loud on their phones while working. In the middle of our conversation, one employee started watching videos at full volume. The sound was loud enough to compete with the music already playing in the shop. I asked if he could use headphones, and to his credit, he turned it off. Not long afterward, another employee started doing the exact same thing. This continued on and off for the next hour. I was honestly stunned by the lack of basic manners. I don't know who taught these people that it's acceptable to impose their personal cell phone audio on an entire room of paying customers, but it's behavior I'd expect from a small child, not from people representing a business.

I ordered online and picked up in the drive-through so I am not sure about the space inside, although it looks pretty cute on the outside. I am not sure if it was because I picked up on a Sunday or if people usually go inside, but there was nobody at the window for a few minutes. When the worker did appear at the window, she was pleasant. I ordered the Queen City Bowl. It is one of the more typical açai bowls consisting of a very berry base, strawberries, blueberries, and more. It was really fresh and tasty! As well as a bit tart. I probably would add extra honey drizzle and granola next time. The açai bowl held up well in terms of how much it stayed in its sorbet form even after 15 minutes of picking it up. I would come back to try their other bowls!

I placed an order online for the first time on Monday & picked it up at the drive through window. Everything was correct, just like I ordered & it was ready when I arrived. I got the snack size protein bowl, which I though was amazing! The fruit, peanut butter, granola - it's all so good. You have to order online to pick up at the window, so I did that again today! I was early for my pick up but they had it ready in no time. I'll definitely be back, the pick up window is so convenient! I also hope to dine there sometime to get a feel for the ambiance.
