Being covid-19 period, all the milk and cream were not left out for customers to self serve. I requested for cream in my coffee. Somehow the staff thought I wanted whipped cream. When I brought it back to her and requested for cream, I was told I should have said so in the first place, and that coffee had to be dumped due to safety precautions. So it was made to be like my problem. For the second cup she made, she took out heavy cream and added that instead. Still wrong. By then I did not want to quibble and took my coffee.
