Their Pizza is good, don't get me wrong, but always expect them to be late with your pickup order by at least 15 minutes and unenthusiastic about their jobs. They'll also have you okay musical chairs with your car for whatever reason. Literally had me move from one door to another once and another time go park in a spot instead of a curb this time for "curbside pickup". 2 for 2 so far. I had the order in for over 2 hours. You'll also have to keep calling because they won't bring it out automatically ‍ they haven't figured that part out yet I debated writing this because I'm hangry but it's my experience. More often than not, I am disappointed when I come to this location. I got pizza tonight and they skimped out on the toppings, the crust was way too thin, the tables were dirty, and there was water (or some liquid) all over the counter where the drinks and lids are. I think I will stick to the other Blaze pizza location from now on. read more

Came to Blaze after a year if not having it , wanting to give it one more chance since my experience in Lancaster was TERRIBLE! And this one was the exact same sad to say :( I'm pregnant and I was craving blaze but the workers were rude and they messed up my pizza in front of me and when I tried to tell them it was wrong they got an attitude. Best pizza ever but unfortunately they have pretty horrible service now. They never answer the phone when you go for curbside (I eventually stopped tipping because of this. No reason to if I'm basically just going to be forced into pickup when I order curbside EVERY TIME). Today, we just ordered pick up since we knew we would have to go inside anyway and they gave us someone else's order; this happened near closing time. Instead of doing the courteous thing and remaking the pizzas after my husband had to drive all the way back to that side of town, they almost shut the door in his face saying they were closing-though it was their fault he was even there-and when he explained they'd given him the wrong order, they gave him our disgustingly cold pizza that's been sitting for about an hour now. Either way, it falls back on the company. Either they need to hire more employees or they need to stop hiring people who are going to do a half assed job. read more

Unfortunately I didn't eat at Blaze Pizza. I looked on the web site to see if they can make a pizza with vegan cheese. The web site said they do have vegan cheese. So I went inside and asked to be sure. The two workers looked at me as if I were speaking a foreign language. They didn't seem to understand the term vegan even after explaining it as non dairy cheese. And then the fella after thinking about it, said yes, but they were out of vegan cheese. Well this review is 4 the store on 10th west in Lancaster I couldn't find it on yelp. But the staff and pizza was oitstanding. Service line moves fast the $5 lunch special can't be beat. 1/2 a pizza anyway you want. The selection and freshness of all the ingredients are superb. Parking is easy in a lot with plenty of space. Bathrooms clean and the concession area is cleaned and the staff are constantly cleaning the tables and restockimg the condiment/ concessions area. Make sure to have your pizza drizzled at that end with any of the various drizzling sauce you want be disappointed! Takes the pizza to another level. My favorite is the vegetarian! Yes! Vegetarian with whote sauce or pesto sauce loaed with vegy options but no broccoli and finished with pesto dizzle@@ YUMMY YUMMY! read more

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE My husband, 2yr old and I went to order inside on 3/25/21. It was cold and raining outside. They asked us to wait outside. My husband asked the guy at the register to allow me and my toddler to wait inside since it was cold and raining. The guy refused so we decided to leave. But I'm pregnant and I was really craving pizza and can't have any other since I'm lactose intolerant and can't have any other cheese. So we decided to order online (curbside pick up). It said on the instructions to call once we arrived to let them know we were there. So we waited a little bit and called to let them know we were there. The girl on the phone said to wait another 15 mins and call back again. So we waited. We called again and requested cheese and chilli pepper. She said it was fine. 30 mins had passed since we last ordered and they were not bringing our food out. My husband had to go pick it up and it was just sitting there. Si they didn't want to go out in the cold but they did expect us to wait outside in the cold and rain with our toddler. As if it wasn't bad enough. When we opened our pizzas in the car. (Since we were so hungry) there was barely cheese or any ingredients on them. But we were too upset and too hungry to go back inside and make them redo the pizzas. We paid almost $30 for 2 high rise build your own pizzas and we received poor quality service and food. Definitely not coming back. read more

