So this is my first time trying and I was in the area exited they had a lot of vegan options here . I ordered on app then came to pickup. The app ( or me , because I did originally order that and Greek salad , but I thought I deleted it and added the build your own pizza ) somehow changed my order to a half pizza and salad instead of build your own 11 inch which if the salad was even there I might've been ok with it but it wasn't . Apparently they forgot to bring it out so when I saw it it was a joke like a piece of lettuce it looked like ( how's that Greek ?) lol so she offered to refund and charge me for the pizza I actually wanted I agreed . No apologies or anything just a rude manager yesterday at about 4pm not sure her name . I tipped in jar as the man was ringing up my new order and I heard her ( manager )whisper asking if I did lol ( weird ) hopefully she doesn't get anyone's tips with her attitude.. as I was leaving I saw the manager counting their tips so she probably takes a ton ! The other workers were all very nice last ate the pizza and it was good , but lacking toppings amounts for my liking other than that it was fine . I wish there was a build your own entree salad though because I love salads most and they have a ton of great toppings! My 3 stars is mostly for the rude manager her attitude isn't meant for customer service. I'll try another location next time. read more

We went to the newly opened location in Menifee today for lunch and it was delicious! We love the thin crust and fresh ingredients. Good Blaze location. Can't go wrong with Blaze pizza. They have local high school kids working here which I appreciate. It's nice to see local businesses do that. My only downside to his location is that they got rid of the regular gluten free crust and swapped it out with this cauliflower crust. This just does not taste good! The food is great but please make them wear masks again! When I went in not one worker was wearing a mask. Covid 19 is on the rise again and the CDC recommends that masks should be worn again for vaccinated people indoors. Food handlers especially. I worked at blaze when they first opened their location in San Diego, I remember Craig my manager always said to sauce the whole pizza and don't miss the spots with cheese, loved it but everything has changed! And depending on the location you won't get the same service I went to this location and bought a build your own as I'm building my pizza I noticed how shy-sty they are with cheese I can see basically all my sauce then when you say add more please it's still that sad little handful they give I might as well get a red vine lol not only that but fly's all around the veggies and the pizza maker doesn't even try to wave them away from your food but if they were building their own pizza they would, sorry to be a karen but it's just not the same anymore not even that they don't even have goat cheese anymore I'm done at this point! read more

Pizza lover here, always enjoyed this location and have had great times here plenty of times before. However today certainly surprised me with how they manage orders. Came in to order a simple 2 topping pizza. Just a single pizza. Was greeted and asked what pizza I wanted. Girl at the counter wrote it down like they usually do but then I see her place the paper with my name on it with other orders. I counted the other orders and there were 6 orders ahead of me not counting the guy ahead of me already with 3 pizzas. One with an actual name and the other 5 which were clearly online orders. I watched as my order got placed in line. Essentially customers that are walk ins get placed in the same line as online orders. So while we waited, a line of about 5 people formed behind us but we couldn't do anything as all these other online orders were ahead of us. Not sure why this is seeing as this makes the line incredibly long fast if more customers show up. I was about to walk out as I was in disbelief with how this is handled. They certainly need to have a separate station for online orders. This is absurd the way orders are handled. Expect to wait 20+ minutes for a pizza especially if online orders are ahead of you. . . read more

Then, Blaze opened and I tried the thin crust. Long story short, I don't go to the named pizza joints I wrote in my intro anymore. My Fam., and I love Blaze. I paid the extra couple bucks for the thick crust and I'm hooked! The pizza's are always fresh and you can see it made in front of you. The pizza joint is lit! My reason for 3 stars is how they prepare their food for DoorDash orders vs in person! EVERYTIME we order in person they are very generous with their toppings, when we order through door dash they literally skimp on everything including base cheese! I wish they would treat their DoorDash customers the same as in person! I'm paying nearly $15 for a keto pizza for them to put 5 pepperonis, 5 jalapeños , 3 slivers of onion and 4 olives... literally ! If I call them regarding this matter, they ask to address it with DoorDash ! Well they will give me a refund, but it's not door dashes fault for how it was prepared ! Mmmmm. I dont know what happened with the poor reviews people but mine is perfect! I got the pick two that comes with 3 slices of pizza and salad and also got 2 dough knots. Soooo delicious. Mine is pepperoni sausage oregano black olives and mushrooms topped with spinach and arugula. I was happy they did not cook the spinach and arugula on top, it was placed afterwards. I ordered pizza last night from Uber eats and was disappointed in what I received. A cold stiff pizza with half of the toppings missing. There was no cheese on my pizza when I asked for 3 different kinds, they were super stingy on the toppings, I got maybe 5 sausage pieces on my whole pizza, the dough was tough, rubbery, a little too crisp, and I had to microwave my pizza by the time it arrived to my table. First time customer. I DO NOT recommend. I can make better pizza. I hope that the person that made it is proud of their lack of service and mediocre task of pizza making. We ate at this Blaze at the request of my grandson for his birthday. The pizza is good here but our dining experience was ruined because oh how cold they keep it inside their restaurant. It's February and it was literally warmer outside than it was inside. I was excited to get my hot steaming pizza, took a bite and the heat felt good. I said something to my husband and I could see my breath! We were all joking about it when I went to take my second bite- my pizza had gone cold already. I got one hot bite and that was it. My nose was running from the cold and it hurt to breathe. My fingers were frozen by the time we left. I have never been so uncomfortable inside a restaurant, ever. This is the second time I've eaten inside and it was cold both times.. the first time was in the summer and I assumed that's why they had it cold in there. Unfortunately, we won't be back for dine in or take out. It's obvious they don't want customers dining in so I'd rather give my business to someone who values their customers. read more

Love this build your own pizza spot! They do not nickel and dime like their counterpart across the street for more cheese or toppings. What is most impressive is how they handle allergies. Ordered the on-line 2 for $10 11" pepperoni pizza. Definitely not on my radar. The parking lot with all the fooders was a mess with even a security guy yrying to direct traffic across the way. Pizza was ready in boxes, easy pickup. Thin, almost soggy crust, but decent dough. Pepperoni was SPICEY, I could barely eat, had to flush with soda. Similar to Round Table Spicey. Glad people liked, I can get frozen at store better. I'm a Filippis pizza person or Giovanni's. This didn't come close.
