I went in for threading and tint, the only lady there did my brows ok and then for tint she told me to sit in another chair so I'm just thinking the tinting supplies is at that station. The man from the cash register comes up to me to do my tinting (caught me by surprise) but I said well I guess he knows what he is doing. He DID NOT! He spread the tint on not following my eyebrow shape. I thought he was going to clean it up and carve it to be neat but he didn't. I felt that it was sloppy but when I looked in the mirror I couldn't really tell if it was clean because it was a distance away. I dont recommend getting tint at this place guys my eyebrows are so uneven and sloppy. I want to cry

I was so very happy and made my way quickly for my 1pm Saturday afternoon appointment. The decor was lovely purple drapery that was warm and welcoming. I had chosen classic cat eye over the phone during my brief conversation, as this was my first time at any lash lounge. I was so very pleased just walking in! Clean and beautiful appearance with an array of items to keep the lashes lashing! I was called to a station quickly. I was made comfortable and the aesthetician went to work. To my amazement I fell asleep. Wow, I truly cannot believe I fell asleep! The procedure was that painless and professionally implemented! My eyes did not burn from. The glue, and I feel not one eyelash stem irritating my eyes even now one week later. The pricing was acceptable for this awesome beautification treatment. I will be back for a refill ! My issue was my set as soon as I sat down she tells me a volume she only adding 25 pieces in each eye I automatically was like how are you going to give me a volume ( full ) look with only 25 lashes in each eye and I told her I want a full look ... anyways I feel like when I made the appt that should had been told to me because I would had cancelled anyways I did my lashes . She tells me to sit and it took forever. I told her I did t have much time I'm on my lunch break. The experienced woman came to me and finally finished. They tried to tell me I had lots of FACIAL hair and needed more work then my lip and v Chin but I would have been there all day! Lol. Seriously, they should have asked if I wanted to be a student to the woman learning. I would have politely said no, thank you. I heard they are good from where i work but I wasn't happy. Especially with them discussing me in another language the whole time.

I asked what the cream was and to take it off immediately to which the woman replied that it was a "lightening cream". First of all, I was not informed that lightening was part of the regimen and demanded its removal. When I asked the ingredients of the cream, the woman explained that she did not know the contents. I complained that she needed to explain what was being done to my face and she was very defensive rather than apologetic. I think that's what sent me over the edge when she essentially gaslighted me like I should've known what was happening. After this experience, I'm going to question every little thing future aestheticians are doing. The worst customer service experience.
