Everything I have tried here has been very tasty and enjoyable. The seasoning are spot on and the food is always fresh and delicious.

One of the best Massaman curry dishes I have ever had! Once seated, the meal comes quickly, though it may take a few seconds before a server sees you. They are usually in the kitchen. So go ahead and seat yourself in an open area where you will be noticed. The building is old and very pretty. There are side rooms if you want a little more privacy. This is a wonderful place for a date night. At the end of the night you can dash across the street for some rolled icecream. This is a wonderful place to eat and is usually quiet, with few customers. read more

Very quick service, not busy early Saturday night. Waitress warned us they didn't have A/C. The yellow curry was tasty, just potatoes & carrot slivers but I could have added meat or chicken. Saw all the good reviews so made a detour on my way back from Alabama to Arkansas. I arrived at 1:05pm. They are open until 2:00pm. There were three tables already seated when I walked in, no sign of a host or server. I stood there for probably 4 minutes and was just about to turn around and walk out when the server who I assume was the owner came out the kitchen and told me to sit anywhere I wanted. They brought me a menu and took my drink order. My drink arrived quickly and I gave them my order. Pot stickers for an appetizer and Pork Green Curry for the entree. The pot stickers came out in about 7 or 8 minutes which was pretty quick and they looked good. They were good and crispy but the filling really lacked flavor and texture. The garnish was just a large pile of dry shredded cabbage. The peanut dipping sauce was okay nothing special. I had barely taken the picture of the potstickers and my curry arrived. Now I realize they close at 2:00pm but bringing out my entree before I have hardly had a bite of my appetizer isn't appreciated. The curry was mediocre at best. It was lacking in flavor and was very thin. Even using all the rice to try and soak up the sauce I still had sauce left in my bowl. The vegetable components of the curry were cooked well but the pork almost looked like it had been steamed. I really had high hopes before I walked in and maybe they were having a bad day but it would take some convincing to make me want to eat here again. read more

Maybe the city officials can offer her help to maintain the historic building. This is a special ethnic food spot the city does not need to lose. Just moved to Corinth, and was hoping the only Thai place in town has good food. Thank goodness! The food here is great. Disclaimer: I have only ordered out, so far. Drunken noodles are delicious and the vegetables are perfectly cooked. Spring rolls are crispy and tasty. Thai sweet tea is so refreshing. Penang curry is nutty and perfectly spiced. Maybe one day I'll have the courage to try the Thai kick (very hot). Recommend giving it a try if you are in town and need a Thai fix! read more

