I've had Blaze several times, just not from this location. My boyfriend and I ordered via Postmates. When we got our pizzas, there was only a sparse, light sprinkle of cheese. It barely covered the pizza! Two stars as everything was cooked thoroughly. Probably won't be ordering from this particular Blaze on Postmates in the future. read more

Not sure I'll come back to this location the staff today was rude specially the girl salo I was ordering my pizza and she was like bothered. I was like ok maybe she had bad day. so keep ordering and didn't let it bother me then my pizza comes out burnt (see photos ) so I wanted to show the manager. Yes it was her Salo again with the "you are bothering me attitude". She said the pizza is always like that. I told took the burnt pizza and asked her "would you eat this pizza " (because at this point I was irritated) she can't even be nice or apologize because after all she is the one who was cooking the pie. (she was actually talking to one of the other girls that was on break) Any way after I ask for her supervisor then she said I can make you another one. I told her I'm irritated because you are not even nice about it you have an attitude and seems like you are bothered since I walked in then I ask for my money back and she wanted to charge my card again for the difference and refund the first total which had already posted to my account. So after her arguing with me and me showing her that the first total had already posted to my account I just told her to give me a coupon for the free pizza so my son can come back and use it instead of her charging my account twice. If I could I would have got my money back not the coupon. Apparently that can't be done with out charging your account twice. read more

First off blaze is one of my favorite places to go to, specifically that location closest to me. Normally, I can visit anytime and I have a great experience, But what happened last night(Sat.6/10) should have never of happened. I visited this Blaze after I got off work at 10:40 PM, 20 minutes before they close at 11 PM. As I am parking I see people leaving and entering the restaurant. I park in the spot closest to the door, and as I take the 3 to 5 steps to get from my vehicle to the door one of employees is locking the door. I look inside I see three employees and a group of about 3 to 5 customers who were about to place their orders. After about a minute of trying to get their attention, one of the employees finally comes over to me and let me know they're closed due to being understaffed. That has to be one of the most blatant lies that has ever been told to me. As someone who has worked in the food industry, I understand closing early. but to literally lock the door in front of a customer and deny him access when you just let other customers in seconds earlier, maybe a minute tops. That is just not right. I have visited this restaurant before at this time of day. Most the time it's been open, and with Normal amount of three workers, they have helped me. There even been a couple times when it's been closed in which, while aggravating,I understand if business has been slow or you're understaffed, I understand closing early. But when you're letting customers in, but denying another customer entrance because he wasn't a few seconds quicker, that is not good business. And its read more

Today I came to Blaze with my friend and I really loving coming to this location because of my favorite employee Zach! He went above and beyond for his service which is very much appreciated since eating out as a vegan can be challenging when you're dealing with someone who is not as patient like Zach was. He went to the kitchen to grab a fresh batch of the spicy red sauce which I really enjoyed as a customer. I really believe he needs to get a promotion as a manager because he came to talk to us about our experience and to leave him a yelp review to help boost his chances of getting promoted! She has great attitude and offered me garlic on the side because I didn't know which one to get. She made my experience feel good. Zero stars!!!!! Period! Last time I came in here they messed up my order and put bbq sauce on it and I didn't ask for it. The lady Ruth gave me a $2 off coupon to use at my next visit. I didn't feel I needed to read it so today Sunday I come in and get to the register and Allan was the ringer. I gave him the coupon and he tells me I can't use it and I need to download the app and follow the instructions. I explained to him how I got the coupon but he just brushed that off and didn't care to ask a MGR or anything. I told him to forget it I won't use it. Customer service was not what was expected! Why would you give me a coupon for a next visit if I have to even go through all that. Tonight the topping area was super disgusting very messy. Refer to my pictures. Food everywhere all over the place. No one greeted us this time when we walked in. Had the build your own , Pepperoni, olives, pineapple, bacon and cheese. Good seeing size medium for 2 people. Was greeted by super friendly staff. You get in line like chipotle. Pizza was ready in less than10 min. Excellent tasting pizza. Sauce was tangy, cheeses was good portion, and pizza was flame cooked in pizza oven. Pricing was $8 for build your own. They deserve a zero if could. The pizza crust was floppy and greasy. I would not recommend eating here. They are irresponsible on floor care. Due to a wet floor causing me to fall while almost doing the splits. Slipped straight down on my right knee, pulled muscles and groin. Not to mention scraped cut skin burn. And a visit to urgent care and now pain meds. No one bothered to come to my aid, see if I needed help, not even after my daughter speaking to the manager, no consideration concern or empathy. Definitely miss eating inside as the pizza not "right out the oven" hot but we warm it up in the oven a bit when it arrives. Just got a build your own and took it to go. Got home and there's a black hair cooked on my pizza and it's not mine because my hair is blonde and This hair is short/thick and black. It also looks partly cooked. A little disappointed because my husband and I love blaze a lot and have never encountered something like this. Then again, no one wears hair nets..hoping the manager does something about that. Especially since this place just opened. My family and I come to this place all the time. We always order the Build Your Own pizza. This last time we were here, a lady called Halley was not welcoming at all. She yelled at the other employees and even tossed our pizza because "according to her" it was too heavy. In my opinion, if I am ordering a Build Your Own pizza, I'm the one choosing the items but they are the ones that choose the portions. The costumer service was horrendous from this lady and she needs to use her manners to refer to the other employees. Ordered a build my own pizza, and wasn't able to get extra cheese as a topping. How is this build your own? The manager said it wasn't possible even after offering to pay an extra amount. She tried to come up with excuses as to why she couldn't add more cheese, examples the pizza wouldn't bake correctly, they never give extra cheese, etc. We have placed this same order without any pushback and suddenly there is a policy change, additionally what other pizza spot wouldn't allow more cheese due to baking issues? Extra cheese is a normal topping on pizza. You can order it anywhere, except apparently Blaze Pizza. This is just a silly excuse to control something when it doesn't affect your paycheck in any way. read more
