When the food was "supposed to arrive" came at 9:28

Ordered on the Blaze Pizza app around 7:45 PM. By 9:20 PM it still wasn't delivered, so I came into the store. I called the store 12 times beforehand -- I have the call log to prove it -- and no one answered. When I got there, the "Manager" was extremely rude, dismissive, and clearly miserable, and told me to "call DoorDash" instead of helping. No apology, no accountability. The staff was amazing and offered to help way more than he did. I feel bad for them having to work with him Definitely don't think he shouldn't be a "manager".... ‍

Large space and friendly staff - learned that the Pesto Sauce is not only nut-free but is also delicious on the crust!

I love the original crust but the rising one yuck. Felt I was eating a 7-11 pizza. The crust was totally uncooked. I had to bring it back and put in the oven again.

Blaze is a built your own pizza establishment, select your dough, sauce and topping. Mix and match My husband and I ordered the pesto cheese bread and a raised dough mushroom pizza with pesto sauce. The marina sauce was delicious and paired well with the cheese bread. I think we want to try a different sauce for the pizza next time. My husband liked how fluffy the pizza bread was. (He's normally picky about this) The employees were friendly and attentive. There was plenty of seating inside, but could use some wiping. There's limited parking and weekends can be challenging.

I've been wanting to try Blaze Pizza because I love the concept of a Build Your Own Pizza. I've tried a competitor's before and enjoyed it, so I was sure I would like Blaze as well. I came in on Pi day at 11:30, when any pie was $3.14. There was a line but the wait from beginning to when I received my pizza was about 20 minutes. I did the build your own pie and went for half spicy red sauce and half garlic pesto for the sauce. For toppings, I went all out - I had meatball, sausage, pepperoni, bacon, spinach, banana peppers, artichokes, roasted garlic, mushrooms, red onion, and arugula for a finishing topping. I didn't do any of the finishing sauces, which included balsamic, olive oil, and ranch. I wish they had hot honey but it's not a deal breaker. If you can't decide on your toppings, they have their own specialty pies for you to choose from as well. Is it the best pizza? No, of course not. But will you have a great/fun experience? Yes! It's better than Domino's but not better than your local pizzeria. The ingredients do taste pretty fresh though and seem to be of high quality, and the crust is thin enough since they have a machine doing most of the legwork. Would I come back? Absolutely.

Perfect place to satisfy your lunch cravings. There's signature pizzas or build your own. One pizza is a single serving for one person. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Free parking lot although the parking lot is pretty full on Saturdays. Build your own 4/5 I'd come back for the pesto garlic cheese bread!

Blaze Pizza is always great but I must say this location has good customer service. I've always encountered friendly workers. The only thing is depending on when you go, parking can be difficult (mainly on weekend evenings).

Blood Orange Lemonade

So far this was the best experience in terms of the quality of taste. I got the Carnivore 11 inch w/pickles, a side of Fast Fire'D meatballs and a Blood Orange Lemonade. My folks got a BBQ Chicken Pizza 11 inch, Spicy Pepperoni 11 inch, and Cheesy Bread. Service was quick, attentive, and friendly. Ambiance is chill with dim lighting and portraits on the wall. My only complaint is that the table still had some sauce from previous customers.

You just can't go wrong with Blaze. They allow you to make your own pie which is then tossed into a brick oven and served fresh and hot. I ordered a pepperoni pizza with regular red sauce and spicy sauce. Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, pepperoni, basil, and added oregano seasoning. They tossed it in the oven and BAM hot goodness. One personal pie is enough for one person (it has a thin crust). I also had a brownie which was heated in the oven. The brownie was really good, rich and moist as a brownie should be. The restaraunt has ample seating and the workers are friendly. One thing I noticed was when I asked for spicy sauce they took out a new spoon to pour the sauce rather than using the one they used for the regular sauce. This is good considering some people do not want any spice in their pizza and this avoids mixing both sauces for the next customer. Great job

Clockwise art lover + mushroom, bbq chicken, meat lovers , pesto cheese bread. It was aight

Customer service was great and I like the idea of blaze, but the taste overall was just ok for me. We tried meat lovers, art lover, BBQ chicken and pesto cheese bread. Out of the three pizzas, I'd say art lover was the best but the other two had me desiring something more. The BBQ chicken with the gorgonzola cheese was just a bit too much for me. The cheese overpowers the taste of the pizza. Meat lovers and cheese bread was filling, but again not that tasty. So with all that said, I'll likely build my own pizza next time and give this another go.

Overall the food was good but I'm taking 1 star off for service. I'm not sure if the staff was new but there were a few mix ups between orders of the people in line vs online orders and a few crusts had to be discarded. It was a Friday night so I'm sure it's their busiest night. The pizza was great, I wish we could add more than 2 toppings but overall very tasty and crispy.