I honestly have nothing but good to say about my visit . I have never gone to a blaze handled this well there is always a line all over the everyone seems so unhappy but not here! Maybe because it is in a mall (Lancaster only happy place lol) but i was treated like family, they even had so much patience with a rude customer and I really respect that. It was really busy and only saw one worker doing everything.I got the cashiers name due to him being so patient with me due to me not knowing what to get for me and my kids, he gave his input on what they might like and it ended up being wonderful! Pizza arrived cold while the cheese bread was warm. BBQ chicken pizza was missing bbq sauce on it - so it's literally a pizza with no sauce - bread with cheese and chicken. The only drink I would have to wash down that disaster of a pizza was also missing. The pizza was also supposed to have buttermilk ranch sauce on the side, that was missing. The bread was supposed to have hot and regular sauce and that was missing. And finally, crème de la crème, utensils were missing. It's faster to list what you actually brought then what is missing. Complete screwed up dinner., literally just bread without a drip of sauce or drink. Very unsatisfying experience. What a shameful way to "deliver food". The order was placed though Uber Eats. Rafael, Antwon, and Makeiya (sp?) were all so wonderful and helpful. We were the last customers of the evening and still they treated us with so much love and respect. The pizza tasted so much better because of a truly meaningful connection at Blaze. I loved their attention to detail, the time they took to connect and listen to us, and their sincerity in their work. On the other hand, I recommend management seriously consider allowing employees to play their own music. The music that was playing was terrible top 40 music and we would have left to eat somewhere else if Rafael and Antwon didn't give us the attention they did. Please please please either have NO music or let the employees play their own. It's a disservice to customers to blast terrible, contrived music when we want to eat a good meal in a good mood. read more

Forced on a Gluten free diet due to your bodies negative reaction to gluten...but live some pizza? This place might be for you! They have a gluten free dough/crust option and may even do a glove change and equipment wipe down upon request. I have been here a couple times, the first time they did not wipe equipment but we're careful other wise...the second time they wiped the dough press down before they started. The people working the line are friendly and fast as they prepare your pie right before your eyes and make sure you are happy with the results before they pop it into the oven. I really have to give it to the workers here I came in at rush hour and was stressed for them. Despite this, the team members were patient, and I have to shoutout Ralphael for serving us and being so kind and upbeat. He was so patient while the kiddos were picking their toppings and made great small talk despite it being hectic. If I could give it less than 1, I would. After a bad experience at the Lancaster store two weeks ago, we decided to try the Palmdale location. Again, 2 lazy and unfriendly kids are " working." We walked in... no one else in the place. Both ignored us and chatted with each other. After several minutes and no acknowledgment, we left and had a pretty decent pizza at Red Robin. One thing I recommend is to order there even if there's a line rather than the app. We don't get the best quality using the app to order ahead but when they make it for us we do. I placed a mobile order so it could be ready for my 30 min lunch break, i walk in to pick it up at my pick up time and it's just being made because the sauce wasn't done being made, understandable. Then when I pick up my order I realize I'm missing an ingredient so I'm already 11 mins into my lunch break and I haven't eaten yet. I walk back in and they're out of mushrooms. My problem is you already had my order late and you're out of mushrooms why couldn't that have been communicated to me. When I asked about the mushrooms nobody seemed to care and just disregarded me. Super disappointed. Been having increasingly poor service here. My husband and I went here with my parents last night, and for starters, they almost didn't even make my mom's pizza, I had to remind them when we got to the register that we ordered 4 pizzas, and there were only 3. So her pizza came out about 10 minutes after the rest of ours. Then my husband's high rise pizza came out, and was weirdly separating into a top and bottom piece of crust, and seemed gooey. So he brought it back up to the counter, and by the time they had fixed their mistake and gotten my husband a correct pizza, the rest of us had long finished ours. My dad also seems to have gotten food poisoning from it. My husband and I LOVED this restaurant when it first opened, but it's gone drastically downhill, and we're consistently having poor service and screwed up orders now.