We have been in search of a Thai food restaurant in the area since we moved here from the West Coast. To be honest, after we read the reviews, we wanted it to be AMAZING (and prove Nigel wrong), just for self-serving purposes of having a regular Thai place to eat at. We got there and the server was with us right away. The Thai coffee was so good! The server brought us spring rolls ON THE HOUSE, which was super nice, and they were great! I was starting to think that Nigel was some restaurant critic who travels to destroy businesses. The food came and I was so happy! Great portion sizes and great taste! My husband has visited Thailand for work before, so he had a baseline for authentic food. He said the only thing missing was the sliced cucumber (but that might be regional way of serving dish). At either rate, everything was amazing, we have a regular Thai place and I'm so glad Nigel was wrong. And honestly, shame on him for wrecking restaurants based on unreasonable expectations. One of the better, more authentic places in Corinth. I live down the street and I go here a few times a month. The owner is Thai and she makes everything herself! Drinks: you can never go wrong with the sweetness and condensed milk of Thai tea. It will usually be a hit. The new drink I tried here is the green milk tea. It is green tea with condensed milk. The thing I like about it is that it isn't as sweet as the Thai tea and just perfect for me. The coffee is really good too! Food: i have tried the panang, pad see ew, drunken noodles, yellow curry noodle, and plenty of other dishes. Their best one is the yellow curry noodle with chicken and tofu. Or any meat for that matter. But if you are coming here for the first time definitely get this! You will not be disappointed Out of the noodles, I enjoyed pad see ew. The owner is very outgoing and friendly and is definitely the mouthpiece for the business. He'll give you a brief history of how he and his wife met and about her cooking abilities. The place is going for classy, romantic or upscale with some private booths, table cloth, dim lighting, stained glass and linen napkins. The mural along the upper parts of the walls are not unique to this restaurant. The business has changed hands 3 times or more and none have bothered to paint over the space to make it their own. The owners are very approachable and nice. They are more than happy to assist if you are unfamiliar with Thai cuisine, as I am. We have dined a couple of dinner times recently and were extremely pleased with the quality and quantity of food. The red curry is very good and has a subtle slow burn that is really pleasing. They do not bring your check to the table so do the math before going to the register, we were charged for drinks and only had water, but we didn't know they charged us until we had left. This was a great find for us as we were passing through. We depend on other Yelpers to help is find great eating choices, and this was no exception. The night we dined there, the house special was a Sukiyaki duck dish on top of braised eggplant. Two of the 4 in our group ordered it, and it was aaaah-MAZ-ing. I had the spicy eggplant (which is cooked just right with ground chicken and just enough spice) and other dish was the yellow curry noodlez - which had a sneaky spice to them. This place is fabulous! I'm new in town and I love Thai food, so I was excited to try it. Best decision ever. I got the Yellow Curry and the Pad Thai (both with chicken) to go. Amazing! They both have a fabulous flavor! The yellow curry has a great subtle heat that just has me coming back for seconds and thirds. The potatoes are cooked just the way I like them - not crunchy, but not falling apart. The Pad Thai comes with lime and peanuts and it's an excellent amount to get the flavor and crunch with every bite. Highly recommend!! It's a nice change from the typical Southern Foods in The area or the standard chain food establishments. Blazing Noodlez is an anomaly. It's a (mostly) non-Americanized Thai restaurant in a restored Southern downtown shopping plaza. When I first ate here a decade ago, it had different owners., and It was pretty good as Thai food goes but nothing spectacular. The new owners, however, have really put a lot of effort into providing authentic Thai flavors without marginalizing less adventurous tastebuds. The husband and co-owner, a pleasant young Southern gentleman, said to me, "I'm a Southern boy that married a girl from the Thailand equivalent of the Ozark mountains in western Arkansas. She is a culinary genius, and she cooks like a Thai country girl. She keeps it authentic. With my southern roots, I help make sure the food will still appeal to folks from around here go may have never tried Thai food. But we still like to throw in some things for the more adventurous types." My assessment is they have absolutely nailed this goal. If you are the "if I don't know what's in it, I won't eat it" type, there is food that will appeal to you. You can get all the standard American Thai fair (curries, sweet and sour such and such, pad thai, etc.), but it has authentic, intense seasoning that will surprise and delight even the pickiest of eaters. If you are more along the lines of a "I'll even eat the eyeballs of the pickled fish wrapped in banana leaves" type, then you will also have options, as well, though you may have to ask. As Thai restaurants go, this place gives any metropolitan area Thai food a run for its money. read more

This place still serve the best darn Thai food this side of the Mississippi. The beef noodle soup she serve brings back a lot of memory. It is "spicy friendly". It reminds me of eating the street food of Bangkok. Where there would be at least 50 stalls that serve all kinds of delicious goodness. Just like the food trucks in America. These stalls are called hawkers. Believe me, I would rather eat at any hawker than eat at a 5 star restaurant. These hawkers serves their specialties and they cook it with love. That's what the food of Blazing Noodles remind me of. It is just plain delicious and real. The only thing the chef will bend the rules on is the "heat" of the food because not everybody could eat super spicy food. I came here with 2 people, and we all finished every last morsel on our plates. The inside of the restaurant is very clean and had sleek lines. I was surprised at how good the food was. I had the pad thai, I recommend getting hot sauce to add to it. The dish comes already with tofu, but you can add chicken, pork, or beef to the meal. Visited based on Yelp reviews. Walked in to manager admonishing staff in the back which is never fun to hear. The service was pretty awesome though. The manager was very enthusiastic about the food and gave suggestions of other dishes I might enjoy based on my order. I got the drunken master and potstickers. They both tasted awesome. The pot stickers came with a peanut sauce that I missed on the menu but after tasting am completely sold on and am considering drinking from a jug. The only complaint I had is that I paid an extra $3 for shrimp on the entree and did not receive the first shrimp. Got a regular order of pork and beef. It was definitely a bummer, but I ignored the oversight because I was super tired and hungry by the time I made it back to my room. Even with the pork and beef, the noodles were really really good. I judge most Thai restaurants by their Pad Thai, and Blazing Noodlez is spot on! Their sauce is homemade and the noodles were cooked perfectly.
