We hired Waukegan Gurnee Glass to perform an extremely complicated window replacement project that required the surgical removal of wooden window walls and 1/4" plate glass of over 40 feet in height that dated back to 1972. The openings were replaced with structural curtainwall framing and insulated glass panels. It was a difficult and demanding project that had to be performed in a fully occupied 80 unit building in the dead of winter. EVERY ASPECT of the project went perfectly and smoothly. The finished product looked exceptional and the owners of Waukegan Gurnee Glass were outstanding every step of the way. The project totaled nearly $200,000 and went without a hiccup due to their professional management of the work. I'd recommend them to anyone.

I explained my phone call at the end of June and was still waiting for a return call. She said they were "very busy", but she would print another request and pass it along. So, here I am, almost two weeks after my initial contact and still have not received a call from anyone to schedule an appointment. Fortunately, there is a Lowe's in Delavan that can serve my needs.

We had the two-person team of Josh & Ivan, and let me tell you, they were amazing! Not only were they meticulous and neat, but they also took their time, stayed on schedule, and were two of the nicest guys we have ever dealt with. I called the office to advise of this and to see what is suggested to be done. I hadn't heard anything back after a couple days and called again. After multiple quotes from local roofers, all who could not complete the work until Spring, K.C. Masonry was suggested by a friend. Keith came out right away to take a look at the scope of work and troubleshoot how to get the work done in less than ideal conditions to be on a roof in the Winter.
