The setup is simple: pick your crust, sauce, cheese, and toppings, and they make it right in front of you. The customer service was really good. The staff were friendly, patient, and generous with the toppings. They also had a deal going on if you buy three pizzas, you get two free sides (I believe garlic bread was one of the options), which is a nice bonus if you're dining with a group. I ordered the buffalo barbecue pizza, and my mom went with a veggie pizza. Both came out amazing. The crust was perfectly baked, the flavors were bold, and everything tasted fresh. I've eaten at Blaze before at their Davie location and my very first time in Orlando. This location doesn't disappoint, same as I remember from the other locations. Fresh ingredients and made to order. I love the fact that they allow you so many ingredients without charging you extra for them. I definitely liked the choices that we got and I'll be back. Bathrooms were disgusting and the soap dispenser was filled with water right below the sign that says that all employees must wash hands. I guess they wash them without soap. All the tables were all dirty and employees were just standing around and chatting with each other. All while the place was completely empty like a ghost town. I like a good pizza so when this opened up wanted to give a try. Went in on opening day and really had a phenomenal experience. The toppings were fresh and the staff were upbeat and friendly. I did a chicken pizza and added the veggies and cheese. Love the last part too where they cut it and offer different sauces to complete the pizza. I might go back for the blood orange lemonade too. I was in the area so I decided to try Blaze pizza. I really liked the BBQ chicken pizza. The ambiance is very casual and relaxing. Very clean and very well taken care of. The service was fast and prompt. The staff was great. I love that Blaze pizza had a good variety of pizzas and gluten free crusts. I enjoyed eating here and I hope more people will come and try it. Take out Food left by front door without notice from the driver. Stupid me, I didn't carry my phone and missed the text message. The pie looked like it was refrigerated before delivery. SHORT STORY- TERRIBLE SERVICE = TERRIBLE PIZZA Long Story - Went out with my gf to this place for a quick bite an hour before they were supposed to close @ 10pm on a Tuesday Night. which was Not quick whatsoever. When we got there there was only 1 person ahead of us in Line waiting to be serviced and a family who had just finished paying for their food.. so I figured we would order soon and have our food ready to eat soon enough. Yet I was horribly wrong and stood there waiting to be serviced for almost 25 min. It was very ridiculous. There were 3 employees on shift that didn't know what they were doing and taking their sweet time while I line was forming for their food.. They made sure to take care of all the online orders before attending to service anyone in line. We had gotten their @ 9pm with barely anyone in Line to then start eating our pizza at roughly 9:53. TALK ABOUT TERRIBLE!!!!! Then we had ordered their Smores that say he can ask for them to hear it up in the Oven... NEVER AGAIN!!! DUDE GAVE OUR SMORES TO ANOTHER COUPLE AND THEN GAVE US OURS UNHEATED!!!! TRASH SERVICE!!!!! I have been a frequent customer of Blaze Pizza for about two years at this point. I enjoy the unlimited fresh ingredients on the BYO pizza which comes at a great prize not comparable to any other pizza place in the area. I frequently drove the 30+ minute trip to go to the Davie location, so when I heard about this location opening earlier this year, I was so happy and was constantly driving by to check up on the progress. I was finally able to check it out today, Nov 20th. I placed my order for pick-up in 15 minutes. I understand it takes longer to make a pizza, since at the other location I usually give them 30 minutes before I show up to pick it up. However, this location was a disaster. I waited until after the pick-up window was over to show up. I wouldn't have minded waiting another 10-15 minutes, however I waited for my pizza for an entire HOUR after the promised time before I actually saw them putting it in the oven. This is ridiculous. The manager on duty (caucasian lady) did not even care about the fact that I was standing there for so long, and there had only been a total of 4 other people in line. For the trouble, the manager offered me 4 sauces for free. Totally makes up for the terrible service that I experienced in this location, as well as the unreasonable wait. It does not take an hour to put toppings on a pizza. The best part, my pizza was missing 5 ingredients. Nobody notified me about the missing ingredients, only about the pesto drizzle which they had run out of. Most of my proteins, and another veggie was missing. I only noticed the missing ingredients once I got home, and when I tried to call the restaurant, they hung up the phone on me. After this horrific mess, I will no longer visit this location. The lack of hospitality was appalling for a newly opened restaurant. I will no longer be visiting g this location, and instead will take my business to the Davie store. Management needs to look into training their shift leads and employees because if they continue with this clown show that they have going on, I don't see how this location will survive. There are plenty of other restaurants nearby, and Pizza Station which is right across the street has good pizza with much better hospitality. Hopefully, I hope they read this message and seriously re-evaluate their people, service, and standards. Especially on the management side. read more

My husband and I found this pizza place and have been coming once a week, we are fantastic of the establishment. Ambiance is always uplifting with the music and the male staff. I wish I could say the same for only women working today, she was completely rude and passive. Gave us the impression she hates her job. I ordered two pizzas online, and picked them up in store. When I left, I realized my pizza was missing two toppings, including the only protein it was going to have. I had to drive back, and they offered to make it again. However, when I got back, assuming this time they would have taken care to make sure the order was right after getting it wrong the first time, the pizza was missing a whole other topping! Throughout my wait, staff was heavily distracted by team members that were on break, who kept bringing outside food into the kitchen area. In addition, if you call them, their menu system tells you they won't connect you to the location because they can be busy within. The first time I went to Blaze Pizza was on Superbowl Sunday. It did not go well. I ordered online yet still had to wait 45 minutes to get my pizza from the store. Someone put on the spicy tomato sauce and the pizza was inedible. I was mad; I wrote to the company and complained. They couldn't have been nicer. Last night (several weeks after the first visit) I returned to Blaze Pizza. It was late at night and just a few customers sat at tables. I ordered my pizza without incident, and it was delicious! the difference between a good pizza joint and a bad pizza joint is their customer service. I was so happy to see Blaze open so close by. I am gluten free and dairy free, and with pizza being one of my favorite foods, I am so happy they can accommodate both! Their gluten free crust is the best out there. Of course their regular pizzas are great as well according to my picky eaters. This is one of the few places that my whole family can eat together at since my allergies limit us. The staff was very careful with my allergy pizza- glove changes and separate cutters without me asking. This location is great also- easy to get off and right back on to the highway.
