The best customer service ever, hands down! The store owner, Ed, was such a breath of fresh air and extremely helpful with my fiancé and my questions. This location has been open for about 5 months now. The place was well-kept and organized. Fresh meat and veggies. I appreciate all the variety of sauces we get to choose from! From garlic, to lemon, to sweet and hot, and even a blazing spice for all the heat takers ;) Everything was delicious. If you enjoy Mongolian and Chinese food, give this place a try! You won't regret it. They also serve ice cream as a treat after your meal, talk about a sweet hospitality :) Thanks Ed, for being so kind and awesome!!!

Best Crab Rangoon I've ever had and the dipping sauce had a delicate kick to it. Perfectly done!

Soooo many choices! Beef, pork, light and dark chicken meat, every veg I could think of, a dozen sauce options, 3 noodle choices plus 2 kinds of rice AND vanilla ice cream for after dinner. I'm stuffed! Also, unlike many Asian restaurants, this one was so clean you could eat off the floors. I actually got a tour of the kitchen, unannounced, and was very impressed by how spotless it was. Comfortable seating, plenty of room between tables, and very friendly staff. We're coming back!

Came here with my husband yesterday and really enjoyed it. I really like that they have the sauce combo recipes posted on the wall in case you don't want to blindly experiment. They have a lot of ingredients to choose from to add to your bowl. We came in the middle of a Monday afternoon, so it wasn't busy and the service was quick. I definitely prefer this over YC's. The only thing that would have made it better would be if the chili oil was spicier and the bowls you build your dish in were a little bigger so the noodles don't hangout the sides.

Noodle slection

This place is the worst place to get Mongolian! The noodles are gross they used chow mein noodles. They were sticky and tasted horrible! It was non edible! The place was clean, vegetables seem fresh. Don't waste your money here they can't even get the noodles right! Not to mention oh I cannot give you a to go box that is an additional .25 cents. My daughter was ok with the rice noodles. Service was fine!

No complaints here!!! Service was amazing. Gisselle especially really set the tone for the entire transaction.

Went for lunch today, they had a nice variety of items to choose from. Staff was friendly, very concerned about cleanliness.

Delicious. I've gone for lunch a few times. The cost is all inclusive. Drinks, rice, soup, ice cream. I'll definitely be back!

Ask the Community - Blazin Mongolian BBQ

What's the rule for the bowls, can you build them as high as you want?

Yes anything you can fit in the bowl pack it as high as you want.

Is this all you can eat?

Yes that’s an option it includes rice, soup, drink, and ice cream for $14.75.

Since it's create your own, what's stopping anyone from just making a beef only bowl?

We do not restrict what or how much of any ingredient you put in the bowl. However in my opinion having a variety of ingredients will make a much more enjoyable meal.

Legit Taiwanese food due to TSMC being in the area. Glad I was able to try this place! Small menu…read morebut good selections. I tried the beef noodle soup which has soft tender beef, bouncy noodles, little mustard greens, bok choy and broth with a tiny kick. For appetizers has the popcorn chicken with real pieces of chicken and not just batter. I love the crispy basil pieces in it. Fish cakes was good too which is like a salty tasting mochi-like appetizer. Lu Wei was also good with marinated seaweed, boiled egg and braised tofu. Yummy! And of course I paired it with a Jasmine green milk tea with boba and also got a chocolate boba. They started to get busy to a cozy spot. Service was good. They should put some tables outside to accommodate more in dining seating. Overall delicious and would come back!

No doubt in response to the large community of Taiwanese now in north Phoenix, Owl Owl Boba Chick…read moreis a lovely new addition to the Taiwanese food scene in Phoenix! They've only been open for 5 months and having intelligently kept the menu tight so they can execute every item well. On this visit, we were welcomed with a warm hello! We decided to order the popcorn chicken with Thai basil, Gua Bao (now called Bao Buns on the or newest menu), spicy wontons, and green milk tea w/boba. While we were waiting, a group of Taiwanese customers entered the cafe and their conversation instantly warmed my heart. To hear Taiwanese mandarin like this was not something I had expected when I moved from SoCal to Phoenix 18 years ago. Onto the food: perfect popcorn chicken with DARK meat! Well seasoned, and not overly battered. The Gua Baos were the STARS of this visit. Soft and warm steamed bread encased perfectly braised thick pork belly slices. The addition of pickled veggies and sugared peanut powder told me the owners are DEFINITELY Taiwanese. Every bite was perfectly balanced with salty, sweety, umami flavors. The spicy wontons were good as well, although the skins seemed a little thicker than I am used to. The sauce was garlicky deliciousness. Their green milk tea was flavorful and perfect at 50% sweet, with light ice. The boba was on the larger side and probably had been sitting for a while, as they weren't as chewy they should be. Next time, will try their custard pudding add-on! I'm so happy to have stumbled upon a gathering place for Taiwanese nationals in Phoenix! So grateful for Owl Owl's presence and I hope they continue to expand their menu and keep their standards high. Looking forward to our next visit, where we'll try their heartier fare, like the bowls and beef noodle soup!
