11/4 around 3:30pm. One team member serving the line, one at the oven, two, possibly three in the back talking and laughing loudly occasionally walking out, looking at the line of customers and then returning to the back to continue chatting. Restaurant was filthy. Trash bin was overflowing. We love Blaze pizza. No longer can stand the service. I hope things change. It's too bad. No pride in ownership. Poor customer service. read more

Their Pizza is good, don't get me wrong, but always expect them to be late with your pickup order by at least 15 minutes and unenthusiastic about their jobs. They'll also have you okay musical chairs with your car for whatever reason. Literally had me move from one door to another once and another time go park in a spot instead of a curb this time for "curbside pickup". 2 for 2 so far. I had the order in for over 2 hours. You'll also have to keep calling because they won't bring it out automatically ‍ they haven't figured that part out yet I debated writing this because I'm hangry but it's my experience. Updated with 1 of the pizzas I received read more

Great spot to catch a quick bite to eat! Vivi was patient with my multiple orders of pizza. All the employees were hustling and getting orders in as soon as possible. Pizza came out just perfect. Definitely coming back! read more

The order was wrong but couldn't call blaze to tell them. Pizza was over done Pizza was burned. Pizza does not take calls. They can not change an order once it is made. NO customers service. Worst pizza I have ever had. Will not order from them again read more

Best pizza ever but unfortunately they have pretty horrible service now. They never answer the phone when you go for curbside (I eventually stopped tipping because of this. No reason to if I'm basically just going to be forced into pickup when I order curbside EVERY TIME). Today, we just ordered pick up since we knew we would have to go inside anyway and they gave us someone else's order; this happened near closing time. Instead of doing the courteous thing and remaking the pizzas after my husband had to drive all the way back to that side of town, they almost shut the door in his face saying they were closing-though it was their fault he was even there-and when he explained they'd given him the wrong order, they gave him our disgustingly cold pizza that's been sitting for about an hour now. Either way, it falls back on the company. Either they need to hire more employees or they need to stop hiring people who are going to do a half assed job. read more

Well this review is 4 the store on 10th west in Lancaster I couldn't find it on yelp. But the staff and pizza was oitstanding. Service line moves fast the $5 lunch special can't be beat. 1/2 a pizza anyway you want. The selection and freshness of all the ingredients are superb. Parking is easy in a lot with plenty of space. Bathrooms clean and the concession area is cleaned and the staff are constantly cleaning the tables and restockimg the condiment/ concessions area. Make sure to have your pizza drizzled at that end with any of the various drizzling sauce you want be disappointed! Takes the pizza to another level. My favorite is the vegetarian! Yes! Vegetarian with whote sauce or pesto sauce loaed with vegy options but no broccoli and finished with pesto dizzle@@ YUMMY YUMMY! read more

Blaze Pizza - I love pretty much everything on my build your own. - Salad Near Me - Palmdale, California

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE My husband, 2yr old and I went to order inside on 3/25/21. It was cold and raining outside. They asked us to wait outside. My husband asked the guy at the register to allow me and my toddler to wait inside since it was cold and raining. The guy refused so we decided to leave. But I'm pregnant and I was really craving pizza and can't have any other since I'm lactose intolerant and can't have any other cheese. So we decided to order online (curbside pick up). It said on the instructions to call once we arrived to let them know we were there. So we waited a little bit and called to let them know we were there. The girl on the phone said to wait another 15 mins and call back again. So we waited. We called again and requested cheese and chilli pepper. She said it was fine. 30 mins had passed since we last ordered and they were not bringing our food out. My husband had to go pick it up and it was just sitting there. Si they didn't want to go out in the cold but they did expect us to wait outside in the cold and rain with our toddler. As if it wasn't bad enough. When we opened our pizzas in the car. (Since we were so hungry) there was barely cheese or any ingredients on them. But we were too upset and too hungry to go back inside and make them redo the pizzas. We paid almost $30 for 2 high rise build your own pizzas and we received poor quality service and food. Definitely not coming back. read more

