We found a table on clearance with nothing wrong with it. They just needed to make space for new inventory. We were seriously at the right place at the right time because the table is perfect and the prices not only for the table, but in the entire stores were shockingly fair and low. We were able to make our purchase quickly, leave and returned the next day (by our choice) to pick up the table. We could have taken it home with us same day but I needed to make room in the vehicle. They disassembled it immediately and loaded it right up for us upon arrival. Incredible customer service! We will totally shop here again. I used their interactive phone service but was put on hold and finally just hung up. I know from shopping at Milaegers for year that they can really get busy and sometimes it takes a while to have your call answered. No big deal and I was able to find what I was looking for elsewhere. Today, 10/30/25, I received a call from one of the managers at Milaegers stating that she had noticed that I had called their store and that my call had gone unanswered. She asked what I was looking for and did I still need to find what I needed. I explained that I had found what I wanted and thanked her for her call. She did not need to call me, but she though enough about their customers that she took the time to follow up on and unanswered call. This is what I call real service and is just another reason I enjoy shopping at Milaegers.