Great food! It's a bit slow and the employees were arguing with each other so the atmosphere is not hospitable. But with the prices, I'd come here again.

White top pie

This is like the Chipotle of pizza joints. Choose a pre designed pizza or create your own on the line. Pleasantly surprised by this pizza. The crust was nice and thin and crispy. I had the personal size white top which comes with bacon, arugula and garlic. I added roasted garlic cloves for extra garlic flavor which it made it extra good. My husband got the red vine which was full of flavor, I actually liked it even better than the white top. Its cool that they have vegan options. I came with 2 of my vegan friends who created their own big pie with extra vegan cheese and chorizo. They enjoyed the vegan cheese, and they're particular about their vegan cheese. The pizzas are very affordable and overall the employees were nice and easy to work with.

For food, we decided to order a bunch of things to share: -Zucchini fritte (with lemon aioli dipping sauce) - this was thin and perfectly crispy but somehow not oily. It was addicting -Arancini - these were okay. Could have used more meat -Margherita pizza - can't go wrong with a margherita. I do wish the actual crust was thinner -Meatball & Co pizza (meatballs, sweet sausage, cherry peppers, tomato sauce, mozzarella & ricotta cheese) - same with the crust situation. The description also said cherry peppers but they also added jalapenos, which is not a big deal - just a call out. The sausage was alright -Seafood fra Diavolo (sauteed clams, calarami, mussels, spicy tomato sauce) - sauce could have used a bit more spice. They don't skimp on the seafood though. I was pleasantly surprised by the calamari, which can taste rubberband-y but that wasn't the case here -Tiramisu - tasted fridgey/supermarket-bought -Affogato - a nice way to end the meal. Made me wonder why I don't make more affogatos at home Overall, it the meal was fine. Is it something I'd crave for? I don't think so. Well, maybe except that zucchini fritte. I wouldn't mind ordering that again. Tip - BYOB (there's a liquor store across the street)

There were a lot of families with young kids on a Saturday night. The wait staff was attentive and pleasant. We started with "ma's meatballs, which were good. I especially liked the sauce. I got the seafood Fra Diavolo over spaghetti which was very good. All the seafood was fresh and I only left the shells. My date got the chicken Romano, which was served with a spicy rigatoni vodka and burrata. Her dish was so good and a very generous portion. I also loved that it was a BYO - seems like there are less and less of these type of restaurants these days. I will definitely go back to try some of the other appetizers and entrees. Go check it out!

But the staff was incredibly welcoming right from the start, and that alone earns them five stars. You never know what to expect in a new neighborhood, but they set the tone immediately. The vibe of the restaurant is very comfortable. It is the kind of spot you walk into after a long day or a productive day and you just know you are about to eat something good. It feels like a family run place, even if it is not actually run by family. It has that warmth. You can tell it is an important part of the neighborhood. I even noticed pictures of community members on the wall, which says a lot. Now, the food. There is hot food, cold food, and plenty of items you can take home. I ordered a chicken parmesan sandwich, and let me tell you, it was the size of a skinny football. I am not exaggerating. It took me almost a day and a half to finish it. It tasted exceptional, and I actually had to stop myself from eating the whole thing in one sitting so I would not slip into a food coma. One tip, eat it while it is hot. That is when it is at its peak power. My friend agreed with me about the overall vibe and quality. If I am ever in the neighborhood again, I will gladly go out of my way just to try more of their dishes. You do not find spots like this easily. New York City has great food, but a place with this combination of warmth, quality, portion size, and charm is rare. In another city, this could easily be a reservation only spot packed every night. Here, it fits perfectly in the community. Great job to everyone there. Keep up the good work. Cheers.

It was 40 mins before closing on a Sunday, the complete staff still made us feel lived and welcomed. They went through the menu with us, they described anything that was needed. The flavor was on point, texture of vodka sauce was NOT overwhelming. The amount of mozzarella they put on it was perfect to where it had a nice even melt. The best three toppings of the baby arrugula salad were the crunchy walnuts, juicy pear slices and bleu cheese crumbles. Although it also includes onions, the chopped vegetable wasn't necessary as the walnuts, pears, and bleu cheese dominated the greens!. This starter goes well with Creamy Italian or White Balsamic Dressing. Vampires, watch out for the soft, spongy garlic knots. They're so pure in flavor and scrumptious that only those nocturnal demons wouldn't enjoy them! Whether you choose your sandwich in the form of a wrap or panini, it's a win-win situation because you'll be satisfied either way. The hoagies are compact and very easy to hold. They were packed so well you won't have to worry about anything falling onto the table! All sandwiches come with a sour pickle and bag of potato chips. Feel free to go Bobby Flay style and crunchify your sammy! It has become my personal tradition to explore the chicken parmesan entree at any Italian restaurant I visit and this did not disappoint one bit! The three cutlets were thinly sliced giving it a crispy taste. The creamy vodka sauce was freshly made in-house.
