Love. This. Place! The workers are always nice & patient & the food is always delicious!

Love their pizza. This is our favorite place to go for Friday family night Pizza. I found out you can actually order a large size that's not on the menu. The crust and sauce are amazing and I love the fresh toppings. read more

I've been to a few blazes and the pies come out better from here for some reason and the staff is super friendly

I don't think I'll ever dine here again. I couldn't believe how dirty the place was. They don't even clean the area where the pizza is being made. It's very disgusting. My pictures show a little of what I'm talking about... read more

Horrible experience tonight, it was so busy and all the workers were laughing and talking. Todays date 4/29/22 I went at 8:15 pm . No ice in the soda machine no one cared to fix it . The Diet Coke was Water . I felt bad for the new worker that was a female she was working hard . And all the workers in back of her were talking and laughing walking around . It was a mess . On a Friday night . read more

Not sure I'll come back to this location the staff today was rude specially the girl salo I was ordering my pizza and she was like bothered. I was like ok maybe she had bad day. so keep ordering and didn't let it bother me then my pizza comes out burnt (see photos ) so I wanted to show the manager. Yes it was her Salo again with the "you are bothering me attitude". She said the pizza is always like that. I told took the burnt pizza and asked her "would you eat this pizza " (because at this point I was irritated) she can't even be nice or apologize because after all she is the one who was cooking the pie. (she was actually talking to one of the other girls that was on break) Any way after I ask for her supervisor then she said I can make you another one. I told her I'm irritated because you are not even nice about it you have an attitude and seems like you are bothered since I walked in then I ask for my money back and she wanted to charge my card again for the difference and refund the first total which had already posted to my account. So after her arguing with me and me showing her that the first total had already posted to my account I just told her to give me a coupon for the free pizza so my son can come back and use it instead of her charging my account twice. If I could I would have got my money back not the coupon. Apparently that can't be done with out charging your account twice. read more

Great pizzaplace !! Quick abs easy to order and the customer service is great!! Have nothing to complain about this place.

Very good try the spicy marinara sauce it's to die for definitely a quality pizza place

The best blaze pizza I've ever been to! Positive vibes all around and great customer service from the staff. DJ accommodated a coupon that was a bit confusing, and was respectful and kept calm the entire time. They will be continuing to receive my business. Thanks again read more

Chic with the purple hair was extremely rude. I believe she is even the manager. Was helped by two employees wish the first young lady would of continued to help me because the purple hair girl just ruined the whole experience. Never had such bad customer service. Really hope this company looks into getting some attitude adjustment for the manager. read more

I'm super bummed over our pizza to tonight! There was next to no cheese on both pizzas that I ordered for my boyfriend and I and they were burnt crust! I always love this place but had never been to this location. If I hadn't have ordered from Postmates and had it delivered I would have said something I'm the restaurant. So sad! read more

Today I came to Blaze with my friend and I really loving coming to this location because of my favorite employee Zach! He went above and beyond for his service which is very much appreciated since eating out as a vegan can be challenging when you're dealing with someone who is not as patient like Zach was. He went to the kitchen to grab a fresh batch of the spicy red sauce which I really enjoyed as a customer. I really believe he needs to get a promotion as a manager because he came to talk to us about our experience and to leave him a yelp review to help boost his chances of getting promoted! Whoever if his boss please promote someone like Zach because he deserves it more than anyone who works as hard like he does! I'm definitely coming to this location more often until Zach gets promoted!!! read more

Ordered a pizza on the app and got to restaurant to pick up my pizza and noticed that my pizza was not the right one I had ordered the cook said don't worry about it will take care of it manager came over and said no we could just put the topping on top and re-cook it is going to be kind of burn but that's all we can do for youManager was willing to give me back my money but not make me a new pizza to make me happy poor management after a long day only wanted was my food and she wouldn't make it right she rather pay me my money back worst experience with the manager ever and she looked like she didn't care will never go there again first time ever blaze has disappointment read more

I want to start off by saying I am writing this review purely on customer service so far. The pizza is always good tho. The worst part is I don't even know her name. She has great attitude and offered me garlic on the side because I didn't know which one to get. She made my experience feel good. I was mad because I just left pieology and they ran outta Califlower crust. I was ticked off but, she brightened my day. Thank you. You're much appreciated. More places need people like her. You can tell she likes her job. I feel bad for not knowing her name. read more

