For a business that runs entirely on appointments, the person in charge of scheduling seriously needs to go back to school and relearn the basics of communication and professionalism. Ignoring a client the moment it's time to actually book is not a good look. At this point, even if I suddenly got a response, they couldn't pay me to go. There are way too many lash techs out there who know how to answer a text and treat people with basic respect.