Been here twice. All the pizzas were tasty. Last time, wife ordered a LARGE yet they goofed and made an 11". They remade a large and gave us the small. Nice ingredients... will be back. read more

Blaze Pizza - The vegan gluten-free pizza got transferred to Lancaster thanks to your awesome service! - Salad Near Me - Palmdale, California

Pizza was WAAAAAY too skimpy on the toppings for the price I paid for it. I only ordered a veggie pizza, bbq chicken and one drink, spent a whopping $32 on miserable pizza. Waste of money. Never coming back here again. read more

Nothing says California Relaxed Vibe like an employee taking their break and sleeping (laying down) in the dining area. Not a problem for me and my colleague as there was plenty of space to set up shop in and around the sleeping beauty. These pizza places have been popping up everywhere, I call them the Chipotle of the pizza industry. Blazes, Pieology and Mods Pizza all have similar styles. Back to Blaze's, there pizzas are good and the service at this location was great. Got asked a few times if everything was good and an employee even volunteered to clear my table. Awesome. read more

Blaze Pizza - Bbq Chicken with Jalapeños - Salad Near Me - Palmdale, California

This restaurant was a mess! Order mixed up and the patio was filthy! Come on Blaze you can do better than this!!

Came to Blaze after a year if not having it , wanting to give it one more chance since my experience in Lancaster was TERRIBLE! And this one was the exact same sad to say :( I'm pregnant and I was craving blaze but the workers were rude and they messed up my pizza in front of me and when I tried to tell them it was wrong they got an attitude. Not to mention after getting my order the outside patio was dirty and I couldn't sit and eat with my fiancé. Please do better Blaze ! I tried to give you guys a chance I might as well take my service to another pizza place read more

Unfortunately I didn't eat at Blaze Pizza. I looked on the web site to see if they can make a pizza with vegan cheese. The web site said they do have vegan cheese. So I went inside and asked to be sure. The two workers looked at me as if I were speaking a foreign language. They didn't seem to understand the term vegan even after explaining it as non dairy cheese. And then the fella after thinking about it, said yes, but they were out of vegan cheese. Since they seemed to not be the best representatives for their restaurant - we opted to go else where for lunch. read more

Forced on a Gluten free diet due to your bodies negative reaction to gluten...but live some pizza? This place might be for you! They have a gluten free dough/crust option and may even do a glove change and equipment wipe down upon request. I have been here a couple times, the first time they did not wipe equipment but we're careful other wise...the second time they wiped the dough press down before they started. The people working the line are friendly and fast as they prepare your pie right before your eyes and make sure you are happy with the results before they pop it into the oven. Overall: Great service and fast prep/cooking makes for some pretty decent pie read more

More often than not, I am disappointed when I come to this location. I got pizza tonight and they skimped out on the toppings, the crust was way too thin, the tables were dirty, and there was water (or some liquid) all over the counter where the drinks and lids are. I think I will stick to the other Blaze pizza location from now on. read more

Was in the area visiting family but wanted to catch a quick bite. Once we entered the establishment was advised politely to wait outside to minimize customers for safety, which was a plus. When it was our turn to come in and place our order everyone was very friendly, professional and polite. Overall five star service and the pizza is so delicious!! I got the Art Lovers definitely worth trying. read more

Joshua's energy and customer service was impeccable! We had a complicated order and he was nothing but patient and energetic the entire time! Along with another worker whose name I did not get . He really boosted the energy in blaze! That's the enthusiasm I love to feel when walking into a pizza place! read more

I honestly have nothing but good to say about my visit . I have never gone to a blaze handled this well there is always a line all over the everyone seems so unhappy but not here! Maybe because it is in a mall (Lancaster only happy place lol) but i was treated like family, they even had so much patience with a rude customer and I really respect that. It was really busy and only saw one worker doing everything.I got the cashiers name due to him being so patient with me due to me not knowing what to get for me and my kids, he gave his input on what they might like and it ended up being wonderful! Thank you Joshua (hope thats how i spell the name) great place i will definitely be back woohoo ! read more