Zero stars!!!!! Period! Last time I came in here they messed up my order and put bbq sauce on it and I didn't ask for it. The lady Ruth gave me a $2 off coupon to use at my next visit. I didn't feel I needed to read it so today Sunday I come in and get to the register and Allan was the ringer. I gave him the coupon and he tells me I can't use it and I need to download the app and follow the instructions. I explained to him how I got the coupon but he just brushed that off and didn't care to ask a MGR or anything. I told him to forget it I won't use it. Customer service was not what was expected! Why would you give me a coupon for a next visit if I have to even go through all that. Tonight the topping area was super disgusting very messy. Refer to my pictures. Food everywhere all over the place. No one greeted us this time when we walked in. Alex called me up for my pizza and then asks me if I wanted it well done (which clearly says it on the paper liners) and I said yes so he says he needs to put it back in!! wtf!?!? As I already waited a really long time for it to come out. The MGR on duty Josh looks at me and tells me it should be coming out Soon. He brought my pizza to me and said sorry for the wait. He tried to give me another coupon and I told him don't bother this guy right here as I pointed to Allan wouldn't even let me use the last coupon Ruth gave me when she messed up my order the first time. The guy Allan was so disrespect to me as a customer and made remarks under his breath and was smiling the whole time. Very condescending!!! I told Josh if this is how he treats customers he should be fired... Allan responded with "then do it" and continued to talk crap. Josh has to get in front of him and tell him to be quiet and stop but he kept running that mouth!! Allan could barely work the register let alone making pizza boxes. Boxes were being dropped on the floor and being used so we're the paper liners. Please ask your MGR Josh how Allan talked to me!! I would have sent him home for the night and let the boss deal with him! I left with my pizza and drove out the parking lot, something told me to open my box so I did and this fool gave the the wrong pizza!! Like clearly they were all over the place. I went back and got my money. I look over to the pick up section and my pizza is sitting there in the corner with my name on it. I pointed that out to Josh. He didn't even have the common sense to apologize for none of this foolery!!! Who ever interviewed DO BETTER because there are better people out there that need jobs! Yeah I think I'll be headed back to my original blaze location off Central. I will not be coming back here! read more

Delicious, Delicious, Delicious! I had a Build Your Own Pizza (BYOP) which is our family's main point going to Blaze Fire'd Pizza. Can't wait to go back. read more

Average of $12 per person to eat lunch. Nice staff and clean restaurant. I love the agua options for beverages. Make sure you sign up for the rewards app and please make sure you ask for a receipt each visit. They always forget to give one and sometimes the scanner doesn't go through. Blaze Pizza - Ordering counter - Salad Near Me - Riverside, California

Great food hard working staff, brownies are bomb and pizza of course .

Had the build your own , Pepperoni, olives, pineapple, bacon and cheese. Good seeing size medium for 2 people. Was greeted by super friendly staff. You get in line like chipotle. Pizza was ready in less than10 min. Excellent tasting pizza. Sauce was tangy, cheeses was good portion, and pizza was flame cooked in pizza oven. Pricing was $8 for build your own. Totally a great price. Super yum pizza. Definitely a fresh new way for pizaa. We'll be back. read more

Employee seemed scared to put cheese on the pizza. Had to ask twice for more because I could still see the red sauce. Overall the pizza turned out to be good though. They have many different toppings, more than other places. Restroom was clean, but no dine-in. $10 for a decent custom pizza. read more

Endless toppings, say less Blaze is sooo fire, not to mention DeMonté and the crew provide the best service imaginable! Seriously, they'll cook your high rise pizza for way longer than it's supposed to be fast fire'd ™ because you piled on far too many toppings. I'll be back, again read more

First off blaze is one of my favorite places to go to, specifically that location closest to me. Normally, I can visit anytime and I have a great experience, But what happened last night(Sat.6/10) should have never of happened. I visited this Blaze after I got off work at 10:40 PM, 20 minutes before they close at 11 PM. As I am parking I see people leaving and entering the restaurant. I park in the spot closest to the door, and as I take the 3 to 5 steps to get from my vehicle to the door one of employees is locking the door. I look inside I see three employees and a group of about 3 to 5 customers who were about to place their orders. After about a minute of trying to get their attention, one of the employees finally comes over to me and let me know they're closed due to being understaffed. That has to be one of the most blatant lies that has ever been told to me. As someone who has worked in the food industry, I understand closing early. but to literally lock the door in front of a customer and deny him access when you just let other customers in seconds earlier, maybe a minute tops. That is just not right. I have visited this restaurant before at this time of day. Most the time it's been open, and with Normal amount of three workers, they have helped me. There even been a couple times when it's been closed in which, while aggravating,I understand if business has been slow or you're understaffed, I understand closing early. But when you're letting customers in, but denying another customer entrance because he wasn't a few seconds quicker, that is not good business. And its read more

They deserve a zero if could. The pizza crust was floppy and greasy. I would not recommend eating here. They are irresponsible on floor care. Due to a wet floor causing me to fall while almost doing the splits. Slipped straight down on my right knee, pulled muscles and groin. Not to mention scraped cut skin burn. And a visit to urgent care and now pain meds. No one bothered to come to my aid, see if I needed help, not even after my daughter speaking to the manager, no consideration concern or empathy. Because while still on the floor she put a "cautious sign. " never ever offered ice or assistance. Save her health and money. read more

I've ordered a few times on their app during Covid and they always do a nice job. Definitely miss eating inside as the pizza not "right out the oven" hot but we warm it up in the oven a bit when it arrives. Pieology is right near my house but I rather have Blaze and wait longer for delivery. I love that they seal the boxes as well and you can earn points for free items/pizza on the app. read more

Just got a build your own and took it to go. Got home and there's a black hair cooked on my pizza and it's not mine because my hair is blonde and This hair is short/thick and black. It also looks partly cooked. A little disappointed because my husband and I love blaze a lot and have never encountered something like this. Then again, no one wears hair nets..hoping the manager does something about that. Especially since this place just opened. Updating my review since the manager responded in a timely manner/was kind/ and sympathized with me. I appreciate his help and will be back to try this place out again. read more

Pick-up order via doordash.. easy to order, ready time on point. adheres to covid-19 precautions--must wear a mask and a max of 10 people inside. Online/phone orders are on a rack by the entrance for a quick pick-up, still warm. No issues with my pizzas, other than running out of arugula, which they wrote on my receipt.. love the fact that they have keto and cauliflower crusts! read more
