Then when we got sat away from everyone, she sat a party right next to us. Again when open seating elsewhere. Just didn't make sense to me. Our server was great though! We ordered the pb and j wings to start which were phenomenal! Then my partner ordered the berry cobbler french toast. I ordered the cavatelli pasta. It was to die for. The sauce, the sausage, the tomatoes how the flavors blended. Everything just melted in your mouth. Highly recommend this place for brunch or for dinner. The menu is so good. My husband had one of there creative Old fashions and he really enjoyed his drink as well. We started with the Caviar Bites and Calamari, probably the best calamari I have had in quite a while. We also ordered the cavatelli mac and cheese which was very flavorful with the shishito pepper and parm and lastly we also had the Korean wings which were very meaty and full of flavor. I think that is something that stands out here is how much great flavors are packed in there dishes. The entire staff was friendly and the Chef was also very welcoming. Great food and drinks not to be missed here.

The options are so healthy, massive, and filling. Honestly, we came right before closing, which we were a little iffy about, but the food was still so amazing and obviously made with love. The staff was still very nice as well and quick we probably got our food in 5 to 10 minutes after ordering. The only issue I did have was we were still eating and they were not officially closed yet and they turned off the soda machine. Besides that the place is very, cute. You go up in order and you can choose where you would like to sit.

I wish I could still support them but it seems I just can't. What once was my favorites stop in Menifee with great customer service and delicious food has now become my no more. I have always found it hard to support a place with bad customer service and it's appears that Bushfire has fallen under that category one two many times. With its high price point for a walk up and order restaurant I can't support its lack of loyalty to its guests. About 9 months ago we found out that the only television available is free TV. My mind was blown, we can't have the bar televisions set on sports unless it's on Tubi! The bartender admitted that he was very embarrassed on Super Bowl Sunday when he couldn't get the game and said how he has resorted to spending his own money to get paid for tv just to attract guests. Again, we aren't talking Yellow Basket, this is Bushfire. Today we went in just before the end of happy hour and found out that now to get the prices we need to sign up. The bartender said to scan a QR code and pointed to it and when I let her know this is the survey QR code that I have done before she tuned the sign around and said "sorry, wrong code". I scanned it and quickly signed up and gave her my phone number. She then told me "sorry, it's now 5:01 so now, no happy hour prices for you." Are you kidding me, we got here in time, gave you our order, and signed up quickly under the new rules after years of being loyal to you, you have now resorted to this. This has been the final straw and I can't support the type of establishment you have become. If you have no customer service, you have nothing.

He decided to give me the gift card this evening to enjoy a nice meal as our kiddos were at their grandparents and he was working. I ordered a $30+ meal the 6oz sirloin + shrimp and two sides. I got it to go so I could enjoy it at home. While I was waiting (I had arrived very close to the pickup time), I noticed an employee standing next to the driver's side of a car talking to the driver, who appeared to be an acquaintance. I could clearly overhear the conversation, and the employee was saying things that I found completely inappropriate to be discussing while standing right in front of the restaurant, even if it was technically in the parking lot. Two minutes before my pickup time, I went to the to-go window and received my food. When I got home, I realized my rolls didn't include the house butter. Whatever! It's not the end of the world. But worth noting as you would think this would be standard to provide. What became really problematic was the meal itself. I ordered my steak well done, but it arrived bleeding and wasn't even close to medium well. Why ask how I want my steak cooked if you aren't going to cook it that way? The shrimp was cold and incredibly salty. The potato? How do you get a potato wrong? Well, somehow they managed...it was stale and overly salty too. The broccoli I don't even think was steamed for more than a minute before you gave it "seasoning". The entire meal was awful and for $30?! Hahahaha I guess really the joke was on me for paying such an absurd amount but I really was expecting some quality somewhere. It just wasn't there all at. We still have money left on our gift card, but we'll be giving it away because we won't be coming back. I didn't even bother calling to complain because, judging by the quality of the food, I don't think a complaint would make any difference. I added a photo of my "well done steak".

The young employee who handed me my order was unfriendly from start to finish. When I walked in, I wasn't greeted with a simple "Good morning." Despite me smiling, being polite, and thanking her when I picked up my order, she never smiled once, avoided eye contact, and responded with nothing more than an indifferent "uh-huh." I understand everyone has bad days, but basic courtesy and professionalism are part of working in customer service. A friendly greeting, eye contact, and acknowledging a customer's thanks are the bare minimum, especially for someone spending $75 on an order. Panera should do a better job training employees on customer service or be more selective in who they hire for customer-facing positions. Experiences like this make customers feel unwelcome and less likely to return.