We visited blaze pizza on 14MAY2023, and upon arrival we were not greeted. The worker seemed very frustrated and really didn't want to assist us. After receiving our food we sat down near the patio door, and saw a roach. You can imagine how our stomachs turned. Cleanliness and friendliness is not this stores strong points. read more

The pizza was good, the staff looked miserable, biggest negative for me was that they don't offer free water cups, like what? I spent like $30 Something dollars and they couldn't shell out two small water cups, I've never heard of a franchise of restaurants that does this. Lol read more

Rafael, Antwon, and Makeiya (sp?) were all so wonderful and helpful. We were the last customers of the evening and still they treated us with so much love and respect. The pizza tasted so much better because of a truly meaningful connection at Blaze. I loved their attention to detail, the time they took to connect and listen to us, and their sincerity in their work. On the other hand, I recommend management seriously consider allowing employees to play their own music. The music that was playing was terrible top 40 music and we would have left to eat somewhere else if Rafael and Antwon didn't give us the attention they did. Please please please either have NO music or let the employees play their own. It's a disservice to customers to blast terrible, contrived music when we want to eat a good meal in a good mood. read more

Pizza arrived cold while the cheese bread was warm. BBQ chicken pizza was missing bbq sauce on it - so it's literally a pizza with no sauce - bread with cheese and chicken. The only drink I would have to wash down that disaster of a pizza was also missing. The pizza was also supposed to have buttermilk ranch sauce on the side, that was missing. The bread was supposed to have hot and regular sauce and that was missing. And finally, crème de la crème, utensils were missing. It's faster to list what you actually brought then what is missing. Complete screwed up dinner., literally just bread without a drip of sauce or drink. Very unsatisfying experience. What a shameful way to "deliver food". The order was placed though Uber Eats. Another example of poor Uber service. read more

I had the worst experience tonight. I'm definitely calling corporate on Monday...I've been coming here for years and they went completely down hill these last few visits! The bathrooms were nasty! The kitchen looked disgusting! They burned all 3 of our pizzas and had an attitude about it! We waited so long for it to not even be worth it in the end. The wait was ridiculous. So many customers besides myself were upset! My family and I left very unhappy! Please, if you're considering coming here, go literally anywhere else!!! read more

Officially done with this location...placed an online order. When I arrived it wasn't ready or even cooked over an hour later. Asked for a refund, they said 3-5 days...my last couple of experiences have been awful! read more

Geez the employees are slow, they even talk slow motion. They definitely need better leadership. Food was good though

Reymond took care of my family, he was so prompt and helpful I will definitely continue coming to this location just because of him!

I recently made a visit with my husband and Deja and Joshua made my experience wonderful. I had a lot of questions (my first time there) and Deja explained the menu very well to me and my pizza wonderful. Joshua was checking in on us while we ate making sure we had everything we need. They gained a loyal customer! read more

Came into blaze pizza with my family and the worker there Jacqueline was very helpful to us, her warm greeting, helpful recommendations, and attention to detail made my visit truly memorable. Thank you blaze for having vegan options! We love the soy chorizo, the veggies, and the vegan cheese. I always get High rise dough. One thing I recommend is to order there even if there's a line rather than the app. We don't get the best quality using the app to order ahead but when they make it for us we do. Thank you blaze! read more

I really have to give it to the workers here I came in at rush hour and was stressed for them. Despite this, the team members were patient, and I have to shoutout Ralphael for serving us and being so kind and upbeat. He was so patient while the kiddos were picking their toppings and made great small talk despite it being hectic. I will definitely be back and have to recommend trying the pesto sauce and breadsticks! read more

Inconsistent and incompetent! Also lacks communication. I placed a mobile order so it could be ready for my 30 min lunch break, i walk in to pick it up at my pick up time and it's just being made because the sauce wasn't done being made, understandable. Then when I pick up my order I realize I'm missing an ingredient so I'm already 11 mins into my lunch break and I haven't eaten yet. I walk back in and they're out of mushrooms. My problem is you already had my order late and you're out of mushrooms why couldn't that have been communicated to me. When I asked about the mushrooms nobody seemed to care and just disregarded me. All of the staff sucks! read more
